Manager Communication:
Busy ticket sales today but nothing felt overwhelming. I came in a bit early to fill us up on Lemonade, Froco, and FWWM. Wyatt handled the floor and I jumped between Trees and the lobby.

I put a rack of Irish coffee mugs in the back, I will try to box them, but it may have to wait til tomorrow or Tuesday. I also broke out 25 more pilsner glasses last night.-LB
Vlad was super helpful and helped me burn the ice in the lobby. Found the missing Allen wrenches, they were in a bag with the hoses, if we can be diligent about putting things back.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Nat was on autopilot (in a good way - she's just locked in always) and Greg took care of some decently busy Th. 1/2 rushes. The night crew took over with ease - Natasha batched some stuff.
Jeshua, Patrick and Darius rocked it so hard tonight while I multitasked a lot of stuff. We have big shoes to fill for this bar team. Love the Sundays. Natasha batching to help us get ready for menu change. Tevon topping us off to not leave the openers in a drought. Teamwork all around.-LB

Prep List:
I made 2 FW, 2 Lem, 2 Froco. Nat made Tarragon Grenadine and a Princess Peach keg (that we did not hook up to charge yet).
Tea. Tevon cooked up 3 lemonades and two Froco. 
We need to make infinite possibilities tomorrow.  We are running low on Re-invigorator, I figure let it run out. 


R&D comp checks: Worked on a Mario N/A syrup to add to Sprite.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:Baldor and US foods coming tomorrow.  Placed a small Harney and sons order-LB 
Placed an order for Tuesday for Baldor since we are low on sugar and I didn't notice til after Baldor deadline. I will be in tomorrow for The Drama and may add to it depending on special ideas. -LB

Maintenance:
The ice machine at Trees is doing it's water-cycling thing again and flashing "3". - IP

Mobilebytes Issues: Gil, lots of buttons that can come off, I will make a list for  you or do it with you or Jared this week, obviously lots of buttons will come off. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
