Manager Communication:
Machine maintenance complete. Lobby bubbler still only housing one operational motor - will confer with Edgar when he returns. Did a clean and organize of the batching space in the liquor room. Gus "Bill Nye" Steiner went to town on some grapefruit soda R&D - we're sous-viding, babyyyyyy!!! - IP

I came up with some new jargin to throw around it's "Collaborate, consult: Get results." And that's exactly what happened on the Backrooms special. Gus was stuck and I threw some random shit at him and he broke through and came up with something delicious that fits really well.-LB

This guy dropped off this Bacon flyer for a local event. I put some out last year and he was so thankful. He wrote his name down to offer a handful of VIP bracelets for our staff. It is in the office. -LB

Customer Comments:
More details in the FOH blog about the guest who became physically aggressive with the woman with him, but just wanted to add the note that I was the one who spoke to NYPD when they arrived.  Pretty much said everything that Gil already wrote about, and told them that we would certainly alert them if he returned.  Carly gave me the name from the card that was used to close them out (Josiah Gibson), and I provided that as well.  JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Openers and Lauren got things all ready for today's service. Excellent work all around. - IP

Dinner round was busy and Obsession brings a crowd throughout the evening, but neither bar ever got overwhelmed. Danny + Matthew both got out of here once each bar had gotten a restock and reset after the second round service push, and both Gabrielle + Jeshua closed each bar without issue.  Due to the 10:15pm Obsession in Th5 being sold out and all first floor screenings having late drop times, we closed the lobby bar gate at 10:30pm, but did not route until 11:00pm. JH

Prep List:

Made more Arbol and simple for future batching, made 3x lemonade, OF keg, a 1.5x springtime spritz (it fits perfectly in a 4qt cambro) and a batch of iced tea and a backup concentrate ready to be watered down when needed. Everything else is well stocked - with the exception of Fro Co, that might need to be patched before the Friday Batch shift. - IP

I made a half keg of the color of pomegranates since it was super light, lol and then light 8 minutes later it kicked. So it will be 86ed for a few hours while that keg charges. I opted to do this rather than store and pour since their wells are super stocked at the moment.-LB

Color of Pom is un-86'd (updated on MB), and the previous keg is washed and chilling in the walk in. JH

US foods, Union and Baldor came. -LB 

US foods coming Friday. I got two Sprite due to the Grogu special. There are also 6 cases of waters that can go into bar storage for the event on Monday. Or if there is space for the dunnage racks Gus brought from NWB. 

Baldor coming tomorrow with red olives and Citric acid. Baldor coming Saturday, Jenn I emailed you order.-LB 

Amazon arrived (charging cords, power adapters, + clock).  I left them on the lowboy in the liquor room. JH

Maintenance: 

Coffee equipment deep cleaned and trees dish machine deep cleaned.-LB 

Gus was a champion and fixed the Trees door and I am so freaking grateful.-LB

As Jeshua was heading out, he walkied me to let me know that the coffee machine in lobby was displaying the 'slow refill' error code.  Considering the timing, it may have been due to both kitchen and Trees powering through their last few items in the washers.  I reset the machine and it refilled and got back up to temp within a few minutes of being turned back on. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: 

The card reader at the Trees cash drawer initiated an update while I was in the middle of closing a check, so I initially got an error code.  Once the update was complete, the charge went through without issue. JH

Gil took the card reader from the far end of Trees and tried charging it with a different cord in the office, as it was not holding a charge at Trees.  We checked it at the end of the night and it was still not charging, so it may be an issue with the reader itself.  The reader is in the office by the computer. JH

Filmbot Issues:

We had some weird double print at Trees and Lobby but Gil was all over it.-LB
