Manager Communication:
Ricky from Singani stopped by and we talked through the logistics for the Jaws updated event for next Wednesday.  -LB

Sleepy Day except for Pre-Code which was smooth and easy. Becca and Jared were clutch as always. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Charlie had an uneventful long lobby shift. I'm working on getting Charlie to be a little better about getting a jump on his closes - there are easy and obvious pre-closing shortcuts that I'd be happy to point out - but I think it's more making it known that the close (especially for the lobby) should have some urgency about it. Lydia had a very easy shift today as I cut them around 8 before the pre-code party - Tevon and I handled the post show rush with the DJ.

FOH Staff Observations:
Torey has really stepped up as a server. Nice to see a long time Hawk continue to flourish. - IP

Special Events?
Pre-code parade party and screening. We are likely going to cut Greg, but Ian is going to check in with Tevon and keep an eye on numbers -LB

Ended up cutting Greg's shift, getting Lydia out of here by 8:15 and then Tevon and I worked the party. After the first crush of orders it calmed down considerably. A note about the DJ - I think we should do a sound check with whomever is spinning (if possible) because the sound was all over the place tonight. The 1930's music is grainy and sorta muddled to begin with, so making sure that it's coming out of the correct speakers at the correct volume is more important than other DJ sets. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Going to have a mini bar meeting tomorrow - we will discuss any ordering/scheduling/events coming up, and I'm going to have Jenn give me a thorough walk-through of the Bobby Carroll event on Sunday. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Hello, Sidney - 54
Reinvigorator - 29

Prep List:
I made some Horchata at the end of the night - just a single batch to make one more batch of Holy Mountain if/when we need it. Probably the last batch before menu change? - IP

Over/Short on Banks:
Difference in drawer because of payout a less cash sales was -$67 - but money is accounted for and correct.

Pay Outs:
7903 TALENT - $150

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Empire arrived.
Union coming tomorrow.  EVT Friday most likely.
Baldor placed for Wed nesday and Friday.-LB

Maintenance:
KL5 discovered our grinder blades were very dull so they replaced the grinder. That seemed to be the tie that binds the weaker coffee between the bars. Everything else seemed good. I will be performing routine maintenance on the carafes etc tomorrow as well.-LB
