Manager Communication: 
Starting the day with some hard work and some grateful to be alive vibes over here at NPP, maybe it'll catch on. -LB  

Strong dinner round on the first and second floors, but both large theaters were wrapped up relatively early this evening.  Trees got some folks from PPWSL and was pretty busy all the way up to eleven. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both bars were pretty self sufficient throughout the night.  Danny got out of here once both bars had a chance to restock and whoever wanted a break got one, while Patrick stuck around until Josie was seated and through its initial service push.  Both Gabrielle + Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
FOH Blog mentioned the guest who was ill in Th1 during the last round of The Odyssey.  I just wanted to shout out Conner for being proactive and helpful.  By the time management got there, he had already given the guest a damp, cool (clean) rag and a glass of water to help her cool down. JH

Special Events?
Josie & the Pussycats was a great crowd, and having the Q&A before the movie was much appreciated, as the theater emptied out during the credits. JH   

Prep List: 
If anyone ever asks you to guess the combined weight of the peels of 71 grapefruits, you can confidently tell them 3,780 grams.  I'll strain the oleo tomorrow, and we should end up with just shy of 4 gallons. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
Trees bank was $4.00 over. JH

Lost & Found?: 
A dark teal wallet was left behind at Trees.  License + credit cards are for a: Rebecca Lori Pollock.  Christine mentioned it in the FOH Blog and the wallet is chilling in the safe in the office. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Skurnik, US foods, Baldor, Union, CW wines, southern-LB

Maintenance: 
It would be helpful to get one of those hangers for dustpan/broom combos for the runners stationed at DW2, it was left in the mop sink last night. It is frequently strewn about. And if it had a home, perhaps on the wall on the  other side of the dumbwaiter next to the glycol machine.-LB

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Jesse Sunday 1.5

Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
