Manager Communication:
Busy Friday night at Trees. Tevon, Matthew and Charlie did a great job. Hoppers sales jumped up and the smaller theaters were busy all night. Trees stayed busy until last call - 4/6 was slammed at the pass all night. Servers did a great job. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Team was on point tonight. Got Tevon out of here around 8:15 and Matthew, Charlie and I handled a very busy dinner round into the evening. Cut charlie around 10:00, and Matt and Greg closed each bar with no issue. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Justine and Bruce were awesome in Th. 4 tonight. Good team work and good hustle. - IP

Special Events?
Super prepared for the St. Patrick's Day brunch - Jenn gave me a bunch of tips and tricks. Gonna be a breeze! Also almost totally ready for the Oscars - just might need to add some citrus juice to some of the batches on Sunday before the festivities get underway. - IP

Prep List: 
Tevon knocked out a couple of back up kegs (a few are very close to being empty), and then also made some simple syrup in case we need to throw together some FWWM or Lemonade over the weekend. JH

Marg keg and OF keg kicked tonight - there is a backup marg in a cambro waiting. Otherwise, Walk-in is stocked to the gills. Ready for the weekend. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Received a package for the Singani Jaws event this Wednesday (looks like a replica of a shark's jaws) and brought it into the liquor room. JH

Also received the jaws bucket hats, shark sunglasses, no swimming by order of amity PD sign, a rubber shark head, and some other stuff - I put all of the smaller items in the big box with the replica shark's jaws and it's labeled (also, I call dibs on one of the bucket hats if they will be up for grabs at any point!!!)- IP

The three empty wine kegs were picked up.  They will be emailing us the credit to input into Bevager. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
