Thursday 4.30.26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Easy open. James and me beasted it -GS  The second round was busyyyyyyyy for a Thursday night.  Encore screening of Butthole Surfers and TDWP2 is easily selling out our larger theaters.  Busy busy weekend ahead. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle had some really thoughtful things to say about the bar, staffing and such. Will share at the meeting on Tuesday Once closers were in, lobby did a big restock and I had Greg float up to Trees just as the second round was hitting Trees Lounge.  Definitely needed the three bartenders, as it freed me up to not only expo, but tray up drinks.  Excellent work across the board, guests at the bar were attended to and no drinks were left to die in the pass.  It was a very busy ninety minutes or so, but everybody absolutely crushed it.   Got Greg out of here and held on to Gabrielle to handle the late round TDWP2 and the Bingo crowd.  At 10:15pm, I went down to lobby and ...

Wednesday 4/29/26 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Coca cola came by and the lovely technician Jim hooked us up with a new bar gun and manifold (the under part) so we are back in business in the service well. -LB I put out 4 dozen Collins glasses, we have no more back ups.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Jeshua handled a very busy Lobby (lots of new folks coming through for Doc'n Roll and just could not resist the opportunity to order a drink before heading up the stairs).  Routed first floor once the lobby gate came down, and he was able to help Gabrielle with a few closing tasks.  The last two Wednesdays have had a very busy Trees crowd, so Jeshua has been a real champ the last two weeks.  Matthew + Gabrielle sailed through service, with Matthew sticking around until Trees had mellowed into the third round.  Gabrielle handled a very busy bar for the rest of the evening and closed without issue. JH Special Events?  The Q&A in Th1 ended up running long, so Matthew stuck around a...

Tuesday 4/28/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Everybody in the house today. Chill until Mulholland Drive. Was a good pop but nothing crazy. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Lydia rocked the long lobby with no issue. Tevon and Danny were great in Trees. Danny handled the smattering of tickets and bar crowd after Tevon left with ease. He's also a thorough bartender from drink making to breaking down at end of night. Love to see it. - IP Special Events?   Miss Malice Mulholland Drive. Super sold out and had a very elongated drink and food rush. Always a good show! - IP 86ed / counts on items: 86ing Infinite Possibilities going forward. - IP Prep List:  2 lemonades, twitterpated. -LB Will take a look and replenish tomorrow for rest of week and syrups/etc for batch shift Friday. - IP Pay Outs: Miscellaneous Expense - $30 - IP Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  USfoods. To Rise coming tomorrow. Union coming tomorrow. Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB Good that we have beer on the way! EVERYTHING kicked tonigh...

Monday 4/27/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   We are on our last bottle of Monkey 47 gin it is at Trees.-LB  We need to put more Collins glasses into circulation before this weekend.-LB I was checking on Spoons inventory, which we are good on except cuckoo Bananas (but Gus we will need a sweeter coffee liqueur for that to make more). The store and pour lids had some spores on them. So I transferred them to 4 quarts and will leave them just on the shelf and not in the bus tub if the lack of circulation of cold air was creating a warmer environment for spores to thrive. I did notice this with the former menu old product on the bottles.  Also if you notice spores on the top of the cocktail kegs, just turn them upside down and use the floppy drain stopper to soak the tops and the yellow brush to brush off the spores. I did this with three kegs today. Super easy maintenance to keep things fresh and prevent further spore spread. -LB Super chill night. Reel-ability screening was awesome - had a dece...

Sunday 4/26/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Less busy morning than yesterday, but the Brooklyn Half Marathon has flooded the park with people. The weather is staying dry (for the time being) but the influx of people in the area will likely lead to good walk-in sales. Staffing levels are great - Wyatt and Rebecca on MOD, me at bars. Let's rock. - IP So I don't know what happened to the elevator side door to the lobby but it is now automatically locking. I closed the door after Darius was done so it wasn't left unattended when Michael was doing rounds. I will open it for Junior, but someone should investigate why that is happening. We also need a replacement key for the lobby bar key set so they can open the projection closet for L&F and the liquor room if needed.-LB It felt like glasses were constantly in short supply as they were out being used but as one of the servers put it: the glassware is the blood and we are the heart pumping the glassware throughout the building. So very poetic.-LB...

Saturday 4/25/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Opening round sales were mellow-ish but Michael is packing the house with lots of first-time fliers. Staff has been very patient and very communicative, and overall I think the majority of our new guests are leaving with an awesome first time experience. - IP I cut my finger on the mesh metal strainers we use in the sinks at Trees when I was helping Lydia reset ahead of the 8:30  Michael. There are two like this. I put in an amazon order for the simpler type we have which I think would lend itself to more frequent cleaning and safer usage. The metal on the sides is very sharp. -LB   Customer Comments: In the last MJ movie on the night seat seat 1717 came out to Trees to complain that they didn't get their food or drinks even though they ordered before their neighbors. I checked with Lanie who seemed confused and unphased, thought it was a different table. I found the order on the table but it didn't seem to have gotten to them. I comped the sodas, ...

Friday 04.24.26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Jared and I opened up the building. Shoutout to Jared who covered my normal part while I helped a delivery of booze. Customer Comments: There was very spirited man who wanted Nitehawk popcorns to go. Jared helped him out. BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Tevon opened. Legends. Everything was pretty chill FOH Staff Observations: Bri is always a delight to be around Solid busy night but not too hectic. Maybe it's just me but I feel like servers can be a bit spoiled here and always expect support and additional help with flips. As TH1 last round was getting in, servers were noticeably bummed that they did not have support, and drinks sat at the pass for a bit. We had 5 servers (Bre was starting and darting) for a close to sold out (192) theater 1. I feel that the muscle memory for putting in orders and then walking to the bar is non existent. We had a good team in the theater (Bre, Alayna, Connor, Jay, & Shane) and I knew they could handle it, but som...

Thursday 4.23.26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Pretty sleepy morning. Rebecca and I opened. Very chill -GS Had a bit of a busy pop at Trees from 8:00pm-9:30pm.  Looked like some folks from the PPWSL and then a fair amount of folks stuck around after Kevin Geeks Out.  Both Th2/Th4 were pretty sold out and had close in-times, so the service pass was busy throughout that time, too. JH Customer Comments:  Had a guest that was a member of a large party in the 5:45pm Michael that we had to cut off at Trees.  He had come out from the theater a few times to order shots, and then tried to get Matthew to pour him two at once.  Matthew flagged it and looped me in.  The guest got a little upset when we told him we would not be serving him any more alcohol.  He called me and Matthew racist for 'policing what a grown man drinks.'  Another member of the group, a lady, got him away from the bar and they left shortly thereafter as the end credits had already started in their theat...

Wednesday 4/22/26 Ian/Lauren/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  The hoses are near the black strap on the bottom right back of the liquor room now. -LB I think we should stop putting out almond milk for staff with cereal, if they want it they can ask bartenders, this may mitigate the overstock of almond milk behind the bars.-LB  BAR Staff Observations:  Easygoing night.  Matthew stuck around until just about the start time of Rush Hour . and then both JEshua and Gabrielle closed without issue. JH Hiring/Training:  Eddie (server) did their bar trail with me during the Rush Hour service push.  They seemed to have a pretty good grasp on how things work, and asked a lot of good questions. JH Prep List:  Princess Peach, Firewalk x4, O-ren, Negroni, infinite possibilities, arbol tequila, simple syrup.-IP Over/Short on Banks:  Trees was $1 over. JH Pay Outs:  $22.00 (Boar's Head) JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor, Southern, Empire. Union, Baldor coming tomorrow and Saturday. US foo...

Tuesday 4/21/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: We are missing one of the bar teams keys to the building. If any MODs know where it is. I know people borrow it when they get locked out of the office. The bartenders need it for Lost and found and to get into bar storage. -LB Trivia and Take Shelter were the big ticket items tonight and the team was up to the challenge. Becca and Jared were all over theater calls and the Trivia squad and I had Trees lounge and lobby well taken care of. - IP BAR Staff Observations: The cat is out of the bag, Patrick likes working the floor for Trivia. Welcome back from vacation Patrick. Total teamwork all around today.  Each of them supporting each other and giving each other breaks here and there.  Really good energy with the team. Danny is a dream. He and Duan both came equipped and ready right out of the box - and they're picking up the Nitehawk quirks really quickly. Great hires, guys!! - IP FOH Staff Observations: Runners always crush delivering food to the trivia c...

Monday 4/20/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I added a section to the SOP but did not add it to the index for the lobby gate. It was stuck up last night. -LB I don't think we need to charge Princess peach 6 hours. I believe Draft choice said something like 2 hours. I think we should experiment with this next keg and check it out.-LB Nothing was too busy until Lebowski - but that filled up Trees beforehand and then the basketball playoffs kept some people hanging out for a bit. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Greg will not be going near any fire alarms ever again, he is very apologetic about yesterday and even the fireman he told didn't believe him that he set it off.-LB FOH Staff Observations: Erika Fontana is just the best. - IP Special Events? Big Lebowski screening with White Russian special. Dear Lord the white Russians were flying. Crazy numbers - the batch worked out great. Was easy to get them out nice and quick and Greg and Tevon were up to the challenge (with a little bit of an assist from me...

Sunday 4/19/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy morning. Rebecca got everything rolling for the private events and special screenings. Greg and Nat opening. Duan's shift moved to Trees close with Tevon. Just one more Trivia close and he's ready to go live!  Fire alarm City. A drink rack somehow slipped while being reset at the pass and managed to pull the fire alarm next to the coffee station. I didn't see it happen, but Greg said that's what caused the alarm. After the Fire department came and checked everything out, we got back into service. Servers and bar staff handled everything super professionally and the guests seemed more relieved than anything that it was just a false alarm.. - IP Nice busy Sunday energy. Team seems to really be working well together. Got Jeshua out of here around 8pm since it slowed down and we have extra hands.-LB This office gets hotter and hotter.-LB Customer Comments: Guest Gold Star goes to the parents of the birthday party in theater 7 this morning. Love...

Saturday 4/18/20226 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Gil and I opened up. Sales very mellow for a Saturday morning. Should get busier later - but weather is gorgeous outside, so probably chill until sundown. - IP We are almost out of raspberries for infinite possibilities garnish, Danny went to Mr. Kiwi but no luck.  We are on both of the last boxes of Diet Coke syrup for both bars. It was reported to me that US foods was OOS. I have more coming Monday morning.-LB It is rather dark with the popcorn neon being out. Matthew, I know a neon guy that has a shop in park slope, he is cool and would probably come take a look for a few beers.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Nat opened - whomever closed last night absolutely crushed. Super set up to start the day. - IP Definitely steady business for the bar team throughout the night. Well-staffed. Gab cut out after the last Drama went in and they got their last restock done. Definitely not a chaotic Saturday but a steady amount of business and p...

Friday 4/17/26 Jenn/Gus/Edgar

Manager Communication: Solid open. Not a bad night. Solid pops but the popular movies are starting to slow down in sales. - AB2 Customer Comments: Pretty mellow to start. A few pops BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is a glassware hawk. He corners the market immediately and all the glassware funnels through him. You love to see it. I was able to get Greg out during the middle rush downstairs. Tree's was rocking but was not too crazy for service station. TH1 6:45, TH2 8:30, and TH4 8:15 were the busy theaters tonight for Tree's and everything was smooth and well timed out. TH2 and TH4 were the pop of the night and Matthew and Natasha handled it with absolutely 0 issues. I got Matthew out after that last round settled. - AB2 Prep List: Lemonade, New Special, Kids special, 50 Year Storm, FWWM. Pay Outs: $38- Juan things Maintenance: None The soda Gun at the service pass in Tree's is leaking a lot. Soda's pour out fine but the panel/plate (I am unsure of what to call it)...

Thursday 4/16 Gus & Jenn

Manager Communication:  Easy open. Danny Day 1 live BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle is such a solid opener. Danny got out of here once everyone got family meal and Jeshua had settled in to lobby.  Danny was great at lobby, it was a very mellow first round so he got to ease into it.  He definitely wants to get more experience downstairs during busier shifts, but he felt pretty confident about his ability to handle it.  I kept Gabrielle around until we got through the initial service push of Th1's second round, and then she got out of here once Trees was restocked.  Both Jeshua and Matthew closed each bar without issue. JH 86ed / counts on items:  Color of Pom is back Prep List:  Color of Pom Pay Outs:  $50.00 (Talent) -- Did not show, so we did a Pay In of $50.00. $800.00 (Jess) JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  We were shorted Carpano Dry- lets just use Lustau till we get more. Tomorrow: Sarene, Union, CW Saturday: Manhattan Baldor arr...

Wednesday 4/15/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Got machines cleaned, Soda delivery put away, and "Alma's Kiss" for the Singani event tonight batched all before the bartenders even got in (flex). Matthew and Tevon opening bars; Full managerial squad; deliveries en route; NITEHAWK: ENGAGE. - IP Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Always great to have thorough openers Matthew and Tevon on days with big events. Really sets the tone in a great way. - IP Bar made quick work of the Singani happy hour, screening, + after party.  Tevon was able to get out of here once guests had cleared out of Trees from the happy hour, and Matthew stuck around to reset the floor and Trees, getting out once the Th1 service push had settled.  Jeshua handled lobby solo like a champ, and Gabrielle was fantastic about letting Danny take the lead when it came to closing.  Unfortunately, I was unable to catch her for training notes in the binder before she got out of here, but I will have her add her notes when she i...

Tuesday 4.14 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:  Solid open. Pretty breezy.  Chill night - Pre-Code was about half sold and had their die-hard band of partiers hang out for the DJ set (which was really great! Some outlaw country and soul throwbacks - loved it!). Dwight and I had to escort a guest out of the last th 4 screening of PHM - more below. - IP Customer Comments: We had a guest who was disturbing their seats neighbors, and when Dwight and I investigated, the guest was considerably intoxicated, and we deemed it better for him (and his friend) to come back and catch the movie another time. They totally obliged and were visibly embarrassed. The friend came to me after paying and told me he is a total regular (he is, I definitely recognized him) and that his friend (the one causing the issue) was jetlagged coming in from Paris and had had too much to drink on the flight and was totally zonked - he thanked me for taking care of the situation and profusely apologized again. He was very nice, and th...

Monday 4.13.26 / Ariel & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Ariel batched all the kegs we needed aside from Princess Peach (we need more Juliette). Special screening was sold well and had a decent little pop at Trees afterwards. Carly and Wyatt held it down on the floor and I got Lydia routed and outta here shortly after 10p. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Tevon crushed as per usual. Made sure to keep an eye on Tevon and give him plenty of room to take breaks if he needed - he said he's feeling much better. Lydia had a pretty uneventful night in the lobby. Definitely was on good behavior after their write-up earlier in the shift. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Monica and the crew in theater 1 dealt with a little bit of ticketing confusion for the special event but got everything under control calmly and efficiently - good team work and leadership all around. - IP Special Events? Gowanus Current - screening was very well sold and they hung out at the bar afterwards. Good crowd - come back any time! - IP Prep L...

Sunday NSF Closing Night 4/12/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Arrived a little early and got Matthew and Duan linked up for day 2 of Duan's training. Wyatt and I got building opened up - Wyatt got theaters prepared for No Budge so there wouldn't be any confusion.  Busy Trees Lounge all evening, and plenty of very sold screenings throughout the building until about ten or so. JH BAR Staff Observations: Knibbs is getting the best education possible in the lobby today from our startender Matthew Soler. Going to have him focus on Filmbot and MobileBytes, and hopefully start to get his bearings with how to direct guests to their theaters. - IP Charlie was pretty self sufficient down in lobby this evening, so I was really able to dedicate my attention to Trees, both with Danny and the NSF event.  I got Danny out of here once the initial wave of guests for the after party were served, and Darius stayed all the way through the event and gave Jeshua a headstart on resetting the floor before he left a little after eleven....

Saturday 04.12.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication:  Decent daytime service.  Mario is definitely slowing down, but still doing really well in the large theaters, and kept Trees service pass busy once we had seated the NSF matinee screening.  The Drama and Project Hail Mary continue to sell out both large and small theaters, which really kept us busy at both bars throughout the day. JH Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  Natasha, brunch champion opener as always, but man I do got to shout out Greg.  He is great about setting himself up for success down in lobby on Saturdays, and he is really self sufficient down there, very rarely needing to walkie for assistance.  Danny and Matthew came in pretty close in time to each other, so I had Danny buddy up with Matthew to shadow what the weekend mid shift looks like.  Danny is definitely comfortable behind the bar and at the pass, and is getting glowing reviews from the bartenders he has worked with so far. JH Charlie's last ...

Friday 04.10.26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Stacked team. How are we doing this Dark & Stormy tournament? Peeps are asking. How are we logging who sold em or are we going off the honor system here? Natasha sold 3 today. - AB2 Customer Comments: Nice little pop at Trees at the Startt BAR Staff Observations: Had to have a chat with Charlie about finishing out strong and staying focused. Bar had a solid pop throughout the whole night. Tree's was cruising. Natasha and Matthew crushed it. Gabrielle was awesome in the Lobby. Theaters downstairs were timed out nicely that the pushes were steady and very manageable. - AB2  Special Events? Party in Mezzanine was rockin. Easy straightforward event. - AB2 Prep List: I was unable to get to the Froco's tonight Jenn. - AB2 Pay Outs: 7150- misc operations ($22 - Windsor Laundromat) - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Just a couple of items to get us through the weekend. JH Maintenance: Glycol guy came to his 11am-1pm window ...

Thursday 4.9.26 Gus

Manager Communication: Solid open. Lots of hands.  Customer Comments: Pretty mellow. BAR Staff Observations: Greg had a great open. Gabrielle also crushed it. FOH Staff Observations: Kait is such a treat to be around Hiring/Training: Danny came in early. He was with Matthew tonight. They went over POS training. Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn, feel better. Special Events: NOne Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Want to discuss the FWWM build 86ed / counts on items: None Prep List: Left a list for Tevon R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: None Lost & Found?: Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Recieved: Skurnik, CW, Sarene Tomorrow: Union, Empire, Skurnik (they messed up the order & I added Lychee. Apparently Lychee is the top selling SKU in the entire company. Maintenance: Mobilebytes Issues: Filmbot Issues: The CC reader needed to be rebooted again today. But works fine.

Wednesday 4.8.26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Stacked crew. Great open. Seamless Bopping Trees Lounge this evening.  Busy dinner round theaters on the second and third floor, and then our running club pals came through and they were thirsty.  They had pretty much cleared out by the time we were setting the floor for the after party, so the timing worked out quite well.  The after party was easygoing and bar really handled it all without issue. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon was training Danny- solid. Gabrielle was in on open, got things going Tevon and Danny got out of here shortly after 7:00pm, and Jeshua held down a decently busy weeknight first floor solo.  Gabrielle and Charlie took care of a very busy Trees Lounge, which definitely popped off once the runner group came through just before 7:30pm.  I took the bulk of the Th1/Th2 service tickets for a bit, and was able to step aside once the bar had settled a bit.  Gabrielle got out of here shortly after the even...

Tuesday 4/7/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Cooking with gas.  Evening was busy and everything went super smoothly. Becca absolutely crushed this evening as the closing MOD after Jared left. Answered every call in the theaters and somehow had time to help run glassware and trays while I was helping with the floor for Trivia. Incredible work - made everyone's lives infinitely easier. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Duan is going to be fantastic. Tevon, Greg, Charlie and Darius all showed up with their game faces on tonight. Trivia was crazy busy and nothing ever felt overwhelmed at all. Great work. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Siete is clutch at the pass as per usual. - IP Hiring/Training: Onboarding extravaganza.   Knibbs is a pro, which was immediately obvious. He trailed Darius on the floor for Trivia (which Lauren said he might be keen to take over - which would be dope) and by the third round he was taking orders and running drinks. I didn't have him stay through the close, because I...

Monday 4.6.26 / Ariel, Lauren, & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Took one case of Hendricks One case of Singani one case of Boatyard and 3 bottles of Jack Daniel's for NWB. - AB2 We Vitamixed the strawberry Puree and we are cruising now. I adjusted the Tree's cocktails Tubbs and Rumba. They have been printed out and laminated in Tree's. - AB2 I noted some strange irregularities on the martini recipes, might fine-tune tomorrow.-LB  Lauren gave me the US Foods run down for soda ordering when she's gonna be away starting Wednesday. Ariel kindly offered any assistance I may need if I encounter any difficulty. Thanks, dude! It was a decently busy Monday evening, dealing with a little bit of shorthandedness on the server team, the leads (Erika and Isobel especially) really stepped it up and made up for the lack of hands. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Tevon, Greg and Jeshua are total professionals and make a three-man shift a breeze. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Erika, Isobel, Monica and Sabrina all leads doing lead ...

Sunday 4/5/2026 Ian

Manager Communication: Wyatt took care of money, cue sheets, filmbot and opening doors, as I was otherwise occupied replenishing the walk-in before doors. Lauren out with foot issues - I stuck around and made sure everything was backed up in the walk-in (ohmygod I think I had to make every single drink we have on offer today) and did some stop-gap ordering to make sure we're not up the creek middle of the week. - IP Customer Comments: Had a guest who was inquiring about setting up some sort of program for a friend where they would select several movies for them to go to and have the tickets ready for them. I told them that because our schedule doesn't get posted all that far out, it would be difficult to specify what movies - but they could purchase several different gift cards and mock up their own pamphlet to go with it. I gave her our contact info for events - just noting it here in case she reaches out. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Nat at Trees and Lobby. Solid ...

Saturday 04.04.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  *** I left the dried roses at Trees after the demonstration Thursday, it was reported to me they are not there. We have lots of dried lemon wheels. If anyone knows where the dried rosebuds went?*** Beautiful day outside, so while the big theaters definitely got above 100 tickets for the first two rounds, we did not have any complete sell outs.  Trees was pretty busy, in bursts, throughout the day, particularly right when we first opened and then in between theater flips.  Couple of crowds lingered after ST&B got out, which kept Trees bopping. JH I cleaned out the old wines from the walk-in, moved them to the hodge podge trivia wine shelf. I had Natasha stock all the boxes and unbox the wines on the top shelf so the bar team can have the usual system in place, looks fantastic. I also cleaned out some old product from Singani events so the walk-in is a little less chaotic now.-LB AB we need to recalibrate the thickness of strawberry syrup (it sei...

Friday 4.3.26 Menu Change Day

Manager Communication:  Solid. Down to the wire- Big shoutout to Emma and Jess for helping to stuff menus. I think this was the best menu change we have done in regards to preparedness. And there is room for improvement.  Came in early to batch and let me just say, I have been here for all but maybe two menu changes (wow, that's insane...) and this was one of, if not the smoothest menu change I have been a part of. The long runway allowed so much space to lock everything in, that by today everything was set and ready. Massively grateful to have such an outstanding team that allows me to be able to go home to help out my Mom (she's doing great btw - her new dental work is going to be so awesome for her) without worrying that anything is going to miss a beat. Thanks, guys. - IP Customer Comments:  Lots of kids BAR Staff Observations:  Charlie was having a day. I took him outside and basically was like "you can either engage for the next week or you can leave, your call...

Thursday 4/2/26 Ariel/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

BAR Staff Observations:  Busy night all the way through nearly the end of the second round.  Gabrielle floated up to Trees as the dinner round began to kick off upstairs, and we definitely needed three bartenders behind Trees for tonight.  Had a bit of a back up at the service pass as Th2 was seating its second round, a mix of multiple sold out theaters rocking and Charlie still being a bit slow at the pass, but I swapped in Gabrielle and tickets began flying out.  Overall, drink service was not disrupted, and Charlie was great about running glassware down to Jeshua, being guest facing, and offering hands to the pass whenever available. Jeshua handled lobby solo without issue, and Matthew crushed a pretty bopping third round at Trees solo. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Looking in good shape for menu change tomorrow.  All product that did not make the transition from Winter to Spring menu has been brought back to the walk in/liquor room. JH Prep List:...

Wednesday 4/1/26 Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I think due to the enormous amount of kids drinks we will go through this weekend and Natasha's willingness to batch Friday, I may check in with her in the afternoon tomorrow and add her to the schedule. Tevon will batch tomorrow but our focus tomorrow is making sure we are stocked fully with new menu items. So Natasha would be just focusing on FWWM, Lemonade, Froco. Just wanted to note here, so I don't forget in the frenzy of tomorrow.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Thankful for Gab and Matthew so I could get a lot of menu change stuff done today. They rule.-LB Excellent bar service continued into the evening, with both bars being fairly self-sufficient throughout the night. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Just leaving a note here to remind myself to review all the bar questions on the menu quiz, so that we hit all necessary points when in Th3. JH 86ed / counts on items:  Heading into the final day of Winter Menu: 86'd Als, Desperado, Talea, KCB...
