Monday 3.30.26 / Ariel & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I put $5 PBR on the boards in Tree's. It is at a count of 9. I put it on the board so that we can get em out of here. - AB2 I printed & laminated a Batch List/Do Not Batch List and also a Low and 86'd sheet. I texted all the bartenders to let them know how to use it. I also texted all of y'all. Hope this helps with our communication going forward. - AB2 Ariel tried out his spicy guava cocktail and damn dude that thing RIPS. Chill sales and chill night. - IP I will be in Philly from tomorrow afternoon through Thursday morning, but am available via phone and email if there's any way I can assist before I'm fully back on Friday. Thanks for making it possible for me to be able to be home to help my Mom - means a lot. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Lydia got out of here right after the gate came down at 10:30. Sunday 03.29.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy ticket sales today but nothing felt overwhelming. I came in a bit early to fill us up on Lemonade, Froco, and FWWM. Wyatt handled the floor and I jumped between Trees and the lobby. I put a rack of Irish coffee mugs in the back, I will try to box them, but it may have to wait til tomorrow or Tuesday. I also broke out 25 more pilsner glasses last night.-LB Vlad was super helpful and helped me burn the ice in the lobby. Found the missing Allen wrenches, they were in a bag with the hoses, if we can be diligent about putting things back.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Nat was on autopilot (in a good way - she's just locked in always) and Greg took care of some decently busy Th. 1/2 rushes. The night crew took over with ease - Natasha batched some stuff. Jeshua, Patrick and Darius rocked it so hard tonight while I multitasked a lot of stuff. We have big shoes to fill for this bar team. Love the Sundays. Natasha batching to help us get ready f...

Saturday Gus/Lauren

Manager Communication: Awesome open. Classic. Wyatt crushed. Everything was super smooth. Customer Comments:  BAR Staff Observations: Nice little pop at Trees for an imprompu birthday party at Trees post movie. Team handled it easily with busy theater rushes. -LB FOH Staff Observations: Alex S. was running trays for theater 2 when they were in theater 1, great teamwork. Lots of helpful action from all the servers tonight.-LB Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Carly :( Bar Meeting Agenda notes:  ISI tutorial for bartender meeting. 86ed / counts on items:  Al's is on a count. EVT is now Logical conclusion but no one needs to know.  Prisma is backing up the Rose at the bars, will need more Prisma.  Prep List: Whipped Cream, Old Fashioned Keg I made 3 Frocos, I did a test with citric acid, it was too sour so I am pulling back the recipe for menu launch but should solve the flat soda taste going forward. Thanks to Chef Stewart- LB R&D comp checks: 11.00 sp...

Friday 3.27.26 Jenn/Gus/ Ian

Manager Communication: Chill open. Jenn stayed around because I had a meeting. Smooth sailing through and through -GS Was a busy little Friday and the team was firing on all cylinders. Wyatt and James were on top of the theater calls, and we all pitched in a little to help with the sold-out flips in the big theaters. No security tonight so I stuck around to do the walk-through etc. so James could focus on the close. - IP Customer Comments: Lots of babies in Trees. My friend Ben showed up with his kid Remi. Fun times all around.  -GS BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened. Did a much better job than last week.  -GS Seconded for Charlie - bar was well set by the time I got in. He and Matthew rocked some very busy service rushes for Hail Mary. Tevon stuck around and bopped between Trees and Lobby and I got him outta here before 8:30. Charlie ended up staying through the end of the 9:30 Hail Mary rush and left at 10p. Matthew is a machine behind the bar. So so strong. Ga...

Thursday 03.26.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Jared, Becca and me at night. Dream team. Customer Comments: Had some nice pops in Trees. Right before Swordfish it was very busy. BAR Staff Observations: Pro crew tonight. Everyone crushed. Got Greg out super early FOH Staff Observations: Anthony was being really annoying tonight. On his phone a lot. I called him on it multiple times. If he does it tomorrow I'm writing him up. Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events? Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: We 86ed Mr. & Mrs Tom Collins. I made the executive decision to make a small keg of 30. Prep List: R&D comp checks: Over/Short on Banks: The bank was $100 over, however upon further inspection it appears as though someone did two payouts for $50 each for the talent, but didn't pull the $. I pulled the money and did a payout, so I just did a pay in at the end of the night and it all worked out. Pay Outs: $100- Cinema Event Hosts Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: CW c...

Wednesday 03.25.26 Ian/Lauren/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Menu change accumulation of stuff has commenced. We are in great shape for next week. Excited to get Fresh.-LB BAR Staff Observations:  Singani event went smoothly, and now we have a two week break while NWB hosts '90s + '00s.  Got Tevon out of here once Trees folks headed in to Th1, and then Matthew stuck around for the service push and to do a restock for Trees before getting out of here.  Both Gabrielle and Jeshua were great at each bar, and closed without issue. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Just a note that Anthony was really on top of all three theaters on the first floor for the final round.  Lots of positivity and great communication. JH Special Events?  Do the Right thing,  The Singani HH at Trees was relatively mellow, and the screening went well.  We ran through The Color of Pomegranates we had batched, and have a fair amount of the Sal's special left over (it was brought back to the walk in). JH 86ed / counts...

Tuesday 3/24/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Chill non-Trivia Tuesday. Bar meeting was great - good to have Gus back! Menu change is feeling really locked in. Should be pretty straightforward to get us over the finish line. - IP Customer Comments: A guest earnestly asked me today why our gin selection is so small if our sign claims that Trees Lounge claims to be "The Best Gin Joint in All the World". He at least seemed sheepish when I politely pointed out that it's a Casablanca reference, and we are, after all, a movie theater. You can't make this stuff up, folks. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia was super helpful and sorted all the letters for our upcoming menu change for the draft boards at Trees Lounge.-LB Gave Charlie some help and some tips for closing Trees without help. He can be a little all over the place, so I helped to streamline things for him - he picked it up quick and I think it'll become muscle memory soon enough. - IP Charlie and Tevon handled Trees and Lydia was o...

Monday 3/23/26 Ariel/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Jenn most of the shared theater cocktails are done in the folder I made. I did not do FWWM and O-ren. Need to just proofread and cross check some last details and it should be totally done tomorrow. I checked over garnish guide and theater guide, will proofread and double check again tomorrow.-LB Ordered more hail Mary garnish picks and two isi whipped cream cans for the new menu.-LB Nice little Monday. No events but Hail Mary keeps the hits comin'. Lauren banged out a bunch of menu change stuff, Ariel batched a bunch and all was well. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Team was great tonight. Greg and Lydia handled Trees easily - shout out to Lydia for fixing the beer and shot special draught board AND organizing all of the letters in the organizer tray!! Gold Star for the day. Got Lydia out of here by 9, and Tevon shortly after (I had him get the lobby pretty much fully closed and then stayed down there for the last few drinks until the gate could come down and ...

Sunday 3/22/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened. Was able to replenish the walk-in and get some menu-change tasks done before the first round popped off. - IP I went into bar storage to try and reorganize. I put the pad for pool table back up. I folded the cover and put it on top of the boxes for table clothes. I will email Chenelle about a little reorg maybe Tuesday. -LB Tevon batched the black manhattan keg in the wrong type of keg. Ariel can we pour it into the correct keg tomorrow together.  Otherwise we can't tap that one. -LB Customer Comments: A bottle of the Carignan had jagged glass on the top after Jeshua served it so we swapped the guests glass out. She had a sip but I was just being cautious and the glass would have sank. I rang the dumped bottle into Spillage. -LB    BAR Staff Observations: Today's brunch and day time service was rather tame compared to yesterday, sounds like. I made sure that Greg and Nat were both extra prepared with glassware, and they crushed...

Saturday 03.21.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  I would really love to order some inner ear piece headsets. I can barely hear anything when I am at Trees and that is where I am stationed most of the loudest and busiest days. -LB Ian I did not get to put things away properly in bar storage, the pool table cover and the mat that covers it. There is a lot of stuff that is going to be picked up tomorrow. There are about 6 Trees stools trapped behind a bunch of stuff.  The internet was extremely unreliable tonight and I am sure these notes will get erased.-LB Today was a non-stop service forward evening. Everyone doing the most.  It is very hard to keep up a pace like this. -LB The party was a lovely success. We should do more theme parties.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Charlie started jumping ahead on tickets when we decided to pause to let the theater catch up. just another fine point for him to understand when I am at expo, listening is critical. His listening has been way...

Friday 3.20.26 / Jenn, Gus, & Ariel / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Jenn on inventory, I opened, Ariel closing -GS BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened. Jenn warned him we had some heavily sold shows for kids movies and to have plenty of lemonade on hand. He learned the hard way. -GS We were not well prepared today. Matthew made it a point to mention to Charlie that needs to bring glass racks up at the beginning of the opening shift to make service smooth. He did not take it the best. Matthew was kind in his delivery but I think that we need to be more on Charlie when it comes to what to prep for Fridays. It is important that everyone is setup for success coming into their shift. Fridays constantly feel like we are playing catch up at all times. Matthew ends up having to bring everything up and do the restock on top of carrying the load of doing all theaters tickets during the rush and helping a section of guests because Charlie is unable to multi task. He can only manage one guest at a time and is slow. With Fridays now bein...

Thursday 3/19/26 Lauren/Ariel

Manager Communication: I ordered some of the seal tight cambro lids that the Ritz carlton had on their cambro so we have a wider use of non spill containers for our massive cambro stockpile to use for restocks and to keep the walk in spill free. -LB Well we are fully packed out from the Jaws event. I pinged Ricky, Sarah, and Jopus from the Ritz to grab their stuff.  There is a Midori box, a Milagro box, a big styrofoam cooler, a black milk crate. and three tote bags (Sarah's).  They are tucked behind the liquor room door on the shelf but also on the floor right there since there is no room and the boxes are all very heavy. -LB Ricky (from Singani) did not come in today and all these boxes are still in the Liquor room. I'll keep my eyes peeled for him tomorrow. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle and Charlie's shifts were swapped for tomorrow. They both are well aware. Gabrielle will close Lobby and Charlie will Open Tree's. - AB2 Prep List: I made a 4x batch of Butt...

3/18/25 Wednesday Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Jaws was the biggest pop we had all night, but Trees hosted a decent crowd throughout the third round screenings. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Wednesday Singani team keeps on winning.  Since we had the visiting bartenders were taking care of the Nubeluz drink, we actually did not need to hold onto Tevon throughout the happy hour and he was able to get out of here a little early.  Gabrielle and Matthew worked through the Th1 rush, with me on garnish.  Once the bar was reset and restocked,  Jaws was almost letting out, so Matthew stuck around an extra ten minutes to help Gabrielle with that first wave of post-screening guests.  Jeshua held down lobby without any issues, and both he and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH FOH Staff Observations: Just wanted to shout out Kyah for always being so on top of communicating theater or guest needs to the bar, and always paying attention during preshifts. JH    Special E...

Tuesday 3/17/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Ricky from Singani and Jopas from the Ritz Carlton came by with their glassware, batch and equipment. We are ready to roll tomorrow. Jenn is coming in at 4pm tomorrow so we can be sure to rock the event in full swing. -LB Customer Comments: Bar and Trivia regular and director of forthcoming Hulu film "Mike and Nick and Nick and Alice",  (starring Vince Vaughn and James Marsden) Bendavid Grabinksi did the guest round and said, "I have been to a lot of movie trivia and this one is easily the best." - great job, team! BAR Staff Observations: Lydia kept their cool today during a visit with an unwanted guest. I happened to be there and I called in Jared after he said he wanted to choke us. Happy St. Patrick's day to all those who celebrate.-LB Lydia swung up to help with the initial push of Trivia and once things got rolling they headed out. Greg held down a chill lobby, and Darius, Tevon and Patrick absolutely bodied Trivia. - IP FOH Staff Ob...

Monday 3.16.26 / Ariel, Lauren, & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication:    Keeping a tight eye on what we are batching getting closer to menu change.-LB Helpful list on the walk-in door - good eye! Ariel got us set for what should probably be the final push of batching before menu change. Horchata needs to be strained tomorrow to make Holy Mountain, and we can make another batch of Desperado when we get Pear puree. Lauren was a scheduling machine. I was back and forth between Lydia's lobby bar and Greg and Charlie's Trees Lounge. Wyatt and Becca were all over the theaters. Super misty, chill evening - unremarkable. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Easy day for both bars. Last round was quite lightly sold last round, so I was able to reroute to Trees at 10p and get Lydia out of here shortly thereafter. Greg got outta here around 8:15, and Charlie closed Trees easy peasy. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Harron did a great job on the ground floor tonight. - IP Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Counts on theater cocktails as they dwindle?...

Sunday 03.15.2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Really fantastic work across the board during the Oscars, particularly during the initial (two hour!) service push. Had a couple of folks stick around Trees to watch the Oscars, but most guests were very eager to get into their theaters. JH   BAR Staff Observations:  Trees was absolutely packed with Oscars guests when I got in.  Once both bars were set, I got both of the openers out of here and gave Charlie an overview of what service would be like this evening.  Charlie did an excellent job holding down lobby solo, and was great in communicating any needs he had or offering glassware assistance to Trees.  Tevon, Darius, + Jeshua were the absolute dream team through a very busy Th1/2 service push.  They were excellent at making sure they were prepared for service, and each moved between responsibilities without any direction needed on my part.  I expo'd + trayed drinks, and the three of them were so on top of resetting and ...

Saturday 03.14.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Had a small group of kids and parents outside this morning when we opened doors, and they all booked it straight to Hoppers , which dominated Th1 for the first four rounds.  Busy theaters were fairly spread out throughout the building and day, so service was fairly smooth. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Both Matthew and Natasha held down each bar solo through the first round, and were able to restock and reset once Patrick got in at 2:00pm.  Patrick floated between each bar as needed, until closers began to get in. JH Had NK do a little prep before she clocked out. Cut Matthew once Charlie grabbed the restock for Trees Lounge. Patrick got out of here a little after 9.  Trees was bumping all night. -LB Hardcore closing cleaning with Lydia and Charlie and they cultivated a nice chill crowd of regulars at the bar. -LB Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Guinness ($8.00) + Irish Coffee ($16.00) buttons are live on MB.  They are on the Special...

Friday 03.13.26 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Busy Friday night at Trees. Tevon, Matthew and Charlie did a great job. Hoppers sales jumped up and the smaller theaters were busy all night. Trees stayed busy until last call - 4/6 was slammed at the pass all night. Servers did a great job. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Team was on point tonight. Got Tevon out of here around 8:15 and Matthew, Charlie and I handled a very busy dinner round into the evening. Cut charlie around 10:00, and Matt and Greg closed each bar with no issue. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Justine and Bruce were awesome in Th. 4 tonight. Good team work and good hustle. - IP Special Events? Super prepared for the St. Patrick's Day brunch - Jenn gave me a bunch of tips and tricks. Gonna be a breeze! Also almost totally ready for the Oscars - just might need to add some citrus juice to some of the batches on Sunday before the festivities get underway. - IP 86ed / counts on items: Hello, Sidney - 47 REINVIGORATOR - 15 - may need to batch that...

Thursday 3/12/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Was able to get a lot done this morning and into the afternoon. Garnish guides and theater cocktail spec sheets are almost finished - just have a couple more question marks to fill in and then that's good to go. After doors opened Greg and Tevon had a total handle on things so I got a jump on replenishing the walk-in for the weekend.  BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Greg opened. Nothing interesting to report. - IP Got openers out of here once closers had settled in, as sales were definitely a one-bartender-at-each-bar level.  Everyone was in a good mood, and Jeshua and Matthew closed each bar without issue.  Very mellow night, but not too sleepy. JH Prep List: I made a negroni keg, 3 lemonades, 3 fwwm, 4 fro-co, and more unsweetened iced tea. May need to make more simple syrup sooner rather than later. - IP I have a list, mostly cocktail kegs, for Tevon's prep shift tomorrow afternoon.  I'll be opening, so will make sure to speak to him abo...

Wednesday 3/11/26 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:   Rocking morning of cleaning and maintenance.  BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew and Jeshua are really great self-starters. They don't need to be told to make good use of their time. They just do. -LB Kept Jeshua around until the runners had arrived at Trees and gotten through the initial crush of service.  He got out of here shortly before Th1 opened for its last round, so I hung out by the service pass while Charlie reset the floor and handled bar guests.  Based on a note from earlier in the week, I definitely offered Charlie some pointed guidance with regards to pre-closing, and he definitely followed through and was in a good position once we did last call.  Matthew, angel that he is, handled Lobby solo without issue, and was out the door shortly after first floor was routed. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Observed a possible drink dying in station issue and corrected it with the server. Happy to highlight the importance of gett...

Tuesday 3/10/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Ricky from Singani stopped by and we talked through the logistics for the Jaws updated event for next Wednesday.  -LB Sleepy Day except for Pre-Code which was smooth and easy. Becca and Jared were clutch as always. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Charlie had an uneventful long lobby shift. I'm working on getting Charlie to be a little better about getting a jump on his closes - there are easy and obvious pre-closing shortcuts that I'd be happy to point out - but I think it's more making it known that the close (especially for the lobby) should have some urgency about it. Lydia had a very easy shift today as I cut them around 8 before the pre-code party - Tevon and I handled the post show rush with the DJ. FOH Staff Observations: Torey has really stepped up as a server. Nice to see a long time Hawk continue to flourish. - IP Special Events?  Pre-code parade party and screening. We are likely going to cut Greg, but Ian is going to check in with Tevon ...

Monday 3/9/26 Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Quiet little morning just Rebecca and I. Plants in Trees lounge look really good.-LB Palco came by and I took them to Th 2 booth to hit the roof.-LB  Let's only batch half batches of Hello, Sidney if we need it. Unlikely though. -LB  Darkroom series was a banger. Sold out show with a good rush downstairs and then a full Trees afterwards. Once the first drink rush was over Patrick took over solo and I had a chance to get some organization and tidying done in the liquor room after batching. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Patrick can be a little brusque with the patrons at times, but he makes it work because he's funny and charming enough to get away with it - case in point, he absolutely smashed it tonight with the Darkroom afterparty Salon. After the Darkroom rush in the lobby it was chill for Lydia, and I tried to get them out of here as close to 10:15 as possible (right when they shut the gate for the night). - IP FOH Staff Observations: Had a great li...

Sunday 3/8/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Holy walk-in, Batman! Thanks, weekend team for keeping us massively stocked! Hoppers is going to blow through lemonade and FroCo, so I will have eyes on levels throughout the rushes. Dion will be out sick today, Wyatt is on the horn looping everyone in.  Got a chance to print out more no smoking/no vaping signs to put up in Trees. Hung one on the underside of the staircase next to the popcorn neon light, and also upstairs next to the pool cues. They're just taped up for the time being, so if we want to decide on a more permanent place later, we can. - IP Gus texted that the Prospect Park runners are coming Wednesday around 7:40pm, 30-40 ppl, stub discount. The organizer expects more people due to the weather.  Sleepy evening, good time to catch up on some menu stuff and organizing. I am not going to order more rice milk for horchata, we will ride with what we have until Holy Mountain is gone.-LB Steady morning dominated by Hoppers. -IP BAR Staff Observa...

Saturday 03.07.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy day all around here. Definitely felt a bit of a hurting post-Matthew cut around 8:29pm, since he was an early mid due to the events early in the day. Team did great.  Charlie and Gab prioritized a very busy and demanding guest facing lounge. I don't see an event memo for the Oscars event, but Shay emailed me to ask for a "coupla small beers" as a prize during the event/ I told her we have PBRs we can spare. -LB We broke out the last box of 16 oz cups from when we switched over. This was the first time since we switched Froco to 16 oz cups we have been strapped during the day. We have zero back ups. I would recommend getting 2 or 3 cases from Webstaurant, lmk if I can go ahead and get those. -LB I have yet to have time to make, find or hang the no vaping signage for Trees.  Rebecca was hanging post-shift and she thought some teens were smoking or vaping in the bathroom. I checked it out, but I was thinking we should hang this signage on the back...

Friday 03.06.26 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication: I moved all of the Chains of Love cocktail from both bars and put it all in a 4 qt store-n-pour in the walk-in. We have 2 Mysteries in Tree's at the moment and I wanna save real estate in the lowboy. - AB2 Customer Comments: I got a walkie call from Thursdae at the end of the last round in TH5. The guy was in 405 and said there was a misunderstanding with the bill. He said that he wanted a burger with a side salad and fries. Thusdae put in a Burger with a side salad and then a side of fries. He stated that there was a misunderstanding. I asked what was wrong. He thought that the salad was $2... and that the burger and fries was $19... so he was expecting to pay $21 total for his burger with two different sides. I told him that the $2 is added to the burger price and that everything was put in accurately. He asked if he could have the fries taken off... I asked "Did you not want the fries?" He said that no one took them... I said "so you ate the...

Thursday 03.05.26 Jenn/Ian

Manager Communication: Smooth day into night. The private event on the mezz was a smashing success, thanks to Raekwon. Spoons went off without a hitch thanks to everything being ready to go on Jenn's watch, and the excellent bar team ready for anything. Jared and Dion handled the floor with ease. Got a bunch of stuff ready for Tevon's batch shift tomorrow - have a list on the whiteboard (also below in the prep section for reference/edits). - IP Customer Comments: A guest named Rich (presumably a local artist from the group that frequents our mezz space) was inquiring about the lighting on the mezz and if/when we were going to get more art up there. I told him he could reach out to our prospectpark@nitehawkcinema.com address with any questions. - IP BAR Staff Observations : Got Tevon out of here on the earlier side and had Gab swing upstairs to help out with Spoons. Matthew is a beast, and got Gab out of here right around 9p, and handled the rest of the evening solo. Jeshua h...

Wednesday 3.4.26 Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication: Lauren and I got everything situated for the Singani/Hank's Saloon doubleheader. Conrad came by and took photos of the new specials. -IP BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew Gab and Tevon handled a busy happy hour event with a moderately difficult cocktail with ease as the exceptional professionals they are. Jeshua is ready to rock for the theater portion of the event-LB Everyone up at Trees handled the Singani event without issue, and I was able to send Tevon downstairs to back up Jeshua as the guests moved to Th3.  I took over the pass for the second round Th1 load-in, while Gabrielle and Matthew wrapped up the Singani event and reset the floor and bar.  Once Jeshua had a chance to reset, Tevon got out of here.  Matthew stuck around until we got through the first round of the Hank's post-screening crowd, which was super helpful. JH FOH Staff Observations: If you are going to have Jeremy and only one runner, that runner being Erech is top notch. H...

Tuesday 3.3.26. Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: Sarene reps are dolls and came to replace our Sankey. I bought them some food to say thank you since it isn't even their line. I did learn how to replace the Sankey though.-LB The coffee machine at Trees has been reprogrammed and is working well now.-LB Very busy very smooth night. Trivia was slammed and Pulp Fiction kept the pass very busy. Becca was incredible assisting with Trivia, and Dion was everywhere tonight taking care of anything and everything the theaters needed.  I Emptied the bubbler in the lobby early and turned it off to give it a break before I open it up and see what I can tinker around with tomorrow to fix the screeching noise. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Trivia team amazing as always. Charlie is getting even better and more comfortable on the floor. I checked in with him, and he would be happy to continue as the floor server, but if there is a world where perhaps we could occasionally split the load he would be appreciative. I told him I...

Monday 3/2/26 Ariel/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication: The coffee folks that repaired the LED are going to come by tomorrow and check out the settings on the machine at Trees Lounge.-LB Ryan from Sarene will come replace the sankey on the Evil Twin Line because he is just that awesome, tomorrow after we open. -LB Stock levels look good thanks to Ariel's batching and excellent unboxing and reorganizing of the liquor room. Looks great! Lauren has eyes on Trivia product and Pulp Fiction product for tomorrow. Lots of maintenance people coming to check on things - hopefully we're all ship shape by the time Trivia kicks off. - IP Customer Comments:  We've gotta get some more NO VAPING signage at Trees. People don't even realize they're doing it, so I don't know if it'll make a difference, but seatbelts did so... y'know. - IP BAR Staff Observations : Lydia hung in there for a long lobby shift was able to get her outta here right as I brought the gate down. I finished up any odds and ends fo...

Sunday 3.1.2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I got everything opened up while Nat and Greg set up the bars. Ticket sales aside from Pulp Fiction are medium, and we've got Tevon coming in at 11:30. This should give me ample opportunity to shore up the walk-in.  Coffee maker at Trees is still pouring diluted from both chambers. Lobby machine is working fine, so we were circulating through the lobby like old times. Will discuss with Lauren when she gets in. - IP I broke out the penultimate case of 16 oz plastic cups. Will keep an eye if we need to order more, but not quite yet. -LB Customer Comments: A woman with celiac informed Charlie about the Twizzlers being incorrectly listed on the GF menu, I know we recently talked about this. Dion was investigating to make sure we reprinted and distributed those menus. -LB BAR Staff Observations: Regardless of sales, events, or any other unforeseen circumstances - I would trust Nat, Greg and Tevon to handle anything this place can throw at them. - IP Snea...
