Manager Communication:
Busy morning with LOTS of deliveries. Rebecca and I opened - not a whole lot going on until later in the day. - IP
Did a proper scrub down of the lowboy and prep area back wall. Looking shiny shiny. - IP
Ian gets MVP of the day. He was just doing it all. Thanks Ian. We couldn't do it without you. -LB
So the projector bulb went off during the end of All the President's Men. The light's went up automatically, Jack walkied us. He asked someone to do an announcement. Wyatt did. It appeared before that happened someone ran out of the theater without their shoes, purse and waterbottle in what we would assume was  PTSD fueled fear.  Shortly after that Michael walkied from the lobby and on my way down I was met with a dozen cops. This person called in an active shooter.  I told them about this individual and that everything was okay but they could do a walk-through. They were in and out. I brought the person's belongings to MOD. We have her seat number. Wyatt is emailing her now. That is a wrap on America's birthday weekend.-LB

Customer Comments: A guest during ATPM came to Trees to complain that they got charged for two glasses of wine even though they only ordered one. They had to flag down their server to get their first glass of wine after 30 minutes of not getting it. And she was glad she looked at her bill and noticed the two glasses. One was voided off. But she was just upset and wanted better service, she was European. I said I was glad she told me so I could help provide better service in the future. I gave her two passes and told her to come to the bar next time and I would make sure she got a lovely glass of wine.  Siete was certain they got their first glass. But I do think it is hard to know if your tables get stuff when everyone runs drinks for other tables. Siete assured Christine that they bussed an empty wine glass. Who is to know. I do think the guest felt heard and left happier than before.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Patrick was in full Belgian colors, a lei and a mohawk wig behind the bar tonight at Trees. It was a nice full bar for Belgium scoring all of the goals in the game. I cut Tevon around 6:00 since he got in early and he has a long one tomorrow. I had Lydia swing up to cover Trees for the busy WC game and All the Prez Men screening. And cut them once that settled in. Good coverage over all.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: While Justin is on a runner shift, he stopped after running food at Trees and dropped some drinks at Theater 2 for them on his way back to DW2, that is above and beyond.-LB
Would like to see the runners grab the numbers from the tables, so we have them to recirculate plus it makes their job easier on the next food run.-LB

Maintenance:
The halo light on the first landing up the stairs to th1/2 is still non-functional. The little scoop light I tacked up is still doing the trick, but if anyone (Juan?) knows how to get that light working, that would be awesome! (I've added it to the maintenance doc) - IP
Is there a chance this is breaker related? I didn't check the breakers-LB
