Manager Communication:
Lauren and I got everything situated for the Singani/Hank's Saloon doubleheader. Conrad came by and took photos of the new specials. -IP

BAR Staff Observations: Matthew Gab and Tevon handled a busy happy hour event with a moderately difficult cocktail with ease as the exceptional professionals they are. Jeshua is ready to rock for the theater portion of the event-LB

Everyone up at Trees handled the Singani event without issue, and I was able to send Tevon downstairs to back up Jeshua as the guests moved to Th3.  I took over the pass for the second round Th1 load-in, while Gabrielle and Matthew wrapped up the Singani event and reset the floor and bar.  Once Jeshua had a chance to reset, Tevon got out of here.  Matthew stuck around until we got through the first round of the Hank's post-screening crowd, which was super helpful. JH

FOH Staff Observations: If you are going to have Jeremy and only one runner, that runner being Erech is top notch. He was everywhere all at once. -LB

Special Events?Singani happy hour, Hank's Saloon. 

Singani event went very smoothly for bar, both at Trees and in-theater.  They did leave behind a poster, and reached out to Lauren, who told them we will keep it in the liquor room until they can come pick it up. Also, I rang the 70 theater drinks as open liquor under Th3 - Cinema under my number.  I added the tip to the last line of the server section on the sheet, and gave Rebecca the signed receipt and my checkout report. JH

Hank's crowd was lovely again, and brought a great crowd to Trees (and Lobby!) both before and after the screening. JH

Starfruit syrup, Starfruit sour batch.-LB

ST&B batches are all set for tomorrow, and should get us through the All Ages screening on Saturday, too. JH

Maintenance: 
The bubbler in the lobby has been inspected by Ian, the screeching seems to be an inner motor issue. I have emailed Edgar if he has a tech or an idea of how to fix it.  Edgar knows how to replace the motor and is going to bring a small motor he has over and replace it sometime in the next week.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
The cardreader at the far end of Trees was being a little cranky around 8:30pm, but restarting the handheld seemed to solve the problem.  However, it is having some difficulty maintaining a charge, due to the charging cord being just a smidge too short.  I will see if I can swap it our for another cable before doors tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
