Manager Communication: Quiet little morning just Rebecca and I. Plants in Trees lounge look really good.-LB
Palco came by and I took them to Th 2 booth to hit the roof.-LB 
Let's only batch half batches of Hello, Sidney if we need it. Unlikely though. -LB 

Darkroom series was a banger. Sold out show with a good rush downstairs and then a full Trees afterwards. Once the first drink rush was over Patrick took over solo and I had a chance to get some organization and tidying done in the liquor room after batching. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Patrick can be a little brusque with the patrons at times, but he makes it work because he's funny and charming enough to get away with it - case in point, he absolutely smashed it tonight with the Darkroom afterparty Salon. After the Darkroom rush in the lobby it was chill for Lydia, and I tried to get them out of here as close to 10:15 as possible (right when they shut the gate for the night). - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Had a great little chat w/ Sabrina tonight concerning our new kitchen last call protocol. Would love to give voice to some of her ideas when we have a chance. - IP

Trees stayed nice and busy until last call because of these fine folks - great crowd! - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Had some time to get a jump on some menu change admin tasks - those will be done and dusted post-haste - also, I think perhaps we could make a new print-out for the box office with our myriad policies - for our bartenders to reference and also maybe a prettier one for guest facing. - IP

Prep List: 
Oscar prep: Smoke is done, there is a spray bottle of absinthe behind the bar at Trees in cocktail station. I batched Suite 55, but it needs lemon juice added, there is masking tape over the top. I batched Auto-Hypnotic Feedback Loop, it also needs lemon juice, masking tape is over the top. Blue curacao will need to be brought down to the bar. -LB

I made a bunch more simple, FWWM, lemonade and 12 qt of Arbol Tequila. I used the last of the 1.75L bottles of Milagro, so if we haven't yet, we can go ahead and order more. - IP.      

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods and Baldor came. -LB

We need to order more 1.75L milagro. - IP

Maintenance: 
I reached out to KL5 coffee since we had more thin brewed coffee yesterday. I wanted to wait to confirm today and get a photo. We will get to the bottom of this. -LB
They are going to schedule another visit for our coffee problems this week.-LB
Edgar and Ian changed out the motor on the lobby bubbler, back in bubbles baby.! 
A bunch of bar departments tools are missing, if anyone borrowed them. 
Edgar also helped me solve the black Manhattan keg issue. I will paint the lids that are for those kegs tomorrow so they won't get confused.-LB

Thanks, Edgar! Now I know how to change the motor if/when necessary - no more high pitched whining in the lobby! Yay! - IP

Mobilebytes Issues: 
When making sure we have the buttons for the drinks for the Oscar specials, can we please put in counts of 25 on them. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
