Manager Communication: Busy morning. Rebecca got everything rolling for the private events and special screenings. Greg and Nat opening. Duan's shift moved to Trees close with Tevon. Just one more Trivia close and he's ready to go live!  Fire alarm City. A drink rack somehow slipped while being reset at the pass and managed to pull the fire alarm next to the coffee station. I didn't see it happen, but Greg said that's what caused the alarm. After the Fire department came and checked everything out, we got back into service. Servers and bar staff handled everything super professionally and the guests seemed more relieved than anything that it was just a false alarm.. - IP Nice busy Sunday energy. Team seems to really be working well together. Got Jeshua out of here around 8pm since it slowed down and we have extra hands.-LB This office gets hotter and hotter.-LB Customer Comments: Guest Gold Star goes to the parents of the birthday party in theater 7 this morning. Love...

Saturday 4/18/20226 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Gil and I opened up. Sales very mellow for a Saturday morning. Should get busier later - but weather is gorgeous outside, so probably chill until sundown. - IP We are almost out of raspberries for infinite possibilities garnish, Danny went to Mr. Kiwi but no luck.  We are on both of the last boxes of Diet Coke syrup for both bars. It was reported to me that US foods was OOS. I have more coming Monday morning.-LB It is rather dark with the popcorn neon being out. Matthew, I know a neon guy that has a shop in park slope, he is cool and would probably come take a look for a few beers.-LB Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Nat opened - whomever closed last night absolutely crushed. Super set up to start the day. - IP Definitely steady business for the bar team throughout the night. Well-staffed. Gab cut out after the last Drama went in and they got their last restock done. Definitely not a chaotic Saturday but a steady amount of business and p...

Friday 4/17/26 Jenn/Gus/Edgar

Manager Communication: Solid open. Not a bad night. Solid pops but the popular movies are starting to slow down in sales. - AB2 Customer Comments: Pretty mellow to start. A few pops BAR Staff Observations: Matthew is a glassware hawk. He corners the market immediately and all the glassware funnels through him. You love to see it. I was able to get Greg out during the middle rush downstairs. Tree's was rocking but was not too crazy for service station. TH1 6:45, TH2 8:30, and TH4 8:15 were the busy theaters tonight for Tree's and everything was smooth and well timed out. TH2 and TH4 were the pop of the night and Matthew and Natasha handled it with absolutely 0 issues. I got Matthew out after that last round settled. - AB2 Prep List: Lemonade, New Special, Kids special, 50 Year Storm, FWWM. Pay Outs: $38- Juan things Maintenance: None The soda Gun at the service pass in Tree's is leaking a lot. Soda's pour out fine but the panel/plate (I am unsure of what to call it)...

Thursday 4/16 Gus & Jenn

Manager Communication:  Easy open. Danny Day 1 live BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle is such a solid opener. Danny got out of here once everyone got family meal and Jeshua had settled in to lobby.  Danny was great at lobby, it was a very mellow first round so he got to ease into it.  He definitely wants to get more experience downstairs during busier shifts, but he felt pretty confident about his ability to handle it.  I kept Gabrielle around until we got through the initial service push of Th1's second round, and then she got out of here once Trees was restocked.  Both Jeshua and Matthew closed each bar without issue. JH 86ed / counts on items:  Color of Pom is back Prep List:  Color of Pom Pay Outs:  $50.00 (Talent) -- Did not show, so we did a Pay In of $50.00. $800.00 (Jess) JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  We were shorted Carpano Dry- lets just use Lustau till we get more. Tomorrow: Sarene, Union, CW Saturday: Manhattan Baldor arr...

Wednesday 4/15/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Got machines cleaned, Soda delivery put away, and "Alma's Kiss" for the Singani event tonight batched all before the bartenders even got in (flex). Matthew and Tevon opening bars; Full managerial squad; deliveries en route; NITEHAWK: ENGAGE. - IP Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations: Always great to have thorough openers Matthew and Tevon on days with big events. Really sets the tone in a great way. - IP Bar made quick work of the Singani happy hour, screening, + after party.  Tevon was able to get out of here once guests had cleared out of Trees from the happy hour, and Matthew stuck around to reset the floor and Trees, getting out once the Th1 service push had settled.  Jeshua handled lobby solo like a champ, and Gabrielle was fantastic about letting Danny take the lead when it came to closing.  Unfortunately, I was unable to catch her for training notes in the binder before she got out of here, but I will have her add her notes when she i...

Tuesday 4.14 Gus/Ian

Manager Communication:  Solid open. Pretty breezy.  Chill night - Pre-Code was about half sold and had their die-hard band of partiers hang out for the DJ set (which was really great! Some outlaw country and soul throwbacks - loved it!). Dwight and I had to escort a guest out of the last th 4 screening of PHM - more below. - IP Customer Comments: We had a guest who was disturbing their seats neighbors, and when Dwight and I investigated, the guest was considerably intoxicated, and we deemed it better for him (and his friend) to come back and catch the movie another time. They totally obliged and were visibly embarrassed. The friend came to me after paying and told me he is a total regular (he is, I definitely recognized him) and that his friend (the one causing the issue) was jetlagged coming in from Paris and had had too much to drink on the flight and was totally zonked - he thanked me for taking care of the situation and profusely apologized again. He was very nice, and th...

Monday 4.13.26 / Ariel & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Ariel batched all the kegs we needed aside from Princess Peach (we need more Juliette). Special screening was sold well and had a decent little pop at Trees afterwards. Carly and Wyatt held it down on the floor and I got Lydia routed and outta here shortly after 10p. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Tevon crushed as per usual. Made sure to keep an eye on Tevon and give him plenty of room to take breaks if he needed - he said he's feeling much better. Lydia had a pretty uneventful night in the lobby. Definitely was on good behavior after their write-up earlier in the shift. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Monica and the crew in theater 1 dealt with a little bit of ticketing confusion for the special event but got everything under control calmly and efficiently - good team work and leadership all around. - IP Special Events? Gowanus Current - screening was very well sold and they hung out at the bar afterwards. Good crowd - come back any time! - IP Prep L...
