Manager Communication: 
Smooth open. 

The England v. Norway game kept Trees bopping all the way into the dinner round.  The Argentina v. Switzerland game didn't bring out as many folks, but Trees had the guests all the way through the end of that game.  The Invite in Th2 was close to selling out, but that was the all the excitement in the big theaters tonight.  First floor was busy all throughout the evening, and Th4/6 had their fair share of bustle, too. JH

Got openers out of here shortly after I got in, and Greg stuck around until the last round had settled and everybody who wanted a break had gotten one.  Gabrielle + Lydia really held down a busy service pass and bartop throughout the evening, only getting weeded once when it came to finding pilsner glasses, and Jeshua was a lobby champion as usual.  Overall, a very smooth evening. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Grace Kelly is consistently not pleasant to be around. -GS

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Ian is going to be out sick tomorrow.  I let both openers (Greg+Natasha) know. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
We had an issue with a restock of lemonade at Trees, where it appeared the lemonade had been mixed with alcohol prior to being brought behind the bar.  Luckily, we only had one send back and were able to rectify the issue quickly.  I sent and email to Rebecca and bar managers to loop everyone in, and Gus and I chatted on the phone to discuss next steps.

Once we had the send back, everyone behind the bar tasted the lemonade and agreed it did not taste right.  So we immediately emptied the bubbler, gave it a clean, and then refilled it with a newer batch.  I tasted all other lemonades in the building and found there to be no issue with the rest of them.  The problematic batch is in a clearly-labeled cambro in the walk in, hiding behind the lemon juices we use for cocktail batching, so there is no chance of it being brought back in to service. JH

86ed / counts on items:
All remaining Willajory Pinot Noir bottles are stocked behind both bars.  The Butler is in the liquor room, and marked to not stock any behind either bar until we are completely out of the Willajory. JH  

Prep List: 
I made Lychee martini, Old Fashioned and fixed a Marg keg.

I made more of the Evil Dead + Moana specials, as well as some Irish Coffee + Paloma cheaters.  Both bars should be set on stock throughout tomorrow.  A Negroni + Princess Peach keg kicked, and both empties are cleaned and chilling in the walk in.  We can definitely wait until Monday's prep shift to make those kegs though, as they kicked later in the evening. JH

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
