Manager Communication: Matthew would like if we could put away the hi-tops tables in Trees Lounge after trivia tonight so it is not so cluttered. He is going to pick up some more chairs for the upstairs and bring them by maybe Thursday so the seating upstairs has a more balanced feel to it. -LB

Odyssey selling out and really packed Trivia - very busy night. Lauren/Becca/Christine all kicked ass. We had to 86 'Gansett during the last round. Will be re-upped tomorrow. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Trivia team is super locked in. Held onto Lydia through the 9p Odyssey drink rush, then got them and Tevon out of here and Darius and Duan closed Trees easy peasy. Greg had another busy lobby - the small theaters are packing a nice punch! - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Mohammed is kind of a rockstar. Today he broke down a cardboard box at bar prep. Someone at Trees asked for more chairs, he came and asked us, then reported back to the people we didn't have more. And the other night when I slipped in the bathroom, he came running to knock on the door to make sure I was okay. -LB

Special Events?
Trivia was a rager. No more world cup, people were thirsty for something to do. Bar team crushed, so did runner team - particularly Mohammed, who really jumps in head first - love to see it. - IP

Prep List: 
For tomorrow: O-Ren Keg, GF Soda Keg, more Oleo. I'll try to get a jump on that stuff after I clean the machines. - IP

Tomorrow: CW, Southern, Union, Baldor, US foods.

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L.
