Manager Communication: I ordered some of the seal tight cambro lids that the Ritz carlton had on their cambro so we have a wider use of non spill containers for our massive cambro stockpile to use for restocks and to keep the walk in spill free. -LB
Well we are fully packed out from the Jaws event. I pinged Ricky, Sarah, and Jopus from the Ritz to grab their stuff.  There is a Midori box, a Milagro box, a big styrofoam cooler, a black milk crate. and three tote bags (Sarah's).  They are tucked behind the liquor room door on the shelf but also on the floor right there since there is no room and the boxes are all very heavy. -LB

Ricky (from Singani) did not come in today and all these boxes are still in the Liquor room. I'll keep my eyes peeled for him tomorrow. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Gabrielle and Charlie's shifts were swapped for tomorrow. They both are well aware. Gabrielle will close Lobby and Charlie will Open Tree's. - AB2

Prep List: I made a 4x batch of Butterfly pea syrup and a 4x batch of raspberry syrup for the Project Hail Mary.-LB
Will need to make at least a double batch of the new special and a Negroni keg. - LB

Project Hail Mary Special (Lauren has already made all of the syrups and the acid solution so it will be straight forward. I would at least double batch it. I think it'll be one that fly's.)

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor arrived. Baldor coming tomorrow. Probably Southern. - LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
The card reader on the far side of Tree's was very low on battery (8%). I double checked the charger and everything was plugged in correctly. I plugged the cube into the direct outlet just in case (it was connected to an extension that I believe was from Singani). Please take a look at the battery life of that card reader when coming in since the other POS relies on that reader in order to work. - AB2
Seems to be charging well at the moment but please still take a look. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
