Tuesday 6/30/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   I was in 4/6 and noticed a gross amount of spores on the fridge that they keep root beer and condiments in. I took Gus up to show him and we found that the entire gasket is caked with black mold. This would be a major DOH violation. We will steam it with our new cleaning toy tomorrow, but this needs to be side work that gets assigned. Along with there being a brown puddle on the bottom of the fridge, the gaskets need to be wiped down with sanitizer twice a week. I suspect the spores blossomed on the outside of the fridge recently since the air conditioning has stopped working, but it is pretty alarming people working in this industry didn't notice or care to do something about it.-LB Ticket sales were regular for a Tuesday, but Drag Bingo brought in a good crowd. Becca and Christine were awesome on the floor tonight. Christine patrolled the first floor and took a LOT of reps on Filmbot / ticketing queries. - IP BAR Staff Observations: The whole team di...

Monday 6/29/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   We got fresh Arbol Chiles, so they may be a bit spicy everybody.-LB The A-frame is back outside. I have new colorful chalk coming. I will put it in a small box for lobby bar and we can get creative promoting different events and writing quotes.-LB Trees was slammed with a triple whammy of World Cup, Volo and Benedetta BDSM Show - Tevon was on to batch early, and so I got him out around 8:15 - therefore we only had one bartender upstairs for the busiest portion of the evening. I helped get Lydia through the worst of it, but it disallowed me from being able to run away to change kegs and sodas - Major assist from Christine and Wyatt who were able to grab those odds and ends while I was behind the bar. When we get our new trainee up and running this will hopefully get itself sorted. - IP Customer Comments: The Volo people showed up with several different groups. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Whenever we have a 9p or later event on a day we traditionally ...

Sunday 06.28.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Opened with Wyatt. Took GF Soda off charge - she's good to go! Ticket sales are slightly more lean than yesterday, but we should see some good walk-in business from the Independence Day Parade and Pride Parade going on today. - IP Spoke to Vlad about all the floor drains and he is going to get down to business with me on Wednesday with those and also remind his team to be diligent about checking and cleaning them. I will put the preventive fly sticks in the drain after since they might be jeopardized in this process. -LB The lobby bar and Trees keys are now completely both gone. Tevon is in before me to start his batch shift. We really need replacements for these, Michael always needs to borrow mine. Just in case Jess isn't doing Admin here I have a secret hiding spot for my key so he can start his batch shift on time.-LB Customer Comments: We had a wedding after party come in around 10:15pm to Trees Lounge to which I had no heads up.  I told them we wou...

Saturday 06.27.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: PLEASE empty the Sani bucket at the end of the night. If we are going to keep fruit flies in check, leaving buckets of water and wet rags won't help.-LB Opened up with Rebecca. Good sales for Toy Story in theater 1 all day. The small freezer under the cocktail station in Trees was left open last night and totally froze over, so I emptied it out and chipped out all the frost. She's fresh and ready to freeze! - IP I really want to remind the bar team to restock a bottle they kill. Having to get on a step ladder during a dinner rush to hunt for Hennessy, when you may or may not even have a back up. I will add this to the par stock list that I am working on. Bottles out may be part of their drop procedure or something for Trees to prevent this. -LB We have more menu holders for Trivia and special events at Trees. They are in a small Tupperware that needs to just STAY AT TREES. Don't bring it to the back. Just leave it at the bar. -LB Unsurprisingly this n...

Friday 06/26/26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Pretty chill open. Please be mindful when putting kegs on a charge. Sometimes they do not sit fully in and do not charge. When connecting new kegs, can we please connect one furthest from the wall/closest to you. When the keg that is connected is closest to the wall, it makes it the most difficult to change since you have to reach over all other kegs. - AB2 Customer Comments: Knibbs had some regulars from another bar come in. They were very nice. World Cup drew a bit of a crowd BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is the man. Knibbs and Tevon straight bodied a busy rush for the last round. We had softball peeps, World Cup fans, and a busy midtown (TH1/TH2) come in all at once and we handled that. Gabrielle did her thing solo in Lobby with help from Dwight. I am big proud of the crew tonight. - AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jeshua. Feel better mane. - AB2 Prep List: Gotta batch a Margarita Keg and Old Fashioned keg tomorrow. I have the kegs cleaned out and ready in the...

Thursday 06.25.26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Wyatt and I opened the building. Nothing major. Busy night at Trees and in the theaters, but nothing ever went sideways.  Trees was pretty full up until last call, and was very busy between 7:30pm-10:00pm, which was great for a weeknight. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone really did a great job today.  Greg has gotten really great working down in lobby solo, and has also gotten much better about asking for a break when he needs one.  He held it down all night and needed very little assistance, which was very helpful as Trees was so busy. Gabrielle set Trees up for success, and was a superstar and stuck around later than we had anticipated when Jeshua had to leave early due to vision issues (see Sick Leave/Call Outs ).  Even with the issue, Jeshua got Trees through a huge restock before he left, and Gabrielle and Natasha sailed through the next few hours.  Gabrielle got out of here shortly after ten, and Natasha handily finsis...

Wednesday 06.24.26 Lauren/Jenn

It appears that somebody published this blog a little bit earlier.  I wasn't done with my notes, so this is the updated, complete version. JH Manager Communication:  I think we should redo the merch cabinet to draw eyes over there. I am happy to do it with someone.-LB I cleaned all the frozen machines at Trees, I did not get to the bubblers. Will see if Jenn can do them closing. Gus is gonna hit lobby tomorrow.-LB  Easygoing Wednesday night compared to the last few weeks, and Trees had a decent amount of small groups throughout the day.  We were unable to clean the bubblers this evening, but I'm sure we can get to it tomorrow with two closers at Trees. JH   BAR Staff Observations:   Matthew is giving up his shift to Natasha tomorrow, she will arrive at 7pm which is fine since Jeshua is also working since there is the USA game at 10pm and the drag show.-LB  Gabrielle was able to get out of here shortly after 8:30pm, with the second round winding down an...

Tuesday 6/23/26 Lauren/Gus

Manager Communication:  The plan is to run out the large format FWWM and then go back to the old recipe. So We will use up the Perfect puree we have them back to Boiron.-LB Customer Comments: Trivia was excellent tonight. It was a heavy World Cup crowd that went right into trivia. We love to see it. BAR Staff Observations: Darius is very impressive when doing trivia. He has such command of the space. FOH Staff Observations: Servers were very helpful tonight.  Hiring/Training: None Sick Leave/ Call outs: None Special Events? trivia.  Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: N Prep List: R&D comp checks: $35.00 spillage, moldy tops on batches in walk-in Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor came. US foods and Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB  Tomorrow: Union & Southern. Maintenance: There was a large mound of sugar on the ground in the liquor room. I cleaned it up, but lets try and be careful and if w...

Monday 6/22/26 Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  There was a syringe in the men's room bathroom in lobby this morning. Ryan told me and I removed it with gloves. Tevon said "New York is back."-LB I pulled the Irish Coffee fancy mugs and boxed them for storage until winter. We have a lot of mugs and could use the room for summer use glassware.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Was able to get Tevon out of here after both bars got a restock after the second round settled.  Patrick held down Trees, only needing me to help out at the service pass around 8:30pm when the last round of Th2 was in their initial service push.  Lydia sailed through their lobby shift and was able to get out of here shortly after I routed the first floor at 10:30pm. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Just wanted to shout out Jovani.  We weren't slammed at Trees, but we definitely did get busy.  She is always so quick to either step in and run trays for theaters other than her own, and if I ever need any help or someon...

Sunday 6.21.2026 Ian / Lauren

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building, got prepared for the flood of all-ages crowds. - IP Theaters were very busy but Trees was quiet all day. Hopefully we can get the openers out of here nice and early. - IP Trees picked up in the afternoon as it does on Sunday. Nice vibes.-LB One of the Trees napkin/straw holders broke. If anyone knows where it was sourced could not find replacement on Webstaurant. Will take one from Lobby bar for now. I brought down one of the Grey goose napkin holders from Trees.-LB I made a little frame with the special for the Gansett and the world cup so we can sell them.-LB Rebecca, the batch list for Tevon is on the white board. -LB Customer Comments:   BAR Staff Observations: Matt and Tevon opened up and we got Danny coming in before things start popping off. - IP The Sunday crew is really gelling. Love having Darius on the ground floor. Duan had really settled in to knowing Nitehawk's groove. Danny feels like he has been here ...

Saturday 06.20.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: It may be time to post the bathrooms for customers only on the doors again with all the BRIC and park action now. Also, maybe a second soap dispenser in the lobby ladies so that if one is empty.-LB Customer Comments:  BAR Staff Observations: It was Duan's first time doing a Lobby brunch open since training, so myself and Matthew made sure to check in with him before doors about anything he felt unsure on.  I told him to call me for any questions ir issues, but he honestly sailed through the first two rounds solo with only one or two walkie calls.  Really held it down solo. Matthew opened Trees well stocked, and gave me a list of what he would like behind the bar once I caught up on batching.  After Tevon got in and they got through the bulk of the second round, Matthew went and did a big restock to get Trees prepped for the later rounds. JH Got Matthew and Duan out of here just after 4:45pm/5pm Great teamwork today.  Business at Trees but ...

Friday 6.19.26 / Jenn, Ariel, & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I taped the World Cup schedule up at the bar near the pass where the cocktail specs and stuff are. The ones highlighted have passed. Use this as a reference when playing any games. - AB2 World Cup kept Trees buzzin' all night. Theaters were rockin'. Becca and Wyatt were patrolling the theaters and I was stationed at Trees to help out wherever needed. Glassware got backed up pretty regularly - not sure if this can be curtailed be more diligent pre-bussing, but we got through it with no adverse affect on service. - IP Customer Comments: Tree's had a nice crowd for the USA game. Perfect for business. They just chill and eat and drink. It's paced nicely and Matthew/Knibbs killed it through that and the busy big theaters with no hiccups at all. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: The WC matches kept the bar very busy and the theaters were basically all sold out for most of the evening. Matthew and Tevon were in at 10a this morning, so I did my best to get th...

Thursday 6/18/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Finished up the batching odds and ends (put Marg in keg, made tea concentrate, made 2x Kings of Summer and the backup Princess Peach keg, which will be charged at 4:30p today). Opened with Wyatt. Got photos of Toy Story special with Conrad. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Openers did a great job and we slid right into a very busy second round once closers got in.  These weeknight shows have been selling really well into the last round, so I have definitely had to hold on to an opener a little bit later than usual the last two nights.  It is a combination of ticket sales and the new push of guests at Trees, but it was never untenable.  I could have held on to Danny for a bit longer (maybe thirty or mire minutes) to better facilitate mid-service restocks, but both bars were able to hold off until post-last call restocks.  JH Special Events? It is kind of hard to tell if the groups at Trees were drawn in by the tables or World Cup games, but Trees...

Wednesday 6/17/2026 Ian/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication: Sleepy open allowed me to tack on some additional action items to my morning. Got the keg of GF Soda with the new recipe in the keg and charging and made another 6qt of GF Oleo that is steeping in the walk-in. - IP Definitely saw some larger groups taking advantage of the tables out at Trees Lounge, and the third round Disclosure Day sold more tickets than the second round screening. JH BAR Staff Observations: Matt and Jeshua opened. Easy breezy. - IP Was able to get Jeshua out of here once the initial service push for the third round screening in Th1 had settled.  There was realy only one time, around 9:45pm, where I had to take the service pass at Trees so Gabrielle could attend to guests.  But that was only about ten or so minutes.  Matthew cruised through his solo lobby shift, and both he and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH Hiring/Training: Met Sam during interviews with Gus - seems cool! Great resume, appears to know his stuff. -...

Tuesday 6/16/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Gus tweaked the Grapefruit soda recipe to make it more carbonated and a little sweeter.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: FOH Staff Observations: Grace and Garrity taking charge today. Saw some real leadership. Garrity saw 4/6 tray sitting with more drinks being made and offered to support. Really great teamwork. Grace was on it with Lanie right behind.  Rae was super wonderful today when dropping food on the mezz, she bussed plates from old tables. Vlad also was a super helpful FOH porter today when Baldor came super late in the day. He helped get all of our stuff out of the kitchen's way and upstairs for me while I was expo-ing at Trees. -LB Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Empire & Baldor arrived-LB US foods coming tomorrow.-LB Ordered a citrus ...

Monday 6/15/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I think with the early success of the world cup games and the Knicks watch parties, we should consider advertising US Open Tennis coverage at Trees. The end of August is usually slow so any business is good. We can also do a mock version of the Honey Deuce.-LB I also wanted to note, some of these World cup games will start late and we will have the issue of closing Trees while games are still being played, I do worry about advertising games and then asking people to leave before matches are over. So I think we need to pick and choose what games we start just to avoid the issue of having to keep people on OT.-LB  There is still a little pushing out of old inventory we need to make room for all of the grapefruit soda items in the walk-in. Tepache sale for next week trivia? We are lose. I moved some stuff around, looking really good. Also growing pains that will settle as the new item prep fears settle. (for me)-LB Chill Monday from the evening on. Sales were m...

Sunday 6.14.2026 Ian / Lauren - WORLD CUP BONANZA

Manager Communication: Opened 'er up with Wyatt. Kudos to last night's closing team - it was WILD in Trees last night and it looks great in here! - IP Busy Spielberg shows but otherwise very chill. World Cup got going as the day went on. Team was fantastic, and our new bartender Andrea is AWESOME. - IP I already spoke to Gil about this, but I mentioned how it might be smart with the tables being out at Trees to have a QR code menu/ instructions on ordering at the bar. I have had some customers ask. This would be primarily of facilitation on the weekends. The tables are a definitely a plus and I have seen Conrad mention QR code menus for LoRes, so maybe some brainstorming regarding this.-LB Love that the popcorn neon is back, I put the nice little USB lamp in bar storage.-LB And we have the creepy candelabra from Death Becomes Her in the Lobby, it looks great.-LB Customer Comments: The tables at Trees seem to be a truly excellent fit. Might move them around tonight when closing...

Saturday 6.13.26

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened the building. Pretty breezy. -GS Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew opening are such pros. I was able to push everyone back today. Cut Matthew at 4. Cut Tevon around 4:30. -GS\ Theaters were quiet but really glad I held onto Danny and Gab for the game. Trees was packed and busy.  I cut Danny around 10:15. Gab as the game ended.  I staff perked food for Patrick, Lydia and Gab since they did not stop moving the entire night. It was great and I do think we should keep the tables. It has been really good vibes in there since we have kept them.-LB The whole team crushed it. Really excellent service. -LB FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Andrea Day 1 Andrea got a lot of reps on Filmbot, made a good amount of tickets for theaters. Points to work on: Register management and ringing in orders (we completed POS training, but there just wasn't a lot of actual live things to ring in.) She has great attention t...

Friday June 12th Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Smooth menu change (albiet a small one)  - GS Customer Comments: Filled up in Trees around 5pm - GS BAR Staff Observations : Going to call Matthew in earlier for Friday batch shifts and give him an hour break before his shift  -GS Would he prefer that? I can see Matthew preferring to just work through the long shift. - AB2 Was a nice busy day. The rain brought some peeps in, The World Cup brought some peeps in, and the theaters were busy. Jeshua was bugging out a bit due to the POS/Card reader not working (Read Mobilebytes issues). This did not help. I told him to take it easy several times. The system breaking down is not fun but usually forcing things and bugging out and getting mad does not help and does not look good in front of guests. I put a sign over that POS and had the whole team close people out from the far POS. Good thing we have 2 here. - AB2 I held Tevon here later than usual. I needed him. We were busy with everything tonight ...

Thursday 6/11/2026 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Got a bunch of menu change stuff accomplished and Gus did some great reorganization on the liquor shelves. - IP Everything except the Irish Coffee cheater update is batched and ready for launch tomorrow. Gus will amend the Irish Coffee cheater tomorrow. - IP Trees menus (full + happy hour) have all been updated for menu change.  All Irish Coffee cheaters have been brought to the liquor room to be sweetened up for service tomorrow. JH BAR Staff Observations: Danny and Gab opened. - IP Pretty busy evening at both bars, with the second round doing pretty well across the building.  I swung Danny up to Trees during the second round load-in for Th1, and then he was able to get out of here once both bars were restocked.  Jeshua held down lobby solo without issue for the rest of the evening.  Just as Gabrielle was going to get out of here, a bunch of guests from Th1 came to Trees to hang out once their movie ended, so she hopped back behind the bar w...

Wednesday 6/10/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Very slow day for theater service, so I was able to tackle a bunch. Machines cleaned first thing, orders (Southern and US Foods) put away, built the O-Ren Keg - it is in the walk-in ready to go. I also played some keg jenga and the walk-in is looking good. Got us up on anything that wasn't in surplus in the walk-in (prep info below). - IP Matt had a great idea to do a 50/50 shot of the Firewalk and the 50yr Storm as a special for the Knicks games - just a shot glass with a dollop of each frozen. There is a button on bar speed labeled "Knicks Shot". I made little graphic cards to be put at Trees for the games. - IP  BAR Staff Observations: Matt and Jeshua opened so everything was set and ready and I was able to get a bunch done. - IP We sailed right through the dinner round, and Jeshua was able to get out of here once Tevon arrived.  Also, shoutout to Jeshua for giving the backbar at Trees a deep clean during a pretty mellow first round.    An...

Tuesday 6/9/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  I put masking tape in the walk-in where the coconut water, saline and acid solution can go for the upcoming cocktails. -LB Gus spoke with coca cola and they had in fact been having our tickets closed by random companies saying they came here. Hopefully they understand that they need to come out and service us now since no one has come-LB Bar binders are good to go.-LB Lauren crushed menu change tasks. All three of us together locked in the Disclosure Day special (I made the build sheet in the drive and updated the menu change doc). Pre-Code Parade had a lovely little crowd who partied heartily beforehand and had a little afterparty action. James makes life very easy for us bar managers, and I deeply appreciate it. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia and Patrick did a great job behind the bar. Tevon and Greg were stalwarts in the lobby. - IP Special Events?  pre-code - this has been getting busier! The DJ is spinning some good tunes and people seem ...

Monday 6/8/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Swamp cooler is doing wonders to help the circulation of heat in the liquor room, thank you so much!!! Well, the marquee message definitely worked for the Knicks game. Packed trees from 8:30 to the end of the game. Definitely not an ideal day to have the opener also pull a prep shift. Going forward, having 4 bartenders on for Knicks games (and very soon world cup games) is going to be essential. The theaters were not very busy tonight, and I was still stuck solely behind the bar for the majority of the game. Jared and Wyatt came up huge for me and helped with changing kegs, building trays, etc.  BAR Staff Observations: Tevon batched and opened, so I opted to get him out of here before people started showing up for the game. I decided it would be better to not burn out one of our strongest bartenders on Monday and I would jump behind the bar to assist. It ended up being totally fine, but I was exclusively a bartender for 3+ hours of my shift tonight - had I b...

Sunday 6.7.26 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy lil Sunday. Other than some emergency Iced Tea, everything was well set for this morning. Wyatt trained Malcolm on the Sunday open. I am going to change the water filters on Wednesday of this week when I come in for maintenance (unless someone else wants to get to it Mon/Tues morning). The coffee machines have been consistently acting funky (easy to fix - just a quick reset does the trick), and obv the code 3 on the ice machine - I think both issues will be alleviated with this simple refresh. - IP My emotionally scarred neighbor from Obsession who walked out and forgot to pay came back and he filled out his form to pay. James walked me through the walkout process since I haven't done it a ton. His name is Will Borowski who walked out on Obsession 6/2.-LB We were trying to reroute the theater 7 printer back for the last Scary Movie of the night and we couldn't even get the 3/5 printer to work. Then the Film bot printer wasn't working. The marque...

Saturday 06.06.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: Another airpot lid fell apart merely trying to open it to clean it at closing. I will order more, but I feel like getting a different type of coffee carafe would be more prudent. The coffee machines on both floors are giving weird codes. -LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Mellow morning, special events went well and both bars sailed through the first two rounds.  Around three I had Matthew lead the charge to make sure both bars were stocked up and ready for the later rounds, so that way pre-closers/closers could just slide right in to service. JH Jeshua wanted to do a deep clean of the lobby when he was closing, I told him I would have Darius do the shelves tomorrow and he could do the lowboys to split the difference so he won't be here super late. But he is just always looking out and making sure everything gets done. He rocks. -LB Tevon and Gab closing together is a dream. Tonight was a lot but they all crushed.-LB FOH Staff Observations: Kat ...

Friday 6.5.26 Gus.Jenn. More Gus

Manager Communication: Opened with Jared & Jeremy. Was great! Customer Comments: There weren't as many as I would have hoped for. BAR Staff Observations: I am really thankful for Matthew Soler. Lots of things were slightly off today. The porters are having a hard time adjusting to cleaning the new mats and the bar was seemingly not mopped last night. Matthew rolled with the punches and had great patience. I spoke with Vlad. Also Dio just arrived without warning and messed with the lowboy. They didn't fix the problem, but they are apparently coming back. FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Ariel is sick. Feel better bud! Special Events: Knicks Game 2 Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: Matthew made a ton of stuff- however- we are really low on lime and he didn't have enough to make all of the Firewalks- he only made three. I sent an email about prep. R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: Lost ...

Thursday 6/4/2026 - Ian/Gus

Manager Communication: Put away soda, fruit, juice, tecate, saratoga, sugar. Cleaned machines. There is a significant sprite syrup leak in the gun under the taps closest to the service pass at Trees. Gus called Coke this morning - they are allegedly sending someone out to deal with it.  The carbonation for the guns in the lobby were going a bit wonky - I think it's time to change the filters in the lobby and at Trees. - IP Becca was here tonight, making everyones life easier. Jared closing. Really good teamwork all around. Customer Comments: Call me biased, but having more tables in trees is super cool. People sit in them. I think it makes the place less daunting. Very pro. BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle is a warrior. She's great.  FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn still out. - IP Special Events: Bric skip the line event. Pretty mellow. Spoons, light crowd. Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Back up on Boosters specia...

Wednesday 6/3/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  I made an infographic for tapping kegs (mainly the secondary part) for inside the walk-in.-LB LET'S GO KNICKS! Finals got a great crowd at trees. Held onto Matt til around 10 when the th 2 Obsession rush petered out. The bar was still rockin', so I jumped in to give Gab a hand until I could swing Jeshua upstairs after rerouting. - IP Carly's last day :'( Brought a lovely crowd to the bar to say goodbye. End of an era! - IP Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Gab and Matt crushed. Jeshua is a machine in the lobby. Great work all around. - IP Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Jenn called out, Ian will close.-LB Special Events? NBA Finals are bringing a good crowd - I imagine the world cup will as well. The more we can spread the word/advertise about this the better! - IP The Fabulous Stains had a good crowd and they chilled in the lobby afterward. Great work, Woods! - IP 86ed / counts on items: 86 Boosters Special until tomorrow. - IP Prep List:  L...

Tuesday 6.2.26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  While doing pre-shift in the kitchen discovered two buttons for Low Class urban b****** with different amount of asterisks, one with a count of 79 which was likely the button made for the event for Wednesday and another that had the count of zero that was 86ed. I don't know who made the second button, but it did wipe out our bar team's count of product accounting.-LB Ian is a one-man trivia machine. Building got really busy tonight everywhere.-LB I was only able to be as effective with Trivia because of Becca - she was everywhere. Every single call, no matter where or when, she answered - all the while helping flip theaters and run glassware. It was unreal. We also had a medical emergency during which she called EMS and handled their arrival. More on that below -- bottom line is, Becca is an absolute rock star. - IP Customer Comments: During the late round Obsession a guest fainted, which caused some panic amongst the guests seated nearby. There was a w...

Monday 6/1/26 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:  Easy open, Gil and I rocked it -GS It was really busy tonight! Obsession and Backrooms are crushing, and the Darkroom series packed Trees lounge from 9 to close. The team did a great job on all fronts dealing with some heavy drink rushes and Trees itself being very busy all the while. If I had to nitpick, I would ask that the servers try to pre-empt the crazy glassware rushes - ESPECIALLY on these nights when we are staffed more lightly than say on a Saturday or Sunday. - IP Customer Comments:  Our Skurnik Rep and one of our many Southern Reps (came here cause shes a big fan) were here. They were chatting with Tevon. -GS BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon and Lydia opened. Solid. -GS The Darkroom screening got out right as I was hoping to get Tevon out of here - but they packed Trees and he was a real champ and helped me and Greg through the initial crush at the bar. Once everyone was settled with a drink, Greg got a break and then Tevon was out. Lydia...
