Manager Communication:
Big ups to Gil who swapped the iPads at Trees, so now the main terminal has a fully functional, party-time-discotheque-strobe-effect-less screen - thanks, homie! Rebecca also heard our prayers and delivered a set of two brand new bar keys for Trees and Lobby. New S.O.P will be to have the key in the bank bag at open, and then have it back in the bag with the drop, handed to Bar MOD at the end of the night - that way a bar MOD has eyes on the keys every day. - IP

Spoke to both openers about the SOPs for the bar keys, and have included a note detailing the same in my weekly update (which will be posted tomorrow). JH

FOH Staff Observations: Alayna put in an order during Jurassic Park 3 for the Strawberry Lemonade cooler special which we have on offer at Trees lounge for the world cup. I assume that is where the person  saw this item to write it down in the theater. I told Alayna it was only available at Trees. She mentioned it being on the NA section of the POS. It is on bar speed for the World cup special. This problem will solve itself with Toast and having the ability to not have things visible everywhere. Just wanted to flag it. Was surprised it was from Alayna, but she was just trying to give her guest good service, which she did as we made them the item.-LB

England-Argentina brought in a decent sized crowd, which kept Trees bopping during a pretty mellow first round in the theaters. JH

Baldor + CWD + Southern + Union arrived. JH

The Union kegs came and were lined up in an untenable manner in the walk-in. Ian had already left when I saw this. Matthew was able to restock in a parcour manner to get the MHL. 
I untapped the three's and slid it further over than the alternate endings since the tubing is not as long. The back ups for it are far away. Unfortunately Union stacked Ganny's on top of all other styles of beers. So I could not reorganize the kegs in any manner to solve this. I don't think anything will kick tonight that is unreachable, but if you guys could zhush this around a bit tomorrow that would be a very useful help.
I was able to move and stack some gansett and unearth and stack one three's. -LB 

Homecoming came yesterday, there is a keg taped and labeled that tastes off according to a number of palates. I think it has a bloody Mary vibe, Sam, Natasha and Ian also think it is off. Unfortunately I found out about this only after Homecoming came by and I was unable to flag him to taste this keg while it was tapped and while he was here, sorry I didn't note this yesterday, lots of stuff went down.

Maintenance: I descaled and deep cleaned Trees dishpit machine. I also got on Vlad to follow through on cleaning the sinks at Trees lounge ladies room for some black mold that was hiding.-LB

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
