Manager Communication: Jenn most of the shared theater cocktails are done in the folder I made. I did not do FWWM and O-ren. Need to just proofread and cross check some last details and it should be totally done tomorrow. I checked over garnish guide and theater guide, will proofread and double check again tomorrow.-LB
Ordered more hail Mary garnish picks and two isi whipped cream cans for the new menu.-LB

Nice little Monday. No events but Hail Mary keeps the hits comin'. Lauren banged out a bunch of menu change stuff, Ariel batched a bunch and all was well. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Team was great tonight. Greg and Lydia handled Trees easily - shout out to Lydia for fixing the beer and shot special draught board AND organizing all of the letters in the organizer tray!! Gold Star for the day. Got Lydia out of here by 9, and Tevon shortly after (I had him get the lobby pretty much fully closed and then stayed down there for the last few drinks until the gate could come down and then put the bar to bed). Greg closed Trees easy peasy. - IP

Hiring/Training:
I have a bartender looking for a gig that might be good for the WB part time job. Waiting to hear back if he's interested. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
I tallied up the remaining Desperado and Holy Mt. - I'd say we have about 15 desperado's left (60oz of product, unless some is hiding somewhere that I missed) and probably 5-7 more Holy Mt. before we should empty the frozen chamber because the product level will remain too low. 

Reinvigorator - 4 (batch tomorrow if we're keeping it)

Prep List: Simple syrup, Marg and OF keg-AB2. 

Pay Outs:
5200 - $50 (multiple food items and payouts - this is the total, all same code) - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods, Baldor came. Gus dropped off a keg of Cold brew, a buncha cases of gin and two cases of Jameson.

Maintenance:
The doors on the lowboy closest to the service pass at Trees are failing again - I noted it in the maintenance doc. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Sunday 4/6/25 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
