Manager Communication: Easy open. Filmbot was $6 over, I put the difference in the over/under box.

I tasted the cold brew that was in question earlier this week. I think it tasted like cold brew but like maybe it was brewed with a different style bean and that is why it tastes different. I am bringing some home for my roommate (who works at Homecoming) to taste so that I can get a straight answer of what's up since consistency in the coffee seems to be the main issue. I mixed in the remainder of that keg with another keg and was able to finish it. No complaints or anything from guests tonight regarding iced coffee tonight. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew came out of the gates just batching. A machine. Easy open, both gentleman came prepared today.

Lots of ticketing help needed in the first hour.

Maintenance:

All of the cocktail keg connectors were sticky, very tight, and difficult to change. At last call, I filled up a sani bucket with hot tea water and soaked all of the connectors to each cocktail keg, cold brew keg, and charge. They started feeling a lot better and I got a bunch of gunk out of them. - AB2
