Saturday 7/11/26 Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Smooth open.  The England v. Norway game kept Trees bopping all the way into the dinner round.  The Argentina v. Switzerland game didn't bring out as many folks, but Trees had the guests all the way through the end of that game.  The Invite in Th2 was close to selling out, but that was the all the excitement in the big theaters tonight.  First floor was busy all throughout the evening, and Th4/6 had their fair share of bustle, too. JH Customer Comments:  Pretty buzzy for early Trees  -GS BAR Staff Observations:  I cut Tevon. Rolling with 6 today. Its light. We are doing a little special at the bar- good idea Lauren and Jenn -GS Got openers out of here shortly after I got in, and Greg stuck around until the last round had settled and everybody who wanted a break had gotten one.  Gabrielle + Lydia really held down a busy service pass and bartop throughout the evening, only getting weeded once when it came to finding pils...

Friday 7/10/26 Jenn/Lauren/Ariel

Manager Communication: Chill opening. Lots of action with some later deliveries. Matthew cranked out his batching, I helped assist with some stuff. Jenn is hitting the oleo game right now. Feeling like we are set up for a good weekend.-LB Jenn had a good idea of using some of our backstocked specials as World cup specials during the games.-LB I upgraded our bar tools and tool tool storage, so they stop spilling over. Organized.-LB James said he returned your batteries LB. He apologizes deeply. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Sales are lowish, Natasha wanted to get cut, I consulted AB so I pushed back Knibbs to come at 5pm. - LB With cutting Natasha, Matthew and Tevon had to do longer shifts tonight and had good attitudes. Big shoutout to them. Knibbs and Gabrielle crushed their closes. I made sure the lowboy doors and freezer doors were closed because I wanted no repeats of last time. - AB2 Prep List: 2x Iced Tea concentrate, Pineapple simple, snap pea syrup, 2x moana, 10 FWWM, Marg keg...

Thursday 7/9/2026 - Ian/Gus/Jenn

Manager Communication: Conrad was in to get photos of the Evil Dead special and the Moana special. Got those done this morning. Otherwise unremarkable open with Rebecca. - IP I cleaned the Trees frozens and replaced the busted gasket on the 2 chamber FroCo. The clear plastic ones we ordered are too small for the tanks, but the red ones are perfect. If we order more, order whatever that size is. - IP Started working on a bar trail guide for the servers printout that we can give them when they come through for their bar trail - just an introduction and some bullet points of the things we cover in the bar trail. It's in the drive. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Easygoing Thursday, with Gabrielle getting out of here once lobby had gotten through the bulk of the second round and Danny sticking around until ST&B was about to start.  Both Jeshua + Matthew held down each bar solo and closed without issue. JH Special Events? Easygoing ST&B this evening. JH Prep List: Made some arb...

Wednesday 07.08.26 Jenn/Gus

Manager Communication: Closing was great. Christine and James crushed. Great team work tonight -GS Customer Comments: Boy there were a lot of them in Trees. No Soccer today. I think the tables are doing their thing -GS BAR Staff Observations: Its was super dead when I got in and only one theater looked very full...that changed at least a bit. I cut Matthew pretty early and kept Sam till about 8pm. It felt like things were slowing down. Its about 10:30 now and I have been bartending with Gab ever since I cut Sam, so whoops. FOH Staff Observations: Lots of new faces. Sam is back. Fiona did a good job tonight. Hiring/Training:  Sam had their first live shift, and did a great job opening lobby and sailed into service.  I had Matthew give lobby a once-over with Sam before doors, and he got excellent marks across the board. JH  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Special Events: Save the Last Dance Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List:  Made 4x FroCo, 2x Iced...

Tuesday 7/7/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:   Update on the stairwell light, Matthew said he is purchasing a new light fixture.-LB Got a kitchen call from Stewart to Trees on ticket J44 for 3 x extra ranch. There was no upcharge applied with the button that Tevon used. Tevon said we should fix the button, I agree, specifically we close people out at Trees and having to void someone's payment, go to their table and hassle them to charge them 2.00 for extra ranch is a very bad look. This happened this weekend when someone wanted to change to a salad, granted they didn't read that there was an upcharge, but we do close people out and then they change their minds. It is is time consuming and bad for our tip pool I am sure. I know Toast will have better interfacing ops for this. But want to note this, because for how Trees works, it is not as easy as adding the upcharge as often times the card has already been closed out.-LB The drain in the beer catch tray on the lobby beer tower needs to be snaked / g...

Monday 7/6/2026 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: Busy morning with LOTS of deliveries. Rebecca and I opened - not a whole lot going on until later in the day. - IP Did a proper scrub down of the lowboy and prep area back wall. Looking shiny shiny. - IP Ian gets MVP of the day. He was just doing it all. Thanks Ian. We couldn't do it without you. -LB So the projector bulb went off during the end of All the President's Men. The light's went up automatically, Jack walkied us. He asked someone to do an announcement. Wyatt did. It appeared before that happened someone ran out of the theater without their shoes, purse and waterbottle in what we would assume was  PTSD fueled fear.  Shortly after that Michael walkied from the lobby and on my way down I was met with a dozen cops. This person called in an active shooter.  I told them about this individual and that everything was okay but they could do a walk-through. They were in and out. I brought the person's belongings to MOD. We have her seat number. ...

Manager Communication: The light above the first landing up the stairs to Tress Lounge is out again, and this time I cannot get it to come back on. I jerry-rigged a scoop light (I pilfered from a box in the back of Juan's closet on the third floor) affixed to a high-top table at the window that overlooks the stairwell to shine at least a little bit of light on the stairs (until we can get that light back up and running). I put a "DO NOT TOUCH" label on the switch last time it was giving us problems, but someone on the closing team last night flipped both switches back off. If we can get the light back on, let's make sure to tape the switch in the ON position to avoid this snafu again. - IP The main service iPad (attached to the drawer) at Trees has been damaged somehow. Today when Natasha opened the bank, she alerted me that something was messed up with the display. There is a streak of pixels that are flickering and shuddering across the middle third of the iPad, wh...
