Manager Communication:
I put $5 PBR on the boards in Tree's. It is at a count of 9. I put it on the board so that we can get em out of here. - AB2

I printed & laminated a Batch List/Do Not Batch List and also a Low and 86'd sheet. I texted all the bartenders to let them know how to use it. I also texted all of y'all. Hope this helps with our communication going forward. - AB2

I will be in Philly from tomorrow afternoon through Thursday morning, but am available via phone and email if there's any way I can assist before I'm fully back on Friday. Thanks for making it possible for me to be able to be home to help my Mom - means a lot. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Lydia got out of here right after the gate came down at 10:30. After Tevon batched he cut out around 8:30, and Greg took over and made light work of the close. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
KCBC, Holy Mountain, Desperado, and Mr. & Mrs. Tom Collins all 86'd.
Al's is on a low count, and Reinvigorator is on a low count. - AB2

Prep List:
Had Tevon make more Infinite Possibilities, Twitterpated, and a Color of Pom. Keg that is fully charged and ready. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We don't have a ton of the Bigalet Thym (esp after Ariel brought some to WB) - Twitterpated doesn't use very much of it, so it isn't a big deal until we get into the new menu properly, but just wanted to note it. - IP

Maintenance:
I believe this was mentioned last week, but the lowboy on the Th. 7 side of the lobby is leaking water again - probably just need to get rid of the buildup of ice that periodically happens. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
