Manager Communication: 
So the Amazon basics shelf that holds the back up sodas is kind of dead. It is  gonna collapse soon. I ordered a new restaurant quality shelf, that was the same price as the Amazon one.  So I can set that up as soon as it arrives.-LB 

The Odyssey is finally mellowing out for those last round screenings, but still sells about half of it's penultimate screening.  Obsession in Th5 late round has also been selling pretty decently the last few weeks. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
I went over MubiGo with Sam. I used the walkie chargie for the phone, since I couldn't find another. Also, Sam is going to try and log in to ADP learning in the MOD office when he clocks out to see if he can get on to finish his training, everyone was having issues with the website-LB

Easygoing night overall.  Once Jeshua was settled into lobby Sam was able to get out of here, and Matthew stuck around until the last round in Th2 had mellowed out. JH

Hiring/Training: 
Sam came to the office after their shift to borrow a laptop to complete their ADP sexual harassment training, but the MyTraining link leads to an error page (which was the problem they were experiencing at home).  It appears to be an ADP error, as Sam had tried several computers before trying the one in the office and I also could not access the page through my account. JH

Prep List:
After machine cleaning I did some batching - made 4 FWWM, a GF Soda Keg, Hibiscus Vodka for Spiderman, OF Keg, and juiced all of the naked grapefruits in the walk-in. We have a little more than 6 qt of fresh squeezed GF. - IP 

Princess Peach + Margarita kicked.  I cleaned both kegs and refilled the Margarita from the cambro batch.  The Princess Peach keg is chilling in the walk in. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods, also coming tomorrow, To Rise coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance: 
Just as the 6:00pm Th1 Odyssey was loading in, all of our draught lines lost carbonation.  We were able to hook up our back up tank in the liquor room, so service was not overly disrupted, but we do run through those tanks quickly.  Gus has reached out to NuCo and hopefully they will be able to help us out tomorrow.  For now, I'm going to turn off the extra tank in the liquor room in an effort to conserve what we have.  Just make sure to twist open the connection again before doors tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round. Monday 9/1, Labor Day, Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Sleepy start. Carly and I opened the building Customer Comments:   Lol, Jeshua provided me with an entertaining exchange. He walkied for an MOD, I came down and there were two teenage boys trying to see Weapons. They did not have ID. The younger looking one claimed to be 18 and had shown Jeshua a photo of his Polish passport. It said he was 25. So I told them that they can't come in. I appreciate Jeshua's keen eye on the upholding of our policies. They were clever at trying to negotiate their way in, but lacked some common sense. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened the Lobby, Greg upstairs. Went off without a hitch. Greg was rocking  FOH Staff Observations: Sam was crushing support. Madison hustling for 4/6 (getting that first hot toddy of the season up there hot UGH too early for this.) Runners helping out everywhere. Good crew.-LB Hiring/Training: Nia in it to win it with Tevon.  She has brought a nice, refreshing attitude to the bar team....
