Friday 3.27.26 Jenn/Gus/ Ian
Manager Communication: Chill open. Jenn stayed around because I had a meeting. Smooth sailing through and through -GS
Was a busy little Friday and the team was firing on all cylinders. Wyatt and James were on top of the theater calls, and we all pitched in a little to help with the sold-out flips in the big theaters. No security tonight so I stuck around to do the walk-through etc. so James could focus on the close. - IP
Customer Comments: Lots of babies in Trees. My friend Ben showed up with his kid Remi. Fun times all around. -GS
BAR Staff Observations: Charlie opened. Did a much better job than last week. -GS

Seconded for Charlie - bar was well set by the time I got in. He and Matthew rocked some very busy service rushes for Hail Mary. Tevon stuck around and bopped between Trees and Lobby and I got him outta here before 8:30. Charlie ended up staying through the end of the 9:30 Hail Mary rush and left at 10p. Matthew is a machine behind the bar. So so strong. Gab had a couple sold out shows downstairs and handled a lot of traffic jams in the lobby with no assistance. Total pro. Great work all around for a decently busy Friday. - IP
FOH Staff Observations:
FOH Staff Observations:
Jovani, Kyah, Alayna and Kat made a great team in theater 1 tonight. Handled a good deal of frustrating guests, and stayed positive and handled their business - particularly in the last round with a guest who we had to stop serving, who insisted on using the staff only exit. He was escorted down the stairs once and then was apparently complaining that he wasn't allowed to use that exit. James and I posted up to make sure there was no further issue. There was no further issue - but I can confirm this dude was THE WORST. - IP

The parents kept the bar busy until a little after the sun went down, and then the theater crowds took over. - IP
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
There was no security tonight on a Friday and that was not communicated at all - obviously a situation we can all handle, but that's the sort of thing that should be prioritized as it changes the end of night procedure a little bit. - IP

Last keg of Evil Twin, then we move onto Logical Conclusion.
I 86'd the Bamboo Lounge and Greed is Good. We still have enough Orgeat for a few more Snap Out Of It's and we're on an 8 count of Dancin' at the Disco.

Tevon prepped a ton of stuff. -GS
Walk-in is ready for the weekend. We may need to throw together an OF keg and a Marg keg before the weekend is out. - IP
Over/Short on Banks:
Over/Short on Banks:
The money was spot on, but Matthew let me know Charlie accidentally entered the starting amount as $200 rather than $300, so the numbers are, on paper, $100 over - but Matthew caught it. If the bank WAS $200, there was no notice or info regarding that change (so I think it's safe to assume it was just a slip of the finger when opening the drawer.) - IP
