Manager Communication:
Chill non-Trivia Tuesday. Bar meeting was great - good to have Gus back! Menu change is feeling really locked in. Should be pretty straightforward to get us over the finish line. - IP

Customer Comments:
A guest earnestly asked me today why our gin selection is so small if our sign claims that Trees Lounge claims to be "The Best Gin Joint in All the World". He at least seemed sheepish when I politely pointed out that it's a Casablanca reference, and we are, after all, a movie theater. You can't make this stuff up, folks. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Lydia was super helpful and sorted all the letters for our upcoming menu change for the draft boards at Trees Lounge.-LB

Gave Charlie some help and some tips for closing Trees without help. He can be a little all over the place, so I helped to streamline things for him - he picked it up quick and I think it'll become muscle memory soon enough. - IP

Charlie and Tevon handled Trees and Lydia was on top of things in the lobby. Got Tevon out of here around 8p. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Sabrina is a champ for handling the first floor solo, what feels like very often. Did a great job tonight. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Still waiting to hear back from my friend Robby re: the WB bartending gig. Snooze ya lose! - IP

Special Events?
Dead Pigs screening had a great crowd at Trees afterwards. Charlie did great with the crowd. He's definitely starting to find the rhythm of juggling multiple action items and not getting too sidetracked. I kept on him about it tonight - he's getting it. - IP

86ed / counts on items:
Need to double check the Reinvigorator count tomorrow and get a count on Hail Mary special (unless we're planning on just doing large scale batching until the crowd sizes calm down).

Prep List: 
Infused Singani with cinnamon for tomorrow. Made Rico Tubbs strawberry simple. There are two quarts frozen in the liquor room freezer. -LB

Walk-in is sparse at the moment, but I will replenish tomorrow before doors open - I'm first in and know what needs to be made. - IP

Lost & Found?:
Evan's wife stopped by to pick up his wallet. All good! - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
