3/18/25 Wednesday Ian/Lauren/Jenn

Manager Communication:
Jaws was the biggest pop we had all night, but Trees hosted a decent crowd throughout the third round screenings. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Wednesday Singani team keeps on winning.  Since we had the visiting bartenders were taking care of the Nubeluz drink, we actually did not need to hold onto Tevon throughout the happy hour and he was able to get out of here a little early.  Gabrielle and Matthew worked through the Th1 rush, with me on garnish.  Once the bar was reset and restocked, Jaws was almost letting out, so Matthew stuck around an extra ten minutes to help Gabrielle with that first wave of post-screening guests.  Jeshua held down lobby without any issues, and both he and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations:
Just wanted to shout out Kyah for always being so on top of communicating theater or guest needs to the bar, and always paying attention during preshifts. JH

Special Events:
JAWSSSSSS Happy hour.  Oh my dear this is like setting up for a wedding. But for a shark wedding.-LB

Another lovely evening with the Singani folks at NPP.  The two bartenders from Nubeluz could not have been nicer or more communicative throughout the happy hour at Trees.  While our team would definitely prefer to not have others behind the bar, they agreed that they had as easy a time as they could have sharing the bar this evening.

That Th1 load-in definitely was a lot more heavy than Th3's would have been, and the Singani specials were absolutely flying.  The specialty cocktail had a very involved garnish, so I stationed myself as expo and told Gabrielle and Matthew that I would take care of all garnishing.  Th1 servers were really attentive during preshift and that initial service push, while busy, was really well handled and never once felt hectic.

Closed out the happy hour check (@ Trees Lounge Private) + the theater check (@ Theater 1-Cinema) under my number and ran the checkout report.  I input the happy hour tips on the bottom line of the bar pool, and then input the theater tips on the bottom line of the server pool.  For the theater, we charged based on how many tickets had been sold (162). JH

Lauren already emailed about this, but the Singani people did leave some (packed up) items behind the step-and-repeat at Trees.  The fish glasses have been washed and are packed into grey racks in the liquor room, along with some of Nubeluz's items (and a styrofoam cooler with some dry ice).  They are all bundled together near the red wines. JH

Prep List:
Ian made Color of Pomegranates and the lactic acid water for the Project Hail Mary special. -LB

Ariel if you can make the butterfly pea stuff tomorrow I can make the raspberry syrup and batch it tomorrow night. -LB

Negroni keg kicked during the third round.  Keg is cleaned and waiting in the walk-in. JH

Lost & Found?:
A Macbook Pro w/ a Princeton University barcode sticker was left behind on a table in Trees.  I labeled the laptop and left it in safe.  A black Red Kap jacket was left behind at Trees, with nothing in its pockets. I left the jacket inside the L&F slim jim in the lobby. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Us foods. Union beer. -LB

Baldor and To Rise coming tomorrow. -LB
