Menu change accumulation of stuff has commenced. We are in great shape for next week. Excited to get Fresh.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Singani event went smoothly, and now we have a two week break while NWB hosts '90s + '00s.  Got Tevon out of here once Trees folks headed in to Th1, and then Matthew stuck around for the service push and to do a restock for Trees before getting out of here.  Both Gabrielle and Jeshua were great at each bar, and closed without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Just a note that Anthony was really on top of all three theaters on the first floor for the final round.  Lots of positivity and great communication. JH

Special Events? 
Do the Right thing, 

The Singani HH at Trees was relatively mellow, and the screening went well.  We ran through The Color of Pomegranates we had batched, and have a fair amount of the Sal's special left over (it was brought back to the walk in). JH

86ed / counts on items: 
Ian is going to "shut it down" on the Holy Mountain to protect the machine. We will sell the unfrozen product as mystery cocktails. 

Prep List: 
Cane syrup, tarragon grenadine, infinite possibilities, FWWM, lemonade, Color of pomegranates.
Keep an eye on Butterfly pea and raspberry syrup levels.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
