Manager Communication:  I spoke with Natasha about cocktail submissions and will continue to try and foster the process for the bar team. I also told Danny he should get some ideas ready, he seemed enthusiastic. Once I finish inputting my Top Gun information in, this will be my focus for July-August.-LB
Natasha also mentioned that one of the OF kegs was not working, I encountered the walk-in clicking when I first got here and nothing was kicked. I immediately checked the OF keg and it wasn't sitting right on the output line. I will soak and clean the lines with hot water before we open. I think that this particular line gets gunky from the sugary elements and that keg is probably fine, just needs to be de-caked.-LB

Customer Comments: Had some really lovely guest interactions today. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Greg didn't set an alarm last night after being up with anxiety over the lemonade issue. So he was 97 minutes late. Natasha a champion that she is set up the bar for him, except ice.  Rebecca hit NK with a token to thank her. I filled out Greg's write up for the tardiness and will present it to him when I cut him today.-LB
Sam called me to the lobby because he didn't know how to close out people from a theater but they really wanted to leave Maddie's Secret. So he just charged them for what they had. I went through how to do this and told him to just walkie me before and I would do the proper procedure so I wouldn't have to void things in the station. I fixed Bayly's tables. There will be $2.00 in gratuity from the bar team tips that should go back into the server pool at the end of the night.-LB
I issued Duan's write-up for the incident involving margarita making it's way into the lemonade bubbler. We discussed the parameters in place to prevent things like this from happening and focusing on taking time to make sure mistakes don't happen going forward.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:

Hiring/Training: Sam is getting the feel of the weird wild Sunday lobby and is really fitting right in here as a Hawk.-LB
I gave Sam's lobby close a once over, he did well but gave some notes to tighten things up. He is a diligent worker and takes notes well.-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Ian. Feel better dude, summer colds are the hardest.-LB

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
