Manager Communication: Chill opening. Lots of action with some later deliveries. Matthew cranked out his batching, I helped assist with some stuff. Jenn is hitting the oleo game right now. Feeling like we are set up for a good weekend.-LB
Jenn had a good idea of using some of our backstocked specials as World cup specials during the games.-LB
I upgraded our bar tools and tool tool storage, so they stop spilling over. Organized.-LB

James said he returned your batteries LB. He apologizes deeply. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Sales are lowish, Natasha wanted to get cut, I consulted AB so I pushed back Knibbs to come at 5pm. - LB

With cutting Natasha, Matthew and Tevon had to do longer shifts tonight and had good attitudes. Big shoutout to them. Knibbs and Gabrielle crushed their closes. I made sure the lowboy doors and freezer doors were closed because I wanted no repeats of last time. - AB2

Prep List: 2x Iced Tea concentrate, Pineapple simple, snap pea syrup, 2x moana, 10 FWWM, Marg keg (cambro), 50 Year Storm, grapefruit soda keg, 9 quarts olea (go Jenn) needs to be strained tomorrow 4pm, (it is in the bar prep lowboy)-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sarene, St. Agrestis, US foods, Union Beer. -LB
Baldor coming tomorrow. (Jenn if you can throw the 6 Passionfruit in the freezer.) LB
Simple syrup, 2x whipped cream, kings of summer, summertime cooler.-LB

Maintenance: I was able to finish out the Sauv Blanc keg connected and the one that had a little bit left as well. After hooking up the next keg, I noticed that the red knob (not the one connected to the bobbin but the one lower on the wall) was pushed to the side, I simply moved it facing down and adjusted the main connecter to the kegs red nozzle as well. After that, we didn't really run into any issues with the Sauv Blanc pouring. - AB2

Manager Communication: Solid Open Lots of forward motion toward menu change and such. Looking good.  If it is at ALL possible to have it say THEATER 1 and THEATER 2 at the top of the ticket the way it does on the kitchen tickets that would be extremely helpful. This is a service issue at TREES for sure during busy times. It will lead to mistakes.  There are also lots of handhelds still printing multiples ie. 2 lemonades vs lemonade lemonade. It seems across the building and across menu. So I think a fine eye to just make sure that is all worked out or things may get missed. The non-consistent nature of it, will in fact lead to mistakes.  The handhelds at Trees are also difficult to use without any color differentiation in the BAR COCKTAILS CATEGORY. If you could take the notes from the people doing the serving it would be super helpful for us. We are a little older and we are using tiny little machines that slow us down. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Manager Communication: Opened with Gil. Definitely the second to last Sunday in August type ticket sales to start the day - change of pace from the big Spidyssey weekends. Lovely weather outside with a chance of showers briefly - will hopefully bring some people in from the park. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Nat opening Trees, Greg opening Lobby. - IP.  Pretty smooth sailing through the dinner round.  Everyone grabbed family meal and got breaks, and Danny stuck around for both bars to get a post-dinner restock in.  The last round was pretty mellow saleswise, so both bars had ample time to get started on a deep clean pre-close to end the weekend.  Jeshua got out of here shortly after I rerouted lobby, and both Duan + Tevon closed each bar without issue.
