Manager Communication:

Wyatt and I opened. Was able to replenish the walk-in and get some menu-change tasks done before the first round popped off. - IP

I went into bar storage to try and reorganize. I put the pad for pool table back up. I folded the cover and put it on top of the boxes for table clothes. I will email Chenelle about a little reorg maybe Tuesday. -LB

Tevon batched the black manhattan keg in the wrong type of keg. Ariel can we pour it into the correct keg tomorrow together.  Otherwise we can't tap that one. -LB

Customer Comments: A bottle of the Carignan had jagged glass on the top after Jeshua served it so we swapped the guests glass out. She had a sip but I was just being cautious and the glass would have sank. I rang the dumped bottle into Spillage. -LB 

 
BAR Staff Observations:
Today's brunch and day time service was rather tame compared to yesterday, sounds like. I made sure that Greg and Nat were both extra prepared with glassware, and they crushed the first round (each with at least one sold out theater). - IP

I didn't get to note it but I spoke to Jeshua last night. He knows he has high speaking volume. He will be mindful in the future. He thinks that the woman was upset he said something about the menu. -LB

We are low on Holy Mountain so I am having Darius kill the lobby set up and send it upstairs. He is going to clean the machine.-LB

Charlie was much more present today and definitely showing up with an attitude that he is learning from his mistakes of the past few days.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
We weren't as packed in the morning, and the flips weren't as crazy, but even so the servers didn't quite keep on top of circulating their bussed glasses as soon as possible, and we ended up with a nine-high tower after only one busy round in one theater. It didn't hinder anything, but when it's max-capacity busy that becomes a major headache. - IP

Special Events?
Labyrinth was sold out and had a good crowd and good drink rush. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

I know we just had like all of the events, but there were like six different cases of all sorts of various things (coconut milk, tito's, campari, angostura, et. al.) that had one or two items left in the big cardboard boxes. If we could all just be a little more on top of downsizing and unpacking when you see a nearly empty box or cambro that would be doooope. Thank you! - IP

The scheduling of Porters for FOH to check Trees Lounge before they depart especially when we have a big event. I know Markenson was here, but I never actually saw him. 

86ed / counts on items:
Beginning to get mighty low on Holy Mountain - already transferred some from lobby to Trees. Likely won't last through the week. Adios! - IP

Prep List:
Made 2 frocos, 2 lemonades, and an iced tea. Will likely need to make FWWM and more of the Hail Mary special tomorrow. - IP

Lost & Found?: Evan lost his wallet at Trees, I text him to let him know. It is in the safe in the office.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods tomorrow. Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance: Had Darius dust the bottom of lobby gate cause it was caked in dust.-LB

Filmbot Issues: I think the DOH button is getting too cozy in the middle of Bar speed.-LB
