Manager Communication: I would really love to order some inner ear piece headsets. I can barely hear anything when I am at Trees and that is where I am stationed most of the loudest and busiest days. -LB
Ian I did not get to put things away properly in bar storage, the pool table cover and the mat that covers it. There is a lot of stuff that is going to be picked up tomorrow. There are about 6 Trees stools trapped behind a bunch of stuff. 
The internet was extremely unreliable tonight and I am sure these notes will get erased.-LB
Today was a non-stop service forward evening. Everyone doing the most.  It is very hard to keep up a pace like this. -LB
The party was a lovely success. We should do more theme parties.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Today was slammin.  Not a lazy hand in house. Erika crushing the dishpit. Jared helping us non-stop. Really team work oriented service lately.-LB Isobel and Siete. Lots of hands helping tonight. Erick just the best runner to have help shut down a very busy event. -LB

Maintenance: 
The Trees coffee machine had an error message on its screen when I got in this morning.  I turned it off and on again, and it worked fine the rest of the morning. JH
We still need to move this table back. 
Feels like we are rounding the Dio corner. The lobby  lowboy that leaks is pooling lots of water. Gonna assume the compressor needs to be defrosted. 
The service side lowboy door at Trees came off the track. Before MV got here to help me get it back on the screw that holds the wheel from the metal piece broke. The screw part is in the hole. The other pieces are corroded. We may need a new door. It doesn't close automatically but it does close. This will need to be looked at come Monday.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
