Manager Communication: 
Back to having a very busy third round, especially if we hold on to The Invite for a while longer.  Overall, a decently busy Thursday, both in the theaters and at Trees.  Even without a World Cup game on, the new table layout at Trees does seem to have had the effect of encouraging guests to stick around for another round or two. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Gabrielle and Greg opened. Did great. -Gus

Both bars were busy once closers and I arrived, and were able to get in decent restocks before the second round got into full swing.  Greg floated between Trees and Lobby, depending on service, and was great at holding down the bar with Gabrielle while Matthew and I focused on the service pass.  Jeshua was his normal lobby one-man show once we got into the second round, and I got Gabrielle out of here before the last Th1 screening began seating.  Again, Greg held down a pretty busy bar while Matthew annihilated the service pass, then Greg got out of here and Matthew began to pre-close.  Greg definitely had a long one today, but I was able to make sure all bartenders who wanted to have a break were able to do so. JH

FOH Staff Observations:
Just a shoutout to Jovani, she really is everything you could want in a lead server.  She is always aware of what is happening in her theater, other theaters, and at the past.  Whenever I need to relay a message or question to a server station, she is great at getting the clarification quickly.  Just an absolute star.  Has she ever been Employee of the Season? JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The late night Odyssey crowd is prepared for the long haul, so we got a lot more coffee orders in the third round.  It was a mix of iced and hot, but we may want to consider making a small 2L of hot coffee before the later Odyssey screening. JH

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L.
