Manager Communication: Surprisingly mellow Saturday. Early screenings were mild - afternoon/evening look better. Opened w/ Wyatt - smooth and steady. Becca came in and marshaled the floor. - IP Customer Comments: Someone puked in the elevator to Trees. A customer pointed it out to me. Vlad cleaned it up. -GS BAR Staff Observations: Nat and Greg opened - it was a pretty light day overall, so everyone was chillin. Sam came in and helped with the first busy-ish push at the service pass. He's great. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Some of the less experienced servers will just kinda grab at you when you're trying to tray up drinks at the pass. Its pretty lame. We need to stress this more in the training to not do this.  -GS Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: We ended up cutting Lydia's closing shift and bumping Gab and Patrick back to Close and Pre-Close. -IP Special Events? Manager Communication: Jared, Wyatt and I held it down tonight -GS Customer Comments: Lots of PSP folks today. Greg handled a customer who was a bit difficult. Handled it really well in my opinion. She was just talking his ear off when we were getting crushed, nothing terrible. -GS There was a guest who ordered tots and an ice cream. Closed out- then wanted aioli instead of queso- didn't specify  BAR Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight. Natasha is a calming force at the service well. -GS FOH Staff Observations: Thursdae really crushed it tonight and was super helpful. Fiona is solid. Alex M and Michael Melandro were also really great tonight. Hiring/Training: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events?  Served up some non-alcoholic Dark 'N' Stormys for the PSP folks today. Manager Communication:  Chill open. Got a bunch of stuff done. Wyatt held it down BAR Staff Observations:  Gab and Danny opened. Very smooth.  I had Gabrielle float up to Trees during the second round to give Greg a hand at restocking a bunch of glassware while Danny took over the service pass.  Once everyone who wanted one had a break, Gabrielle got out of here and Jeshua was his usual lobby-champ self.  Held onto Danny until the 9:00pm Odyssey got past its initial service push, and Greg was able to get a quick restock in before Danny got out of here.  It was a pretty mellow night at Trees, so Greg made quick work of closing down the bar. JH FOH Staff Observations:  Evan is a good vibe. I second the above statement.  Evan is really great about coming down to the pass for drinks, whether or not they're on support. Manager Communication:  Starting the day with some hard work and some grateful to be alive vibes over here at NPP, maybe it'll catch on. -LB   Strong dinner round on the first and second floors, but both large theaters were wrapped up relatively early this evening.  Trees got some folks from PPWSL and was pretty busy all the way up to eleven. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Both bars were pretty self sufficient throughout the night.  Danny got out of here once both bars had a chance to restock and whoever wanted a break got one, while Patrick stuck around until Josie was seated and through its initial service push.  Both Gabrielle + Jeshua closed each bar without issue. Manager Communication: Matthew would like if we could put away the hi-tops tables in Trees Lounge after trivia tonight so it is not so cluttered. He is going to pick up some more chairs for the upstairs and bring them by maybe Thursday so the seating upstairs has a more balanced feel to it. -LB Odyssey selling out and really packed Trivia - very busy night. Manager Communication: Odyssey continues to crush. Wyatt and Christine held it down on the floor, and Lauren stuck around to help out well after family meal. Total champ. - IP  Patrick forgot to put the lobby key in the bank bag at the end of the night, and when I went and retrieved it, Christine mentioned that she rarely sees the keys in the bags when counting during close - let's make sure all the bar staff are aware of our new S.O.P. - both keys are accounted for and in their respective bank bags for tomorrow, just want to make sure we're all on the same page going forward. - IP BAR Staff Observations:  Held onto Tevon through the 7p rush in th2 and then Lydia and Greg bodied the 9p rush in th1. The lounge had died down, so I was able to handle the glassware rush after th2 let out.
