Manager Communication: 
Rocking morning of cleaning and maintenance. 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew and Jeshua are really great self-starters. They don't need to be told to make good use of their time. They just do. -LB

Kept Jeshua around until the runners had arrived at Trees and gotten through the initial crush of service.  He got out of here shortly before Th1 opened for its last round, so I hung out by the service pass while Charlie reset the floor and handled bar guests.  Based on a note from earlier in the week, I definitely offered Charlie some pointed guidance with regards to pre-closing, and he definitely followed through and was in a good position once we did last call.  Matthew, angel that he is, handled Lobby solo without issue, and was out the door shortly after first floor was routed. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Observed a possible drink dying in station issue and corrected it with the server. Happy to highlight the importance of getting back to the pass for drinks at the menu change meeting. -LB

Special Events?
Runners came through, and the weather definitely brought in a lot more than the past few times we have hosted.  First wave began trickling in just before eight, and by half past Trees was absolutely jam-packed.  Lovely, easygoing group, as usual. JH

Negroni keg kicked during service.  Cocktail keg is clean and chilling in the walk in. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arrived. Southern arrived. Union arrived. CW and Skurnik placed. 12% and Manhattan should still come this week-LB

Maintenance: 
Deep cleaned the dish machine.  Descaled and scrubbed all the coffee carafes, baskets and ancillary equipment with mineral cleaner. Everything should be really nice for the brunch on Sunday.-LB
Ian did an amazing deep clean of the liquor room shelves and mats. -LB

Jeshua did a deep clean of the doors at Trees lounge. Without me even asking. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
