Manager Communication: The coffee folks that repaired the LED are going to come by tomorrow and check out the settings on the machine at Trees Lounge.-LB
Ryan from Sarene will come replace the sankey on the Evil Twin Line because he is just that awesome, tomorrow after we open. -LB

Stock levels look good thanks to Ariel's batching and excellent unboxing and reorganizing of the liquor room. Looks great! Lauren has eyes on Trivia product and Pulp Fiction product for tomorrow. Lots of maintenance people coming to check on things - hopefully we're all ship shape by the time Trivia kicks off. - IP

Customer Comments: 
We've gotta get some more NO VAPING signage at Trees. People don't even realize they're doing it, so I don't know if it'll make a difference, but seatbelts did so... y'know. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Lydia hung in there for a long lobby shift was able to get her outta here right as I brought the gate down. I finished up any odds and ends for the lobby close that Lydia couldn't get to. Patrick and Gab handled a pretty easy night at Trees with the exception of the Cutting Through Rocks screening in theater 2. PSP was super tame - just a couple folks networking on the mezz. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Caleb consistently makes proactive decisions to streamline service. Always helping out with no direction needed. Always appreciated. - IP

Special Events?
Cutting Through Rocks screening - sold out - lots of lobby direction for many first time flyers here at the Hawk, so as it was getting underway I hung out in the lobby to direct traffic. Easy peasy. 
PSP was a snooze - small group, very work focused. Chilled on the mezz. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

Lauren was working on a new cocktail for the fothcoming Trees menu, and asked me to take a stab at it - Whiskey, Florida and Magic Mike were mentioned. Bardstown, China China, Giffard Cacao, OJ, Lemon. Big rock. Orange Twist, chocolate shavings. Deliciousness. I made a COGS sheet in the drive for it and invited everyone for your perusal. - IP

Pay Outs:
Regarding the payout missing the receipts from yesterday: the receipts and payout slip were still in the drawer from last night - I grabbed them and handed them off to Gil when I got in this afternoon. Just noting it here. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods, Empire came.  Baldor coming tomorrow. US foods tomorrow.-LB
Wilson Daniels order in. CW order in. 12% order in. Union order in. Sarene order in. -LB
Still waiting on Winebow for Singani, will reach out if we don't get it in the early part of tomorrow. -LB

Maintenance: I located the flanges. I replaced the lobby lemonade flange, the iced tea flange was not worn down. Ian, if you can check the wear on the machines at Trees when you clean the machines on Wednesday.-LB 
The  screeching was observed later in the lobby, not quite as loud, so Ian will check it out further Wednesday.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
