Customer Comments: Lots of PSP folks today. Greg handled a customer who was a bit difficult. Handled it really well in my opinion. She was just talking his ear off when we were getting crushed, nothing terrible. -GS

There was a guest who ordered tots and an ice cream. Closed out- then wanted aioli instead of queso- didn't specify 

BAR Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight. Natasha is a calming force at the service well. -GS

FOH Staff Observations: Thursdae really crushed it tonight and was super helpful. Fiona is solid. Alex M and Michael Melandro were also really great tonight.

Tevon got through most of the list (froco + lemonade + margarita (in a cambro) + negroni) and I finished up the rest (iced tea concentrate + lemonade + odyssey) during the first round. JH

We did not have enough snap pea syrup to make a full batch of Summertime Cooler this evening.  Both bars are still stocked, and we've got a bit in the walk-in, too.  I ordered sugar snap peas from Baldor to arrive tomorrow, so we should probably make some more of that syrup before we get too busy. JH

Woah I totally forgot that Tevon made a Marg keg and made one myself. I also made an OF, and a GF soda- Ian- please hook up the GF soda when you get in. It will absorb more CO2 when colder.

Maintenance: 
I was unable to get the walkie charger at lobby bar to work.  I swapped the dying walkie for one with a full battery, so lobby is set in the meantime.  I don't know if we need to replace the charger, but I tried two different outlets and neither powered it on. JH

Lots of keg issues tonight. I'm going to soak the connectors to the Old Fashioned keg. Might call draft choice on Monday if this continues. -GS

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
