Friday 07.31.26 Jenn/Ariel NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I took down a couple signs in the Liquor room. I think that they can be easily misinterpreted and that it doesn't have the best look with the message it gives out. Filling Sani buckets are important but it doesn't require all this. We have staff trying to unionize and are constantly looking for things to make us look bad and I do not want to add to that negative PR. We gotta chill a bit on the signs because they come across as condescending and passive aggressive. It feels more like a high school in here than a space where adults work. - AB2 Natasha refused to give a guest a 1&1 in a tall glass. She told me that he was bummed to be told this but that it was policy. Sorry if I missed something but is this the case? In all honesty, I don't think it makes much sense to not allow a guest to have more soda/mixer with their liquor. Can I get clarity on if this is a policy we have and why so that I can be consistent with the rest of management. - AB2 I o...

Manager Communication:   I spoke with NuCo, our last delivery was July 7 on our normal 8 week delivery cycle. I mentioned our business levels being high and that can account for blasting through CO2, but they will definitely check out the tanks and equipment for any leaks. I don't believe we have noticed any leaks on our side of the equipment that would result in this much CO2 loss. They will get back to me with an ETA, but I did highlight the urgency.-LB I ordered ground coffee from Baldor since the grinder in lobby is not working right now. I reached out to Michael at KL5 who has repaired our coffee equipment and hopefully they can squeeze us in tomorrow, but for now we have the ground coffee as a contingency, and if we run out we can grab some locally.-LB Jenn will call NuCo tomorrow to get an update or ETA on delivery. If we don't hear from them I can call Joyce gas and get a delivery of back up tanks just in case.-LB  Trees was very busy this evening once the second round...

Manager Communication:  So the Amazon basics shelf that holds the back up sodas is kind of dead. It is  gonna collapse soon. I ordered a new restaurant quality shelf, that was the same price as the Amazon one.  So I can set that up as soon as it arrives.-LB  The Odyssey is finally mellowing out for those last round screenings, but still sells about half of it's penultimate screening.  Obsession in Th5 late round has also been selling pretty decently the last few weeks. JH BAR Staff Observations:  I went over MubiGo with Sam. I used the walkie chargie for the phone, since I couldn't find another. Also, Sam is going to try and log in to ADP learning in the MOD office when he clocks out to see if he can get on to finish his training, everyone was having issues with the website-LB Easygoing night overall.  Once Jeshua was settled into lobby Sam was able to get out of here, and Matthew stuck around until the last round in Th2 had mellowed out. JH Hiring/T...

Tuesday 7/28/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  I have put out a silicone measuring cup marked at the 3 oz part for old fashioned pours at Trees. I will order more of these.  I also put away all of the errant bottles on bar prep so it could be cleaned. If we could be more diligent as a team about this it would be easier to keep it clean. Put away all the Cambros nightly.  And always fill sani bucket, currently the fixture outside bar prep isn't working so I broke out a jar of tablets.-LB Customer Comments: The Nitehawk Pooper was back tonight. Lobby ADA stall was desecrated tonight - this was of course after Markenson left, so Wilmadge saved the day and cleaned it up. Don't know how we can show our appreciation, but maybe we can get him a meal or something at some point. - IP   BAR Staff Observations: The Christine screening was the big ticket item tonight. Tevon and Danny held down trees while I was busy making sure the VIP's in the mezz had what they needed. Rebecca and Christine held d...

Manager Communication:  Customer Comments:   BAR Staff Observations:    FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Greg is sick. Jeshua, also known as bar team MVP will come into help out so Lydia, who was willing to do a solo lobby shift, won't have to.-LB Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: Odyssey, Find Maui, Twitterpated, orchid thief, Rico Tubbs, the world is yours, 50 Year Storm, simple syrup.-LB R&D comp checks: $12. Worked on Tevon's idea.-LB Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: $4 Grape Juice. Patrick grabbed this yesterday, the receipt is in his other shorts. 5460.-LB Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor. Union. -LB US foods placed for Wednesday.-LB Maintenance: the kickstand came off the tree's men's room door. I labeled it. It is outside the MOD office. -LB Mobilebytes Issues: Filmbot Issues:

Sunday 7/26/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Opened with Wyatt. Sundays on Fire and the first screening of the Odyssey had good drink rushes. Helped out Tevon with those until Patrick got in at 2:15. Once Darius gets here at 3:45, I'm going to swing Danny up to Trees, and then when Jeshua gets in, we can go from there. - IP See below, but Danny still swung up to Trees and we got Tevon out of here around 5:30ish. All was well in the kingdom. - IP The Three's line was tapped with the line arrow up, which will cause massive foam. I swapped kegs to mitigate the foam party, so hopefully it will settle down. Important to note it should be down for MODs that don't normally tap kegs. -LB There are shit prints in the men's room at Tree's lounge.  This was brought to our attenion around 11:30 pm. So someone managed to miss the bowl and then themselves step on it and walk out of the stall. These sort of things come up after we cut the FOH porter on weekend nights.  Men are gross. Rebecca used goog...

Saturday 7/25/2026 Ian/Gus

Manager Communication: Surprisingly mellow Saturday. Early screenings were mild - afternoon/evening look better. Opened w/ Wyatt - smooth and steady. Becca came in and marshaled the floor. - IP Customer Comments: Someone puked in the elevator to Trees. A customer pointed it out to me. Vlad cleaned it up. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Nat and Greg opened - it was a pretty light day overall, so everyone was chillin. Sam came in and helped with the first busy-ish push at the service pass. He's great. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Some of the less experienced servers will just kinda grab at you when you're trying to tray up drinks at the pass. Its pretty lame. We need to stress this more in the training to not do this.  -GS Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: We ended up cutting Lydia's closing shift and bumping Gab and Patrick back to Close and Pre-Close. -IP Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: Gonna make more IC Cream - we n...

Friday 07.24.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Jared, Wyatt and I held it down tonight -GS Customer Comments: Lots of PSP folks today. Greg handled a customer who was a bit difficult. Handled it really well in my opinion. She was just talking his ear off when we were getting crushed, nothing terrible. -GS There was a guest who ordered tots and an ice cream. Closed out- then wanted aioli instead of queso- didn't specify  BAR Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight. Natasha is a calming force at the service well. -GS FOH Staff Observations: Thursdae really crushed it tonight and was super helpful. Fiona is solid. Alex M and Michael Melandro were also really great tonight. Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events?  Served up some non-alcoholic Dark 'N' Stormys for the PSP folks today. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items:  Prep List:  Tevon got through most of the list (froco + lemonade + margarita (in a cambro) + negroni) and I finished up the rest (iced tea c...

Thursday 7/23/26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Chill open. Got a bunch of stuff done. Wyatt held it down BAR Staff Observations:  Gab and Danny opened. Very smooth.  I had Gabrielle float up to Trees during the second round to give Greg a hand at restocking a bunch of glassware while Danny took over the service pass.  Once everyone who wanted one had a break, Gabrielle got out of here and Jeshua was his usual lobby-champ self.  Held onto Danny until the 9:00pm Odyssey got past its initial service push, and Greg was able to get a quick restock in before Danny got out of here.  It was a pretty mellow night at Trees, so Greg made quick work of closing down the bar. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Evan is a good vibe. I second the above statement.  Evan is really great about coming down to the pass for drinks, whether or not they're on support. JH Prep List:  I made 9 FWWM, 1 50 Year Storm-GS Tevon Prep list: 1 Margarita, 10 FroCo, 10 Lemonade, Summertime Cooler, specials,...

Wednesday 7/22/26 Ian/Lauren/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Starting the day with some hard work and some grateful to be alive vibes over here at NPP, maybe it'll catch on. -LB   Strong dinner round on the first and second floors, but both large theaters were wrapped up relatively early this evening.  Trees got some folks from PPWSL and was pretty busy all the way up to eleven. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Both bars were pretty self sufficient throughout the night.  Danny got out of here once both bars had a chance to restock and whoever wanted a break got one, while Patrick stuck around until Josie was seated and through its initial service push.  Both Gabrielle + Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH FOH Staff Observations:  FOH Blog mentioned the guest who was ill in Th1 during the last round of The Odyssey.  I just wanted to shout out Conner for being proactive and helpful.  By the time management got there, he had already given the guest a damp, cool (clean) rag an...

Tuesday 7/21/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Matthew would like if we could put away the hi-tops tables in Trees Lounge after trivia tonight so it is not so cluttered. He is going to pick up some more chairs for the upstairs and bring them by maybe Thursday so the seating upstairs has a more balanced feel to it. -LB Odyssey selling out and really packed Trivia - very busy night. Lauren/Becca/Christine all kicked ass. We had to 86 'Gansett during the last round. Will be re-upped tomorrow. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Trivia team is super locked in. Held onto Lydia through the 9p Odyssey drink rush, then got them and Tevon out of here and Darius and Duan closed Trees easy peasy. Greg had another busy lobby - the small theaters are packing a nice punch! - IP FOH Staff Observations:  Mohammed is kind of a rockstar. Today he broke down a cardboard box at bar prep. Someone at Trees asked for more chairs, he came and asked us, then reported back to the people we didn't have more. And the other night when ...

Monday 7/20/2026 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Odyssey continues to crush. Wyatt and Christine held it down on the floor, and Lauren stuck around to help out well after family meal. Total champ. - IP  Patrick forgot to put the lobby key in the bank bag at the end of the night, and when I went and retrieved it, Christine mentioned that she rarely sees the keys in the bags when counting during close - let's make sure all the bar staff are aware of our new S.O.P. - both keys are accounted for and in their respective bank bags for tomorrow, just want to make sure we're all on the same page going forward. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Held onto Tevon through the 7p rush in th2 and then Lydia and Greg bodied the 9p rush in th1. The lounge had died down, so I was able to handle the glassware rush after th2 let out. Patrick's lobby was pretty busy tonight, as all three theaters downstairs were well sold through the end of the night. - IP   FOH Staff Observations: Meghan continues to be a total pro. Al...

Sunday 7.19.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Opened with Wyatt. Calm before the storm. Gonna make sure Trees is stocked to the gills. - IP Odyssey rushes are manageable - Gab being in for the first push was very helpful to be ready for the World Cup Final. - IP We needed everybody and they all stepped up their game. Danny, Gab, Greg and (after Darius got here) Tevon all were needed for glassware/order taking/drink making/all the stuff. Great teamwork. - IP I think that the tables in Trees have been lovely for business. However the size and configuration of these particular tables and chairs are a little difficult for real business levels. I think if it is feasible in a fiscal sense to consider some mid level high tops, we should. But I understand if spending right now is not ideal. I think if we keep some of them out, that can work, but the bulk of the chairs with people at the bar makes for difficult bussing and movement when it comes to Saturday night etc.  Obviously I am on team Trees Lounge glow up...

Saturday 07.18 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Busy right from the jump today on all three floors.  Sold out service rushes at both bars, and the timing of the Th1/2 screenings really helped move things along smoothly.  Bartenders are definitely becoming more proactive about getting out and bussing the floor when possible. JH We are definitely killing this Odyssey special so keep those Collins glasses moving and those oranges sliced.-LB Customer Comments:  Around 3:30 a guest came to Trees and let us know that one of his sons had an accident up on the Mezz.  He was super apologetic and offered to clean it up, but I looped in Markenson who thoroughly mopped it up.  I gave the dad some warm water and a rag to help his son clean up a bit before they went home, and he was very thankful.  I know things like this happen rarely (thankfully), but maybe we could stock some baby wipes in the office or bar storage?  They're a little more gentle than bar rags and c-folds. JH At 9:4...

Friday 7.17.26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Easy open. Filmbot was $6 over, I put the difference in the over/under box. I tasted the cold brew that was in question earlier this week. I think it tasted like cold brew but like maybe it was brewed with a different style bean and that is why it tastes different. I am bringing some home for my roommate (who works at Homecoming) to taste so that I can get a straight answer of what's up since consistency in the coffee seems to be the main issue. I mixed in the remainder of that keg with another keg and was able to finish it. No complaints or anything from guests tonight regarding iced coffee tonight. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Matthew came out of the gates just batching. A machine. Easy open, both gentleman came prepared today. Lots of ticketing help needed in the first hour. Easy night with a good crew. - AB2 FOH Staff Observations: Evan is very kind. Special Events: The Odyssey Prep List: We are up to par. I juiced all of the grapefruits too. Tevon b...

Thursday 07.16.26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Back to having a very busy third round, especially if we hold on to The Invite for a while longer.  Overall, a decently busy Thursday, both in the theaters and at Trees.  Even without a World Cup game on, the new table layout at Trees does seem to have had the effect of encouraging guests to stick around for another round or two. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle and Greg opened. Did great. -Gus Both bars were busy once closers and I arrived, and were able to get in decent restocks before the second round got into full swing.  Greg floated between Trees and Lobby, depending on service, and was great at holding down the bar with Gabrielle while Matthew and I focused on the service pass.  Jeshua was his normal lobby one-man show once we got into the second round, and I got Gabrielle out of here before the last Th1 screening began seating.  Again, Greg held down a pretty busy bar while Matthew annihilated the service pass, the...

Wednesday 7.15.2026 Ian/Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: Big ups to Gil who swapped the iPads at Trees, so now the main terminal has a fully functional, party-time-discotheque-strobe-effect-less screen - thanks, homie! Rebecca also heard our prayers and delivered a set of two brand new bar keys for Trees and Lobby. New S.O.P will be to have the key in the bank bag at open, and then have it back in the bag with the drop, handed to Bar MOD at the end of the night - that way a bar MOD has eyes on the keys every day. - IP Really appreciate the support Gil and Rebecca.-LB  I observed a silverfish on the wall in the office. It made its way to the desk and I killed him.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is a glassware machine. Danny had a very sleepy lobby. - IP Spoke to both openers about the SOPs for the bar keys, and have included a note detailing the same in my weekly update (which will be posted tomorrow). JH FOH Staff Observations: Alayna put in an order during Jurassic Park 3 for the Strawber...

Tuesday 7.14.2026 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Aside from the guest interaction described below, tonight was rather relaxed aside from the one busy burst of action at the start of the DJ set. - IP Customer Comments:  Our 86 list watch list guest who I added, came in today with her husband and 1 year old.  She as expected caused a bit of a kerfuffle in theater 1.  She did her classic I want tots with the dish, but then claimed she wanted fries. We got her fries too.  Then her 1 year old was shaking the chairs in front of her and screaming. Rebecca asked her to take the kid outside, she did not. I then went into the theater to keep an eye on the situation, the daughter kept screaming, the mom was walking with her around the aisles. When she got to me, I told her it would be helpful to take her outside, she said "It is an all ages screening, she is one years old" I said that she was being disruptive.  We got Dwight and brought her into the hallway. She then went off on a tangent and...

Monday 7/13/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  It has been quite a while that we have not had  bar keys for the Lost and found closet and bar storage closet: in there we have back up soda boxes which are used during service, we also sell merch and the lobby bar needs ticket paper for film bot. There are many reasons that access is requested to this closet during the course of business that requires a key.  While I was writing this I had to let Volo into the bar storage closet. I understand copying these keys is difficult, but I can't imagine impossible. While trying to get admin work done during the course of the week it is difficult and getting pulled away for calls that would be solved by the key, is frustrating.-LB I concur with Lauren. While it is frustrating that the bar keys have been MIA for a long time now, and it would be less work to assign blame and hope that they will mysteriously reappear, that doesn't seem to be in the cards. The standard set of lobby key and trees key was S.O.P. ...

Sunday 7/12/26 Lauren

Manager Communication:  I spoke with Natasha about cocktail submissions and will continue to try and foster the process for the bar team. I also told Danny he should get some ideas ready, he seemed enthusiastic. Once I finish inputting my Top Gun information in, this will be my focus for July-August.-LB Natasha also mentioned that one of the OF kegs was not working, I encountered the walk-in clicking when I first got here and nothing was kicked. I immediately checked the OF keg and it wasn't sitting right on the output line. I will soak and clean the lines with hot water before we open. I think that this particular line gets gunky from the sugary elements and that keg is probably fine, just needs to be de-caked.-LB Customer Comments: Had some really lovely guest interactions today. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Greg didn't set an alarm last night after being up with anxiety over the lemonade issue. So he was 97 minutes late. Natasha a champion that she is set up the bar for him,...

Saturday 7/11/26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Smooth open.  The England v. Norway game kept Trees bopping all the way into the dinner round.  The Argentina v. Switzerland game didn't bring out as many folks, but Trees had the guests all the way through the end of that game.  The Invite in Th2 was close to selling out, but that was the all the excitement in the big theaters tonight.  First floor was busy all throughout the evening, and Th4/6 had their fair share of bustle, too. JH Customer Comments:  Pretty buzzy for early Trees  -GS BAR Staff Observations:  I cut Tevon. Rolling with 6 today. Its light. We are doing a little special at the bar- good idea Lauren and Jenn -GS Got openers out of here shortly after I got in, and Greg stuck around until the last round had settled and everybody who wanted a break had gotten one.  Gabrielle + Lydia really held down a busy service pass and bartop throughout the evening, only getting weeded once when it came to finding pils...

Friday 7/10/26 Jenn/Lauren/Ariel

Manager Communication: Chill opening. Lots of action with some later deliveries. Matthew cranked out his batching, I helped assist with some stuff. Jenn is hitting the oleo game right now. Feeling like we are set up for a good weekend.-LB Jenn had a good idea of using some of our backstocked specials as World cup specials during the games.-LB I upgraded our bar tools and tool tool storage, so they stop spilling over. Organized.-LB James said he returned your batteries LB. He apologizes deeply. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Sales are lowish, Natasha wanted to get cut, I consulted AB so I pushed back Knibbs to come at 5pm. - LB With cutting Natasha, Matthew and Tevon had to do longer shifts tonight and had good attitudes. Big shoutout to them. Knibbs and Gabrielle crushed their closes. I made sure the lowboy doors and freezer doors were closed because I wanted no repeats of last time. - AB2 Prep List: 2x Iced Tea concentrate, Pineapple simple, snap pea syrup, 2x moana, 10 FWWM, Marg keg...

Thursday 7/9/2026 - Ian/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication: Conrad was in to get photos of the Evil Dead special and the Moana special. Got those done this morning. Otherwise unremarkable open with Rebecca. - IP I cleaned the Trees frozens and replaced the busted gasket on the 2 chamber FroCo. The clear plastic ones we ordered are too small for the tanks, but the red ones are perfect. If we order more, order whatever that size is. - IP Started working on a bar trail guide for the servers printout that we can give them when they come through for their bar trail - just an introduction and some bullet points of the things we cover in the bar trail. It's in the drive. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Easygoing Thursday, with Gabrielle getting out of here once lobby had gotten through the bulk of the second round and Danny sticking around until ST&B was about to start.  Both Jeshua + Matthew held down each bar solo and closed without issue. JH Special Events? Easygoing ST&B this evening. JH Prep List: Made some arb...

Wednesday 07.08.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Closing was great. Christine and James crushed. Great team work tonight -GS Customer Comments: Boy there were a lot of them in Trees. No Soccer today. I think the tables are doing their thing -GS BAR Staff Observations: Its was super dead when I got in and only one theater looked very full...that changed at least a bit. I cut Matthew pretty early and kept Sam till about 8pm. It felt like things were slowing down. Its about 10:30 now and I have been bartending with Gab ever since I cut Sam, so whoops. FOH Staff Observations: Lots of new faces. Sam is back. Fiona did a good job tonight. Hiring/Training:  Sam had their first live shift, and did a great job opening lobby and sailed into service.  I had Matthew give lobby a once-over with Sam before doors, and he got excellent marks across the board. JH  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events: Save the Last Dance Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List:  Made 4x FroCo, 2x Iced...

Tuesday 7/7/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   Update on the stairwell light, Matthew said he is purchasing a new light fixture.-LB Got a kitchen call from Stewart to Trees on ticket J44 for 3 x extra ranch. There was no upcharge applied with the button that Tevon used. Tevon said we should fix the button, I agree, specifically we close people out at Trees and having to void someone's payment, go to their table and hassle them to charge them 2.00 for extra ranch is a very bad look. This happened this weekend when someone wanted to change to a salad, granted they didn't read that there was an upcharge, but we do close people out and then they change their minds. It is is time consuming and bad for our tip pool I am sure. I know Toast will have better interfacing ops for this. But want to note this, because for how Trees works, it is not as easy as adding the upcharge as often times the card has already been closed out.-LB The drain in the beer catch tray on the lobby beer tower needs to be snaked / g...

Monday 7/6/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy morning with LOTS of deliveries. Rebecca and I opened - not a whole lot going on until later in the day. - IP Did a proper scrub down of the lowboy and prep area back wall. Looking shiny shiny. - IP Ian gets MVP of the day. He was just doing it all. Thanks Ian. We couldn't do it without you. -LB So the projector bulb went off during the end of All the President's Men. The light's went up automatically, Jack walkied us. He asked someone to do an announcement. Wyatt did. It appeared before that happened someone ran out of the theater without their shoes, purse and waterbottle in what we would assume was  PTSD fueled fear.  Shortly after that Michael walkied from the lobby and on my way down I was met with a dozen cops. This person called in an active shooter.  I told them about this individual and that everything was okay but they could do a walk-through. They were in and out. I brought the person's belongings to MOD. We have her seat number. ...

Sunday 7/5/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: The light above the first landing up the stairs to Tress Lounge is out again, and this time I cannot get it to come back on. I jerry-rigged a scoop light (I pilfered from a box in the back of Juan's closet on the third floor) affixed to a high-top table at the window that overlooks the stairwell to shine at least a little bit of light on the stairs (until we can get that light back up and running). I put a "DO NOT TOUCH" label on the switch last time it was giving us problems, but someone on the closing team last night flipped both switches back off. If we can get the light back on, let's make sure to tape the switch in the ON position to avoid this snafu again. - IP The main service iPad (attached to the drawer) at Trees has been damaged somehow. Today when Natasha opened the bank, she alerted me that something was messed up with the display. There is a streak of pixels that are flickering and shuddering across the middle third of the iPad, wh...

Saturday 07.04.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  It was a hot one.  I'm sure FOH Blog will go into more detail about the ac situation in Th1, but we are currently back to partial ac service in that theater (which is getting us back to the low eighties).  Not too much foot traffic coming in from the park, as it is an absolute scorcher today.  Toy Story 5 continues to sell really well, and outsold Minions a couple of times, so that drink special may be good to stick around for a minute. JH I don't think an adequate shout out was given to IAN AND GUS WHO FIXED THE LOBBY BUBBLER!!!! -LB  Jeshua as he is the man and the resident cleaner of all things. He didn't do his regular awesome cleaning last week when he couldn't see. The lobby lowboys have a bit of grossness. So I think whenever we decide to get on the team for cleanliness we should highlight standing water. But we should also have Dio blow out the lowboy's compressor whenever they come to do the ice machines.-LB I spoke to Vlad, he...

Friday 7.2.26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Solid open. Was a nice hot one today. Peeps were bummed in TH1 and TH3 because of A/C complications so we had a bunch of returns, eCredits, and theater swaps. I was with James in TH3 helping with the A/C and it ended up being reset and fixed so TH3 was smooth sailing after that dinner round preshow. - AB2 Customer Comments: Lots of customers were bummed about the temp of theater 1. That being said, Trees was popping. World Cup had Trees banging. I had a lady get all buck nasty because her daughter (who was somewhere between 14-17) had a ticket for Obsession. She was mad that she was not asked for ID and that she was able to get into the movie underage. Daughter was smart and bought a ticket online. I let homegirl just yell at me. She may email but all was fine. Can't win em all. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew are rock stars.  I got Greg out of here once dinner round was fully settled and chillin'. Gabrielle was gangsta in Lobby. Natash...

Thursday 07.02.26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Smooth open from a building standpoint. Second round was bopping on all three floors, with Th1 (6:00pm) + Th6 (6:15pm) + Th4 (6:30pm) all being sold out, or pretty close to it.  It was great for Sam to see what Trees can look like with a crowd and a very active service pass, and service went really smoothly. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle and Jeshua opened very well today. Busy, busy second round, so I had Matthew start his bartending shift up at Trees, since they had an earlier second round hit.  Matthew went down to lobby, where he and Jeshua knocked out some screenings, and then Jeshua was able to get out of here once lobby had done a restock.  I told Gabrielle to hold off on making a stock list for Trees, as I wanted Sam to shadow Natasha while she wrote it.  In the meantime, I had Garbrielle and Sam focus on restocking glassware. Once Natasha got in, she and Sam did a big restock for Trees to prep for All the President's ...
