Manager Communication: 
Pretty easy day. James & I opened the building. Ian ran point on pre-prep for Tevon's batch shift.-GS

Gus handled the floor and allowed me to get a ton of batching and prep done. Should make Tevon's batch shift super easy (depending on how much product we go through tonight). Lots of orders. We got all of the film feast glassware stored back away and the liquor room is looking nice. - IP

Another very busy evening at Trees Lounge.  Lots of groups, had some of our PPWSL friends come through, and a lot of people were chilling after the Live Sound screening.  Busy busy busy up until around 11:00pm.  Obsession looks to be very popular going in to the weekend. JH

Danny is really getting the hang of things. Awesome guy. -GS

Matthew and Danny opened up. Lots of managerial coverage and both are total pros. Day was smooth and easy. - IP 

Gabrielle got Jeshua through the bulk of the dinner rush downstairs, and she was able to get out of here after slicing up some lemons for Trees.  Danny continues to be fantastic behind the bar, never gets overwhelmed and easily switches between guests and the service pass.  He and Matthew crushed a couple of very sold theater service pushes, and he got out of here around 10:00pm.  Matthew handled Trees solo for the rest of the evening and closed without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Justine is very nice to talk to. 

Special Events: 
Live band cinema

86ed / counts on items: 
Waiting on some deliveries to fill the walk-in back up, but nothing is 86'd and both bars are stocked and ready for service. JH

Prep List: 
Ian smashed the batching. Got us in good shape for tomorrow.

More than halfway to pars on everything for tomorrow. - IP

Started a small list on the bar prep whiteboard, but will double check against pars tomorrow morning before Tevon's prep shift. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
