Manager Communication: 
I made a double batch size O-ren recipe and put it in the bar binder alongside the single one-LB

Great Tuesday all around. Had a good bar meeting, went right into a nice and bustling evening service - punctuated by the massive success of the Rock Doc screening. Having Greg in at 8:30 was absolutely perfect. He, Tevon and Darius all work really well together. - IP

Customer Comments:
Old Rock'n'Rollers are the best guests. Punctual, respectful, pay in cash, drink beers and shots and tip generously. Any time we want to have rock and roll after parties bring 'em on! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Staffing was brilliant today. Lydia handles the lobby great. Tevon is one of if not the best at getting the bar set up for success to start the day. Darius comes in and makes sure of the same for his half of the shift. Greg jumped right in and quelled what could have been a very hectic first push. Absolute dream squad. Great work all around. - IP

Special Events? 
Nice crowd for the screening in theater 1. John set up the step and repeat for them. 

No shock, the Rock Doc kept the place chock-a-block til about eleven o'clock (okay I'm done, sorry) The crowd populated trees throughout the screening and then the majority of the theater packed the place from 9-11. Great event, and was really clutch to not be fighting for space with Trivia. We did have several disgruntled guests who were very bummed about the schedule change. I hope they'll join us next week! - IP

Maintenance:  
I cleaned the dust out of the filters of both lobby and Trees ice machine after Trees was coding again. That got it going right again. So I think that is the quickest fix. They were both dusty. I also cleaned off the fan facing the ice machine and the Frozens in the lobby.-LB

Ice Machine had error code 3 again at end of night - I turned it off and let it sit for a bit and turned back on. I'm first in tomorrow so I'll check it out when I get in. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
