Manager Communication:
Aside from the guest interaction described below, tonight was rather relaxed aside from the one busy burst of action at the start of the DJ set. - IP

Customer Comments:
Our 86 list watch list guest who I added, came in today with her husband and 1 year old.  She as expected caused a bit of a kerfuffle in theater 1.  She did her classic I want tots with the dish, but then claimed she wanted fries. We got her fries too.  Then her 1 year old was shaking the chairs in front of her and screaming. Rebecca asked her to take the kid outside, she did not. I then went into the theater to keep an eye on the situation, the daughter kept screaming, the mom was walking with her around the aisles. When she got to me, I told her it would be helpful to take her outside, she said "It is an all ages screening, she is one years old" I said that she was being disruptive.  We got Dwight and brought her into the hallway. She then went off on a tangent and wanted to get her phone so she could record us. Her husband got her phone. I grabbed M to get the bill.  We explained to her that she is on the 86 list.  She did essentially what we expected her to do today. She was quite nasty with Rebecca, but was being nice with me trying to get what she wanted. She did remember me from last time when she complained about people talking during Scream 7 when it was actually their table. Incongruous behavior if you don't like people talking but don't mind your 1 year old screaming during an all ages show. Anyway, Rebecca is a customer service champion.-LB
Note, she waited to film Rebecca leaving. She also left an inaccurate account of events. Dwight said she stayed longer after Rebecca left, possibly to film me leaving. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
World cup was slow so we cut Greg. Cutting Sam from tomorrow as well-LB

I cut Lydia earlier than I probably should have tonight, but they put in a really long one yesterday so I figured it was earned. I then also cut Tevon (probably a hair too early) and ended up having to help Nat with the Pre-Code bar rush after the screening - but it was no biggie. The rush died down pretty quickly and Nat and Sam closed down their bars without issue. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Ben came to check in with me at 7:30pm to check on Emmanuel's out time since his training was over. I had him clock out. He asked about setting up his direct deposit. I told him that was through ADP and if he had questions to ask Jeremy. Ben will come back and fill out the binder.-LB

Hiring/Training:
Sam is an excellent and retentive new hire that I am very confident will be a great asset to our team. His close in the lobby was fast, efficient, and thorough. Very impressed, especially given how young he is (24?!). Great hire, guys. - IP

Special Events?
Pre-Code. Decently sold event with the DJ after party - however, the DJ only played from like 9:00 to 9:30...? Don't know if this was supposed to be a truncated set, but no matter - people didn't stick around very long either way. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Quick bar meeting. Touched on some upcoming delivery stuff, also the forthcoming implementation of Toast, in addition to tightening up on our rules enforcement across the board. - IP
