Manager Communication:
Conrad was in to get photos of the Evil Dead special and the Moana special. Got those done this morning. Otherwise unremarkable open with Rebecca. - IP

I cleaned the Trees frozens and replaced the busted gasket on the 2 chamber FroCo. The clear plastic ones we ordered are too small for the tanks, but the red ones are perfect. If we order more, order whatever that size is. - IP

Started working on a bar trail guide for the servers printout that we can give them when they come through for their bar trail - just an introduction and some bullet points of the things we cover in the bar trail. It's in the drive. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Easygoing Thursday, with Gabrielle getting out of here once lobby had gotten through the bulk of the second round and Danny sticking around until ST&B was about to start.  Both Jeshua + Matthew held down each bar solo and closed without issue. JH

Special Events?
Easygoing ST&B this evening. JH

Prep List:
Made some arbol for batching tomorrow. - IP

Caught us up on Lemonade for the weekend par, and will start some GF Oleo tomorrow morning. JH

R&D comp checks:
Was inspired to start mulling (haha get it) over some ideas for the Fall menu. Excited about a couple of things. Made a black tea, cinnamon, orange syrup that I think could be used in a number of different ways. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received Manhattan and also some stuff from Baldor. - IP

Maintenance:
The frozen machines were not turned to cold in the lobby last night. The tanks froze over quite a bit, but the product is fine and the rotors didn't get stuck from overfreezing, so no harm no foul. Just a note to be mindful of this for all closers! - IP

Trees ice machine seemed to be back in working order after Gus + Ian gave it a clean before they headed out. JH

Manager Communication : Similar to yesterday, second round Top Gun and Everything Everywhere screenings sold really well.  Had a couple more people on Patio today, even with the rainy weather, and Trivia brought a sizeable crowd to Trees. BAR Staff Observations : Eliel held down Lobby solo all day, and did a fantastic job, which was a huge help as Trees was taken over by Trivia this evening.  Ian and Eliel both did a great job stocking and opening each bar, which set both floors up for success during service.   Tevon and Andrea (completing her last day of training!), together with Ian, navigated a very busy dinner round and Trivia crowd.  Tevon took the floor, and Ian and Andrea moved from service to guest-facing, no issue.  Andrea took the lead on second round service bar. and did two restocks, so she is now well acquainted with the liquor room and walk in. Manager Communication:  Holiday level business keeps coming, we had a very busy day overall at the bar. Movies kept service bar going strong through 9 pm and then the bar stayed crowded with a group of people watching the Golden Globes. No issues with getting overly busy, however, as the push to service bar died right as the awards show started and a crowd grew at the bar. We were able to get all duties done tonight; batching, cleaning projects and strong service. The 4 pm rush was very heavy in particular, with Theatres 1, 4 and 6 very tightly seated but we never ran overlong on timing. Customer Comments:  We had a guest come to the bar around 4:30 to complain about some late food, which was dropped by a manager. Julie had a flag that she forget to ring until right before check drop and the guests complained about the wait, but were happy with our resolution of some passes and goodwill discounts on the check. Saturday 11.22.25 Wicked Day 3 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  Th1/2/3 were pretty much sold out for the day, with Wicked doing really well and Bugonia / Frankenstein taking up the smaller theaters.  Definitely a lot more kids coming through for Wicked this time, just as a heads up.  Sentimental Value is also selling out the smaller theaters, too.  Trees also had a group of runners (probably between 10-12 folks) hang out for drinks and brunch post-run.  A couple of more groups came through throughout the day and kept Trees happily busy during the early rounds. JH If we can change the temp on Trees lounge to 70 for this busy stretch, it gets really hot back there when they don't stop moving. -LB Wowie. everyone busting their butts today and I blame L.
