Sunday NSF Closing Night 4/12/2026 Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication: Arrived a little early and got Matthew and Duan linked up for day 2 of Duan's training. Wyatt and I got building opened up - Wyatt got theaters prepared for No Budge so there wouldn't be any confusion.  Busy Trees Lounge all evening, and plenty of very sold screenings throughout the building until about ten or so. JH BAR Staff Observations: Knibbs is getting the best education possible in the lobby today from our startender Matthew Soler. Going to have him focus on Filmbot and MobileBytes, and hopefully start to get his bearings with how to direct guests to their theaters. - IP Charlie was pretty self sufficient down in lobby this evening, so I was really able to dedicate my attention to Trees, both with Danny and the NSF event.  I got Danny out of here once the initial wave of guests for the after party were served, and Darius stayed all the way through the event and gave Jeshua a headstart on resetting the floor before he left a little after eleven....

Saturday 04.12.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication:  Decent daytime service.  Mario is definitely slowing down, but still doing really well in the large theaters, and kept Trees service pass busy once we had seated the NSF matinee screening.  The Drama and Project Hail Mary continue to sell out both large and small theaters, which really kept us busy at both bars throughout the day. JH Customer Comments: BAR Staff Observations:  Natasha, brunch champion opener as always, but man I do got to shout out Greg.  He is great about setting himself up for success down in lobby on Saturdays, and he is really self sufficient down there, very rarely needing to walkie for assistance.  Danny and Matthew came in pretty close in time to each other, so I had Danny buddy up with Matthew to shadow what the weekend mid shift looks like.  Danny is definitely comfortable behind the bar and at the pass, and is getting glowing reviews from the bartenders he has worked with so far. Manager Communication: Stacked team. How are we doing this Dark & Stormy tournament? Peeps are asking. How are we logging who sold em or are we going off the honor system here? Natasha sold 3 today. - AB2 Customer Comments: Nice little pop at Trees at the Startt BAR Staff Observations: Had to have a chat with Charlie about finishing out strong and staying focused. Bar had a solid pop throughout the whole night. Tree's was cruising. Natasha and Matthew crushed it. Gabrielle was awesome in the Lobby. Theaters downstairs were timed out nicely that the pushes were steady and very manageable. - AB2  Special Events? Party in Mezzanine was rockin. Manager Communication: Solid open. Lots of hands.  Customer Comments: Pretty mellow. BAR Staff Observations: Greg had a great open. Gabrielle also crushed it. FOH Staff Observations: Kait is such a treat to be around Hiring/Training: Danny came in early. He was with Matthew tonight. They went over POS training. Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn, feel better. Wednesday 4.8.26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Stacked crew. Great open. Seamless Bopping Trees Lounge this evening.  Busy dinner round theaters on the second and third floor, and then our running club pals came through and they were thirsty.  They had pretty much cleared out by the time we were setting the floor for the after party, so the timing worked out quite well.  The after party was easygoing and bar really handled it all without issue. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon was training Danny- solid. Gabrielle was in on open, got things going Tevon and Danny got out of here shortly after 7:00pm, and Jeshua held down a decently busy weeknight first floor solo.  Gabrielle and Charlie took care of a very busy Trees Lounge, which definitely popped off once the runner group came through just before 7:30pm.  I took the bulk of the Th1/Th2 service tickets for a bit, and was able to step aside once the bar had settled a bit.  Gabrielle got out of here shortly after the even...

Tuesday 4/7/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Cooking with gas.  Evening was busy and everything went super smoothly. Becca absolutely crushed this evening as the closing MOD after Jared left. Answered every call in the theaters and somehow had time to help run glassware and trays while I was helping with the floor for Trivia. Incredible work - made everyone's lives infinitely easier. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Duan is going to be fantastic. Tevon, Greg, Charlie and Darius all showed up with their game faces on tonight. Trivia was crazy busy and nothing ever felt overwhelmed at all. Great work. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Siete is clutch at the pass as per usual. - IP Hiring/Training: Onboarding extravaganza.   Knibbs is a pro, which was immediately obvious. Manager Communication: Took one case of Hendricks One case of Singani one case of Boatyard and 3 bottles of Jack Daniel's for NWB. - AB2 We Vitamixed the strawberry Puree and we are cruising now. I adjusted the Tree's cocktails Tubbs and Rumba. They have been printed out and laminated in Tree's. - AB2 I noted some strange irregularities on the martini recipes, might fine-tune tomorrow.-LB  Lauren gave me the US Foods run down for soda ordering when she's gonna be away starting Wednesday. Ariel kindly offered any assistance I may need if I encounter any difficulty. Thanks, dude!
