Wednesday 4.8.26 Gus/Ian/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Stacked crew. Great open. Seamless Bopping Trees Lounge this evening.  Busy dinner round theaters on the second and third floor, and then our running club pals came through and they were thirsty.  They had pretty much cleared out by the time we were setting the floor for the after party, so the timing worked out quite well.  The after party was easygoing and bar really handled it all without issue. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon was training Danny- solid. Gabrielle was in on open, got things going Tevon and Danny got out of here shortly after 7:00pm, and Jeshua held down a decently busy weeknight first floor solo.  Gabrielle and Charlie took care of a very busy Trees Lounge, which definitely popped off once the runner group came through just before 7:30pm.  I took the bulk of the Th1/Th2 service tickets for a bit, and was able to step aside once the bar had settled a bit.  Gabrielle got out of here shortly after the even...

Tuesday 4/7/26 Gus/Lauren/Ian

Manager Communication:  Cooking with gas.  Evening was busy and everything went super smoothly. Becca absolutely crushed this evening as the closing MOD after Jared left. Answered every call in the theaters and somehow had time to help run glassware and trays while I was helping with the floor for Trivia. Incredible work - made everyone's lives infinitely easier. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Duan is going to be fantastic. Tevon, Greg, Charlie and Darius all showed up with their game faces on tonight. Trivia was crazy busy and nothing ever felt overwhelmed at all. Great work. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Siete is clutch at the pass as per usual. - IP Hiring/Training: Onboarding extravaganza.   Knibbs is a pro, which was immediately obvious. He trailed Darius on the floor for Trivia (which Lauren said he might be keen to take over - which would be dope) and by the third round he was taking orders and running drinks. I didn't have him stay through the close, because I...

Monday 4.6.26 / Ariel, Lauren, & Ian / NPP Bar

Manager Communication: Took one case of Hendricks One case of Singani one case of Boatyard and 3 bottles of Jack Daniel's for NWB. - AB2 We Vitamixed the strawberry Puree and we are cruising now. I adjusted the Tree's cocktails Tubbs and Rumba. They have been printed out and laminated in Tree's. - AB2 I noted some strange irregularities on the martini recipes, might fine-tune tomorrow.-LB  Lauren gave me the US Foods run down for soda ordering when she's gonna be away starting Wednesday. Ariel kindly offered any assistance I may need if I encounter any difficulty. Thanks, dude! It was a decently busy Monday evening, dealing with a little bit of shorthandedness on the server team, the leads (Erika and Isobel especially) really stepped it up and made up for the lack of hands. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Tevon, Greg and Jeshua are total professionals and make a three-man shift a breeze. - IP FOH Staff Observations: Erika, Isobel, Monica and Sabrina all leads doing lead ...

Sunday 4/5/2026 Ian

Manager Communication: Wyatt took care of money, cue sheets, filmbot and opening doors, as I was otherwise occupied replenishing the walk-in before doors. Lauren out with foot issues - I stuck around and made sure everything was backed up in the walk-in (ohmygod I think I had to make every single drink we have on offer today) and did some stop-gap ordering to make sure we're not up the creek middle of the week. - IP Customer Comments: Had a guest who was inquiring about setting up some sort of program for a friend where they would select several movies for them to go to and have the tickets ready for them. I told them that because our schedule doesn't get posted all that far out, it would be difficult to specify what movies - but they could purchase several different gift cards and mock up their own pamphlet to go with it. I gave her our contact info for events - just noting it here in case she reaches out. - IP BAR Staff Observations: Greg and Nat at Trees and Lobby. Solid ...

Saturday 04.04.26 Jenn/Lauren

Manager Communication:  *** I left the dried roses at Trees after the demonstration Thursday, it was reported to me they are not there. We have lots of dried lemon wheels. If anyone knows where the dried rosebuds went?*** Beautiful day outside, so while the big theaters definitely got above 100 tickets for the first two rounds, we did not have any complete sell outs.  Trees was pretty busy, in bursts, throughout the day, particularly right when we first opened and then in between theater flips.  Couple of crowds lingered after ST&B got out, which kept Trees bopping. JH I cleaned out the old wines from the walk-in, moved them to the hodge podge trivia wine shelf. I had Natasha stock all the boxes and unbox the wines on the top shelf so the bar team can have the usual system in place, looks fantastic. I also cleaned out some old product from Singani events so the walk-in is a little less chaotic now.-LB AB we need to recalibrate the thickness of strawberry syrup (it sei...

Friday 4.3.26 Menu Change Day

Manager Communication:  Solid. Down to the wire- Big shoutout to Emma and Jess for helping to stuff menus. I think this was the best menu change we have done in regards to preparedness. And there is room for improvement.  Came in early to batch and let me just say, I have been here for all but maybe two menu changes (wow, that's insane...) and this was one of, if not the smoothest menu change I have been a part of. The long runway allowed so much space to lock everything in, that by today everything was set and ready. Massively grateful to have such an outstanding team that allows me to be able to go home to help out my Mom (she's doing great btw - her new dental work is going to be so awesome for her) without worrying that anything is going to miss a beat. Thanks, guys. - IP Customer Comments:  Lots of kids BAR Staff Observations:  Charlie was having a day. I took him outside and basically was like "you can either engage for the next week or you can leave, your call...
