Manager Communication:  
Keeping a tight eye on what we are batching getting closer to menu change.-LB

Helpful list on the walk-in door - good eye! Ariel got us set for what should probably be the final push of batching before menu change. Horchata needs to be strained tomorrow to make Holy Mountain, and we can make another batch of Desperado when we get Pear puree. Lauren was a scheduling machine. I was back and forth between Lydia's lobby bar and Greg and Charlie's Trees Lounge. Wyatt and Becca were all over the theaters. Super misty, chill evening - unremarkable. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Easy day for both bars. Last round was quite lightly sold last round, so I was able to reroute to Trees at 10p and get Lydia out of here shortly thereafter. Greg got outta here around 8:15, and Charlie closed Trees easy peasy. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Harron did a great job on the ground floor tonight. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Counts on theater cocktails as they dwindle? - IP

AB2 got us prepped up with a good deal of stuff - once we get the pear puree in, we are going to be able to make what is likely to be the last batch of Desperado (Wednesday). - IP

I brought everything over from NWB  US Foods arrived.-LB
12% and Sarene coming tomorrow. Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB
Union Beer placed for Wednesday.-LB
US foods placed for Wednesday. -LB

Maintenance: 
Greg defrosted the Trees freezer. - LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
We should chat about maybe putting counts on the batches of anything we are planning on discontinuing as we approach menu change. Not 100% necessary, as we are at large very good about in the moment communication - perhaps it could streamline things for theater service? So long as we make sure to keep the counts accurate, of course. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
