Manager Communication: 
Had a small group of kids and parents outside this morning when we opened doors, and they all booked it straight to Hoppers, which dominated Th1 for the first four rounds.  Busy theaters were fairly spread out throughout the building and day, so service was fairly smooth. JH



BAR Staff Observations: 
Both Matthew and Natasha held down each bar solo through the first round, and were able to restock and reset once Patrick got in at 2:00pm.  Patrick floated between each bar as needed, until closers began to get in. JH
Had NK do a little prep before she clocked out. Cut Matthew once Charlie grabbed the restock for Trees Lounge. Patrick got out of here a little after 9.  Trees was bumping all night. -LB
Hardcore closing cleaning with Lydia and Charlie and they cultivated a nice chill crowd of regulars at the bar. -LB



Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Guinness ($8.00) + Irish Coffee ($16.00) buttons are live on MB.  They are on the Specials Bar screen, and are green to suit the occasion. JH

86ed / counts on items: Midnight Cowboy and Naturelle are done for Trees. -LB 

Prep List: double Menta cream, 2 lemonades, 1 FWWM, reinvigorator. -LB
Horchata (needs to be strained) Arbol tequila. 3 Irish coffee blends. -LB
They will probably  need more Holy mountain once the horchata  is strained, Trees borrowed from Lobby bar. -LB

Maintenance: The Sauv Blanc fob fell twice today and Trees walkied for a keg change but there was still wine sloshing around in the keg. When I went in the second time it sounded like there chamber with the fob made a sound, so perhaps Draft Choice should check out that apparatus. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
