Manager Communication: 
Update on the stairwell light, Matthew said he is purchasing a new light fixture.-LB

Got a kitchen call from Stewart to Trees on ticket J44 for 3 x extra ranch. There was no upcharge applied with the button that Tevon used. Tevon said we should fix the button, I agree, specifically we close people out at Trees and having to void someone's payment, go to their table and hassle them to charge them 2.00 for extra ranch is a very bad look. This happened this weekend when someone wanted to change to a salad, granted they didn't read that there was an upcharge, but we do close people out and then they change their minds. It is is time consuming and bad for our tip pool I am sure. I know Toast will have better interfacing ops for this. But want to note this, because for how Trees works, it is not as easy as adding the upcharge as often times the card has already been closed out.-LB

The drain in the beer catch tray on the lobby beer tower needs to be snaked / green gobblered - it's barely draining. Greg let me know as he was leaving . - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Knibbs is a Trivia Assassin. Such a professional. Comes in, gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and has a great attitude. Danny and Tevon rocked Trivia, with a clutch assist from Lydia before they cut out around 8:30. Greg handled a busier than usual lobby because of the merch table for the Rock n Roll doc, and he was great - he really is such a great presence to have at lobby. Very friendly and informative to everyone. - IP

Hiring/Training: 
Sam is done with training. He got 100% on his quiz.-LB

Sam did a very thorough server trail with Michael M. I also asked if he has any experience serving, and if he would ever be interested in doing the floor service for Trivia (in the event we need a pinch hitter) and he said he'd be happy to. Dude is awesome - very happy to have him on board! - IP

Special Events?
We had a fun little birthday party on the mezz before Trivia. Lauren got the decor set up and Mom brought an adorable Pokemon cake. Kids had a blast with the arcade games. Knibbs got everything cleaned up and reset well within time for the Trivia folks to arrive in earnest. 
Trivia had a nice showing. Nothing too crazy and our Top Flight staff absolutely crushed. - IP

Prep List:
Lauren concocted a DELICIOUS kids beverage for Moana. - IP

Over/Short on Banks:
Trees bank had $100 taken out from drawer for one payout, but the other payout was taken from the cash box. The drop (minus the $100 already taken out) is under $200, so from here I don't how where we replenish the cash box - but Becca and Christine are aware of the situation. - IP

Pay Outs: 
$100 event talent. $200 staff outing. -LB

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L. Frank Baum.  If we didn't switch to the plastic soda cups, we would have drowned today. Made it optimal. I think we need more empty grey racks, they were thin in circulation for the last round.
