Manager Communication:

Wyatt and I got everything opened up while Nat and Greg set up the bars. Ticket sales aside from Pulp Fiction are medium, and we've got Tevon coming in at 11:30. This should give me ample opportunity to shore up the walk-in. 

Coffee maker at Trees is still pouring diluted from both chambers. Lobby machine is working fine, so we were circulating through the lobby like old times. Will discuss with Lauren when she gets in. - IP

I broke out the penultimate case of 16 oz plastic cups. Will keep an eye if we need to order more, but not quite yet. -LB

Customer Comments: A woman with celiac informed Charlie about the Twizzlers being incorrectly listed on the GF menu, I know we recently talked about this. Dion was investigating to make sure we reprinted and distributed those menus. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:

Regardless of sales, events, or any other unforeseen circumstances - I would trust Nat, Greg and Tevon to handle anything this place can throw at them. - IP

Sneaky little busy Sunday night. First floor was popping off for a while. Trees was busy for a while. Good movement all around from the team.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: 
Really positive vibes for a challenging opening weekend to Scream 7, but everyone supports each other so seamlessly.  Hustle and heart on all fronts. -LB

Pulp Fiction was sold out and had a decent rush that was a piece of cake for Nat and Tevon. - IP

We are out of cases of Rose and Tombacco in the walk-in. We're on our last case of Chilled Red. This may have been addressed in a prior blog, but just noting here in case it isn't on the radar. - IP

I will take a look at whatever we need tomorrow as Gus hooked me up with that intel ahead of his departure. Gonna have some Rose brought over from NWB.-LB

Maintenance:
Coffee machine in trees still pouring quite diluted coffee. Not sure what the issue is - the water must not be heating to the proper temp for the drip function? Will try to take a deeper look. - IP

This is what I assume as well.  There is a listing on the LED that says Heating, filling, ready. So I wonder if this is something we can note during brewing cycles at Trees. I will brew some tomorrow and keep and eye. -LB

The soda gun under the taps closest to the service pass is sticking in multiple ways. It is leeching syrup and soda continues to pour after releasing a button. I am putting in a service ticket tonight so hopefully I will catch them in the next few days. request # 36417429-LB 

The EVT sankey fell apart in my hand when I was changing the keg. I tried to screw it back together, Jeshua came to help me put it back together. The threading must be stripped inside. I also tried the part from another sankey. I am reaching out to 12% and Draft choice to fix it tomorrow. Currently I 86ed KCBC and am running the EVT through that line since it sells better than the KCBC.-LB
