Manager Communication: Wyatt got machines slushy first thing (thanks, boss!) and Nat and Greg got the bars shiny shiny and we were off to the races. - IP Jeshua has asked and I think this is probably a consideration across all bartenders across the land, that if their in-time gets changed to text them so they know as bartenders aren't ones to be checking emails and such super often. This is only because a few weeks ago everyone's in-time got pushed.  I told him it would be unlikely everyone gets changed, but in the instance of an absence that could happen. If we can all be aware, as we probably are, that texting in addition to 7shifts updates are helpful to a number of our staff.-LB I meant to note this a few times and I know that devices are costly however it is challenging when we are slammed to go behind the bar to discount tabs for staff/voids. It is also near impossible to access the POS from the front due to customers. Would it be possible to have a mounted POS system co...

Saturday 05.30.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: I took down the Dark & Stormy $12 letters from the signs at Trees. We are out of Goslings and also now ginger beer.-LB I broke out all three back ups of rocks glasses and we still seemed short. Not having hands to fully circulate glassware was hard, Jared was clutch in helping do this in the dishpit for about an hour when I was fully behind the bar. I will order maybe five more boxes. Obviously, some of our most popular drinks come in the rocks glasses and they do break. So it is not unusual that they need to be replaced and reupped. All things considered, we were really selling everything full throttle tonight and happy to see we need more glassware-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  First two rounds were relatively easygoing, with a couple of really well sold theaters, but neither bar missed a beat.  Trees did a hefty restock right before four and, once Patrick + Jeshua were in, Greg floated down to lobby and Matthew did a big restock ...

Friday 5/29/26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Solid open. Solid busy night at the bars. No hiccups or anything crazy really. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Matthew crushed opening (Matthew also knocked out a long batch list) Everyone crushed it tonight. Gabrielle rocked through the downstairs theaters and Natasha and Knibbs killed it up in Tree's through the late rush. Knibbs is only getting better every shift and I really appreciate having him here. - AB2 Lost & Found: A Debit card was left behind belonging to Oona McCarthy. Labeled and placed in CC box. - AB2 86ed / counts on items: 86'd Color of Pomegranates. I held firm on keeping cider 86'd today. We have 20 cans and I put that on a count so tomorrow is fresh with a 20 count at open juts in case. - AB2 We are also very low on Ginger Beer - AB2 Prep List: We got things up to par as laid out on the batch/cocktail par sheet. Pay Outs: $101- Juan Repairs Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Tomorrow: Manhattan (High Life), Union (Aval) ...

Thursday 05.28.26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Similar pacing to last night, with The Backrooms pulling an Obsession and really filling out the third round screenings. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy dinner round throughout the building, so Danny stuck around to get lobby restocked and reset before he got out of here, and Gabrielle clocked out shortly after the partygoers went up to the private screening in Th6.  Both bars got a pretty hefty restock after the second round, and Matthew + Natasha closed each bar without issue. JH Special Events?  Private screening in Th6 went well.  Folks showed up and hung out at Trees until the theater opened, and then they went straight in and began ordering. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes: When servers send a guest to close out their theater check at the bar (e.g. a guest is in a rush to check out or is having issues with Apple Pay), can we ask that they give Bar a walkie call to give them a heads up.  This way we can bring the theater up in ...

Wednesday 5/27/26 Ian/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: Machine maintenance complete. Lobby bubbler still only housing one operational motor - will confer with Edgar when he returns. Did a clean and organize of the batching space in the liquor room. Gus "Bill Nye" Steiner went to town on some grapefruit soda R&D - we're sous-viding, babyyyyyy!!! - IP I came up with some new jargin to throw around it's "Collaborate, consult: Get results." And that's exactly what happened on the Backrooms special. Gus was stuck and I threw some random shit at him and he broke through and came up with something delicious that fits really well.-LB This guy dropped off this Bacon flyer for a local event. I put some out last year and he was so thankful. He wrote his name down to offer a handful of VIP bracelets for our staff. It is in the office. -LB Super tidy in liquor room. Booze island looking nice.-LB Customer Comments: More details in the FOH blog about the guest who became physically aggressive w...

Tuesday 5/26/26 Lauren/Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:  I broke out the last case of pint glasses for Trees lounge. I also cleaned all the printers at lobby bar before doors.-LB I put in another service ticket with Coke for the leaking syrup at Trees 37909472-LB Comparatively easy night here after this past weekend! Everyone was up to the task. Tevon and Duan were awesome in Trees and Lydia rocked the lobby solo. Becca and Jared kept the theaters in check and we rolled right along to the finish line. I'll keep my eyes peeled for the Coke tech tomorrow. Going to do the mid-week clean and batch as per usual and Gus and I might try to take a deeper look at the lowboy doors - also going to do some GF Soda R&D tomorrow. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Lydia did a really wonderful job in the lobby tonight. Was very gracious about sticking through the end of a drink rush in some sold out last round theaters. Tevon and Duan are rockstars. Duan is such a good bartender - always paying attention and never misses a b...

Memorial Day 5/25/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Rebecca on Rebecca training this morning for MOD open - really awesome to have double the Rebecca here for what is shaping up to be a massive Memorial Day. Hold on to your butts! - IP Theaters were slammed and lobby traffic direction occupied most of the bar team's attentions. Trees was tame all morning and afternoon. Theater rushes were hot and heavy - everyone stepped up. Special shout out to Becca who held down the service pass while I helped Greg behind the bar - thanks, dude!! - IP Really impressive teamwork in the building today. Things I was going to get were already being brought to where they needed to be like multiple times. Everyone working together.-LB Pint glasses were in short supply this weekend. I will check levels and order more if needed but that was one thing the team kept being short on. We have one box in storage. People were imbibing this holiday weekend quite hard.-LB I have a question: in theaters we automatically add gratuity to appl...

Sunday 05.24.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Torrents of rain all day. Already busy holiday weekend plus rainy weather walk-ins made for a very busy day! Team was firing on all cylinders, running like a well oiled machine. - IP Wyatt, James and Becca are absolutely fantastic on the floor. Slammed all day and we never missed a beat. - IP Yesterday we got multiple parties at Trees asking for share plates. This is a difficult thing for us to get sent from the kitchen. I brought up some bamboo plates that are stacked vertically next to the tea cups above the service pass.-LB The late night showtime of Boosters made for a challenging evening with the three-day weekend. We definitely could have used a 7th hand tonight since Trees was as busy as a Saturday.  Greg was salty again about not getting a break which he communicated to me while I was behind the bar getting us through the sold out 10:15pm screening. He didn't ask for one before, but when we spoke about it later, it isn't as if we had the time to ...

Saturday 05.23 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Brisk morning, but service never felt overwhelming and both bars sailed through the daytime hours.  Trees got a nice crowd just before the second round kicked off, but they had cleared out by about three.  Mandalorian crowd is definitely full of kids, so the service pushes have been fairly tame even when sold out. JH I broke out a box of pint glasses and a box of service trays.  I also broke out the last box of shot glasses for Trees. As with every theater being rather full, most things were out in use. We seem shy on trays.  -LB The dumbwaiter was locked tonight so we could not send dishes down from Trees to grab at the end of the night, should we include this in our email?-LB Customer Comments:  BAR Staff Observations:  Easy breezy Saturday morning.  I had Danny float between both bars during the second round so each bar had extra hands for their respective service pushes.  Once Jeshua + Lydia arrived they were both...

Friday 5.22.2026 Ian/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Got ducks in a row for Matt's batching shift. Gus let me know Knibbs will not be able to make it in for his shift tonight. We have an All-star crew on, so it should hopefully present few issues. Want to be wary of holding onto Matt for too long because of his batch shift in-time - I can stick around to help out with Boosters  load-in, and we can swing Greg up to Trees to assist as well. Also, Natasha already counts as two bartenders. - IP Day was smooth. Jenn completed all batching that Matt couldn't get to before doors, so we are loaded up. Waiting on more Mango Nectar from US Foods, so Ariel grabbed some on his way in to shore up another batch of The Child for tonight. Otherwise, all product should be good to go.  The Parents of Park Slope descended upon Trees en masse. Kept trees packed from 5 all the way through to the Friday night events. - IP Solid busy night. I was able to get Matthew out of here after the dinner round settled and then got Greg o...

Thursday 5.21.26 Ian/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:   Smooth opening. Ian handled doors. -GS Pretty easy day. Got a lot done batching  -IP BAR Staff Observations:  Danny is really awesome! Good work across both bars this evening, very busy dinner round on all three floors.  Danny is definitely great about keeping cool no matter how busy it is, and is great about switching between the pass and guests.  However, when he is solo at the pass he goes drink by drink, which really bogs down the speed with which drinks get trayed.  All drinks are made, and made correctly, but he definitely needs to get into the habit of bundling like with like.  I brought it up to Matthew, so he could help coach him through it, and I will have leads (and myself) keep an eye on it when Danny is in for his mid shift on Saturday. JH 86ed / counts on items:  There are no more charger canisters in the liquor room for the Irish IC whipped cream. JH Prep List:  Make  Pay Outs:  $40.00 (b...

Wednesday 5/20/26 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Ian and Jared had things in good shape when I arrived after my screening. -LB Hot.  The rain helped cool down outside, but no such relief at Trees or the MOD office.  It definitely did not keep people from hanging out at Trees, the fan on the floor was much appreciated.  JH BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew + Gabrielle held down a pretty busy Trees this evening, and were very good about rolling with the punches while we dealt with Palco and a busy last round seating.  Matthew made sure Gabrielle was set up for the rest of the evening, and got out of here a little before ten.  Once I rerouted the first floor, I had Darius head up to Trees in anticipation of him helping her with any guests who wanted a drink once the Th2 Q+A let out.  However, the Q+A ran over time by a fair amount, so he ended up just setting her up with a hefty pre-close.  After that, he was able to finish closing lobby and Gabrielle made quick work of ...

Tuesday 5.19.26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: I think we are doing such substantial business on the margarita line that we *could* consider buying another draft keg to have ready to tap.  I do not think we would be in peril of the margarita not being fresh and delish.-LB Jared took two stanchions down to the sub basement from Trees lounge.-LB Trivia dominated the evening. Between Natasha's floor service, the excellent bar team, an A+ server squad, and Becca's ability to be everywhere at once - my job was super easy tonight. Theater service was very smooth and Trivia went off without a hitch. Great Tuesday. - IP  BAR Staff Observations: Great trivia team, helmed primarily by Natasha. She is automatic. It was a busy trivia and it felt like nothing. Jeshua also continues to be such an MVP. Duan is a fantastic bartender. He has proven himself to be good on the floor, but Natasha still reigns supreme - and Duan seems more comfy behind the bar anyway (just noting that if we can have Nat on the floor, we...

Monday NO BUDGE 5/18/2026 Ian

Manager Communication: Aside from No Budge the day was ruled by the beautiful weather. We had Gab scheduled to come in for a batch shift and to help with No Budge, but I made the call that we didn't need her to come in. Greg was game to handle the first crush of the No Budge after-party and I was able to shore up the walk-in. Gab was thrilled to have the night off - everybody wins! - IP The softballers and a book club rounded out the evening at Trees, and we ended up having a packed house from around 8-11. Was a nice little pop for an otherwise sleepy Monday. Greg, Lydia and Patrick did great. - IP BAR Staff Observations: ***TREES LOUNGE NEEDS NEW BAR MATS*** The ones we have are so sticky it has become a hazard. Can we order those tomorrow? The time has come. - IP Greg and Lydia rocked the No Budge after party which was very crowded and loud, but ultimately very tame - and once the first round of drinks had been dispersed, it chilled out considerably. Greg grabbed Lydia a restoc...

Sunday 5.17.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Wyatt had cue sheets all set and dispersed when I arrived. I set up b'fast buffet and got bartenders their money and made sure glassware was being accounted for. Greg and Danny both absolutely smashed their openings. Every time I went to check on something it had already been done or was being completed. Great stuff. - IP Gus, kitchen needed some Bardstown, so I transferred them 2 bottles to hold them over.-LB There was an unknown leaking at the Trees coffee machine. One of the airpots had a leak, I tossed it. There was also another broken airpot  top. These things are kind of garbage, if they fall once they break. I may investigate a more long lasting replacement variety. -LB I would like to post a sign on both levels of Trees Lounge about outside cake. People try to sneak in cake or cupcakes a lot and perhaps a sign featuring Molly Ringwald from Sixteen Candles would help. -LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Danny continues to be awesome where...

Saturday 05.16.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Blue Velvet was the biggest pop for the first round, and the second round definitely mellowed out.  Beautiful sunshine outside, but Trees had a nice little crowd once the second round kicked off.  The scheduling of the big theaters, with an hour in between each opening was really helpful to keep the service pass running smoothly. JH Jenn got everything smooth and ready for a nice beautiful day here at NPP.  I broke out a case of water cups as it is also hot enough to make people want a lot more waters than usual.-LB Customer Comments: A very hostile guest was not interested in getting a credit as the party was returning to Argentina tomorrow and was angry at the angle of the screen from the first row in theater 5. The movie hadn't started and he was insistent that they didn't want to see any of the remaining films left tonight. I gave them a refund. Theater 5 continually makes people irate. It is really hard to balance customer service and ou...

Friday 5/15/26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Really chill open Customer Comments: Pretty slow to start, but Matthew got us set up for success BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Tevon are the dream team. FOH Staff Observations: Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events: Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Pacing note from Matthew S. 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: Tevon & Jenn got us prepped up. There was an issue with the charging lines, I think I fixed it, but we re-charged the Color of Pom I did a 2x batch of You Are Iconic and then updated the count on the POS. I also made 4 quarts of Strawberry Puree. 3 of the quarts are in the freezer and I have one in the Walk-In near the Puree's. - AB2 R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: Pay Outs: None Lost & Found?: This guy Isiah Thomas (not either of the professional basketball players) Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Sarene, Empire, Wilson Daniels, Skurnik Maintenance: Coke didn't come- this is not a shock to the system M...

Thursday 5.14.26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Pretty easy day. James & I opened the building. Ian ran point on pre-prep for Tevon's batch shift.-GS Gus handled the floor and allowed me to get a ton of batching and prep done. Should make Tevon's batch shift super easy (depending on how much product we go through tonight). Lots of orders. We got all of the film feast glassware stored back away and the liquor room is looking nice. - IP Another very busy evening at Trees Lounge.  Lots of groups, had some of our PPWSL friends come through, and a lot of people were chilling after the Live Sound screening.  Busy busy busy up until around 11:00pm.  Obsession looks to be very popular going in to the weekend. JH Customer Comments:  Thursday Burgers was off to an early start today. -GS BAR Staff Observations:  Danny is really getting the hang of things. Awesome guy. -GS Matthew and Danny opened up. Lots of managerial coverage and both are total pros. Day was smooth and easy. - IP...

Wednesday 5/13/26 Ian/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  I am off the next two days: if someone could please, please, please put away the film feast Collins glasses, the boxes are in the liquor room and put them on top of the silver beast outside of the MOD office. We will need those racks for business through the weekend.-LB BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua held down lobby solo all evening, and Matthew was able to get down to give him a break when the second round had settled down.  Gabrielle and Matthew did a great job up at Trees, which was busy all evening both guest-facing and at the service pass.  Our most recent slate of movies continue to sell really well into the third round, which really keeps bartenders busy once the dinner round kicks off. JH Special Events?    Bueller, Bueller...Film Feast.  FF collins are in racks on a rollie in the liquor room, and the shot glasses have been washed and are drying on the bar prep lowboy. JH Prep List:   Film feast stuff.  Margar...

Tuesday 5/12/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  It is quite difficult to hear any walkie comms when the DJ at Trees was going on for the pre-code party, unsure if it was the age of the records or the speakers. Just in case it seems like we veg out on the walkie it is generally because we are in a dome of noise whether it be music, equipment noise or people. -LB Night went very smooth. Theaters were not super busy and Trivia was as quiet as I've seen it in months. The new batching protocols are making it so wonderfully easy to be on the floor and not worry about having enough stuff on hand. I felt like I was really able to be more hands on tonight to help Knibbs with his first solo trivia on the floor. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Duan had his first solo trivia floor shift and it was fortunately only medium busy - which was great because it gave him a chance to really lock in the system without being overwhelmed by the insanity of a packed house trivia. He continues to do a really great job. Darius and Te...

Monday 5/11/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Bar team requested 6 oz cans of pineapple juice and I ordered a case to keep in the liquor room.  This will help with crowding of lowboy and old dated pineapple juice. Jenn if you can note this in the bar email. And for us we can just keep overflow of pineapple juice in quart containers in the walk-in or the liquor room lowboy for use in the fifty year storm.-LB I am trying to tighten up the dry-goods shelves and make room for our Cambros etc. WIP but I think it is gonna be good. We just probably need to be more diligent, tall people included, with using the step ladder to maximize the vertical space. I finished Marie Cambroing the liquor room for our ever growing stock needs. I think things are looking good.-LB Liquor room looks awesome. We are so cambro'd up - it is sparking much joy. Evening was very smooth. Drag Show MIB was a hit, and the Bodega Cats Softball team came through and had a big dinner at Trees - aside from that, chill Monday. - IP BAR ...

Sunday (Mother's Day!) 5/10/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Happy Mother's Day! People love a sheep movie. Busy open but everything went very smooth. - IP James Denzer is an angel on this earth. He and Wyatt both dealt with a bunch of ticketing snafus today and allowed me to be super hands-on at the bars for the busiest rushes. Great teamwork. - IP Wow what a wonderful amount of people that came out for Mother's day today. So many new patrons learning and loving Nitehawk.  I spent some time down with Duan for the 7pm seatings to give support for filmbot.  Great vibes in the building. Lots of newbie customer service issues tonight but made some guests happy with easy help. Feels like having someone posted in the lobby is a great idea when possible, specifically ahead of busy seatings, although not always possible.-LB Customer Comments: One man was overwhelmed at the price of tickets and orange juice. He apparently just woke up on earth for the first time.-LB BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Nat at Trees and Lobb...

Saturday 05.09.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Another Saturday morning with a couple of groups and couples coming through just to grab some brunch at Trees Lounge.  Business levels were still fine with just the opening bartender, even with the busy first round seatings, and runners were great about prioritizing Trees tickets. JH  We opened up fairly busy, but the second and third rounds were pretty non-stop.  Lots of sold out theaters, with close start times, which hit both bars.  Service went well though, no real delay in drink tickets, as servers and managers were pretty on top of running trays as quickly as we could fill them up. JH Very, very busy Saturday all around the building.  Hustling seen in every area of the building all night. -LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  Greg + Natasha were prepped and ready for doors, and the first round went off really well.  By the time Gabrielle got in, the second round was just about to kick off and Trees was pret...

Friday 5.8.26 Gus/Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: Opening was a breeze. Customer Comments: Busy in Trees We had a couple Mortal Kombat guests confused about the special thinking it was a dessert. Wyatt made a blog note and posted a helpful announcement. I don't think we need to change anything unless this keeps happening every round but we were good today outside of the dinner round screening. - AB  BAR Staff Observations: Matthew and Tevon rocked it. Matthew did a batch shift. Gus updated the times for shifts for tomorrow. - AB2 I got Matthew out of here at 7:15. After the TH1 ticket rush ended, I moved him to lobby to stock Gabrielle and I had Tevon up in Tree's so that we can have 3 bartenders up there. - AB2 I cut Tevon after the last round settled. - AB2 Gabrielle held down lobby solo and Jeshua and Duan closed Tree's nice and smooth. - AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha is sick, but Jeshua is back and worked for her! 86ed / counts on items: Casamigos Reposado 86'd forever - AB2 Prep Lis...

05/07/26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Breezy open with James, Jeremy and me. -GS Gus wrangled the floor while I got things reorganized and began stocking up for the weekend. In order to stock up to eliminate weekend batching, we're likely going to need more cambros, so I went ahead and figured out what we need for our pars versus what we have in house, so we can order what we need. - IP Very busy dinner round, and then nonstop from about 8:30-9:30pm.  Ian actually hopped back behind the bar at Trees and took the majority of Th2's last round service push solo, with some assistance from me, while Danny + Matthew deftly navigated a verrrrryyyyyy busy after party.  It just happened with Th1 ending and going to Trees, Th2 hitting the peak of their service rush, + me needing to set up for ST&B in Th1, that we went from mellow to firing on all cylinders so quickly.  Overall, service was not negatively affected, and it was smooth sailing afterwards. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Da...

Wednesday 5/6/26 Ian/Gus/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: DWP2 still crushing the big theaters in the second and third rounds.  Lots of wine, so definitely make sure bartenders are stocked up on rock glasses, especially when solo. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew pulled a long one in lobby today, and basically held it down solo all night.  Danny + Gabrielle were great at Trees, with Danny sticking around until just past ten to help with the third round DWP2 service push as well as the post-Q&A Th1 crowd.  Gabrielle made quick work of finishing up service and pre-closing before last call. JH Special Events?  Pretty mellow afterparty at Trees this evening.  Nice crowd, fairly easygoing, and they all kind of cleared out of Trees before 10:30pm. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:    dropping Almond milk  86ed / counts on items:   The Forgery is on a count.-LB Prep List:  bunch of stuff.  Pay Outs:  $100.00 (DJ) JH $10.23 (chamoy) JH Ordering/Receiving/Shi...

Tuesday 5/5/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  I made a double batch size O-ren recipe and put it in the bar binder alongside the single one-LB Great Tuesday all around. Had a good bar meeting, went right into a nice and bustling evening service - punctuated by the massive success of the Rock Doc screening. Having Greg in at 8:30 was absolutely perfect. He, Tevon and Darius all work really well together. - IP Customer Comments: Old Rock'n'Rollers are the best guests. Punctual, respectful, pay in cash, drink beers and shots and tip generously. Any time we want to have rock and roll after parties bring 'em on! - IP BAR Staff Observations: Staffing was brilliant today. Lydia handles the lobby great. Tevon is one of if not the best at getting the bar set up for success to start the day. Darius comes in and makes sure of the same for his half of the shift. Greg jumped right in and quelled what could have been a very hectic first push. Absolute dream squad. Great work all around. - IP Special Events?...

Monday 5/4/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  **OPENING BAR MANAGER: GET ARBOL TEQUILA STEEPING FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING PLEASE! THANK YOU (the bars are stocked and there is a full 12qt of Firewalk in the walk-in, but we'll need more Arbol Tequila to batch more)! - <3 IAN ** I had to discard the Sugar snap pea syrup from 4/3/26. I made an enormous batch because Baldor made an error and we got a big box of free snap peas. The syrup looked fine, but there were small spores on the lid. I will order smaller format of snap peas going forward and we won't have this issue.-LB FYI I changed the garnish on Orchid thief to regular orchid. Not freezer. They got snowed over. -LB Another very busy nite at the Hawk punctuated by some very difficult guests. Aside from those particular situations, everyone really handled the busy Monday well - lots of good attitudes and teamwork all around the building. - IP  Customer Comments:  A woman in theater 1 had trouble getting popcorn. I got her some at the ba...

Sunday 3/5/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Crazy busy right from the jump. Stock levels were good behind bars, but I made backup FWWM and Lemonade for the walk-in right when I got in. Plenty of DWP2 special - rationing the lemon juice in case we need more lemonade - however, Chef Jared let me know we are welcome to a six pack of 32oz lemon juice bottles they have in the kitchen if we need them in a pinch. - IP Customer Comments: Some wild lobby action customer service tonight. Trying to buy tickets with a 7 year old (17 year old midget) to the DWP2 and wanting to sit on the floor. Then wanting to see The Drama after I said it is about gun violence, they said "we are gun violence" , they weren't really taking my no on the matter and I was uncomfortable. Carly was amazing, they took her no like a champion. Incredible to watch. But a really bizarre situation. This is after a woman came an hour into Michael with her mom in a wheelchair and there were no ADA seats. I refunded so they could come ...

Saturday 05.02.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Very busy from the moment we opened.   TDWP2 is selling out and a bunch of other movies continue to fill up the theaters.  The big theaters were pretty much sold out all day, and kept us busy on all floors.  Trees also had a few couples and small families come through during the morning to have some snacks and chill at Trees.  Definitely getting a little popular as a post-park hangout spot. JH It was very awesome having Vlad stick around to help for the security absence tonight. I appreciate that.-He was really on top of stuff all night and extremely helpful today.-LB Fraud gift card gate: So the man that possibly bought gift cards earlier: He came into Trees, Gab flagged him. I made him a Marg with Espolon and he wanted a shot. His card wouldn't swipe. I told him I could not manually enter it, I would give him the card back and the margarita if he paid for it. His girlfriend paid for it. I took a photo of the card so we can cancel ...
