Manager Communication: Sarene reps are dolls and came to replace our Sankey. I bought them some food to say thank you since it isn't even their line. I did learn how to replace the Sankey though.-LB
The coffee machine at Trees has been reprogrammed and is working well now.-LB

Very busy very smooth night. Trivia was slammed and Pulp Fiction kept the pass very busy. Becca was incredible assisting with Trivia, and Dion was everywhere tonight taking care of anything and everything the theaters needed. 
I Emptied the bubbler in the lobby early and turned it off to give it a break before I open it up and see what I can tinker around with tomorrow to fix the screeching noise. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Trivia team amazing as always. Charlie is getting even better and more comfortable on the floor. I checked in with him, and he would be happy to continue as the floor server, but if there is a world where perhaps we could occasionally split the load he would be appreciative. I told him I would speak with the other members of the Trivia team and work something out. - IP

Special Events?
Trivia / Pulp Fiction Double Whammy. Extremely busy, but the team stepped up. Held onto Lydia through the PF rush, then tried to get Tevon out of here right as Trivia was wrapping up. 
Charlie, Patrick and Tevon were phenomenal. They all made sure to spell each other and were gelling as a unit really nicely. Trivia could always be a nightmare, but these guys always make it a breeze. - IP

Going to do a big prep day tomorrow after I clean the machines to get us ready for the upcoming events and hopefully a head start for the weekend too. - IP

Southern and Skurnik orders in, likely coming tomorrow. Winebow, which has our Singani order, has been delayed but is coming tomorrow and I emphasized how we need it on the earlier side. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
