Manager Communication:
Torrents of rain all day. Already busy holiday weekend plus rainy weather walk-ins made for a very busy day! Team was firing on all cylinders, running like a well oiled machine. - IP

Wyatt, James and Becca are absolutely fantastic on the floor. Slammed all day and we never missed a beat. - IP

Yesterday we got multiple parties at Trees asking for share plates. This is a difficult thing for us to get sent from the kitchen. I brought up some bamboo plates that are stacked vertically next to the tea cups above the service pass.-LB

The late night showtime of Boosters made for a challenging evening with the three-day weekend. We definitely could have used a 7th hand tonight since Trees was as busy as a Saturday. 

Greg was salty again about not getting a break which he communicated to me while I was behind the bar getting us through the sold out 10:15pm screening. He didn't ask for one before, but when we spoke about it later, it isn't as if we had the time to communicate the needs.  The lulls were very short and I couldn't really route the lobby to use Darius since we had to keep the gate up until 10:40pm.  So around 10:30, Becca covered the lobby for ten minutes, after I sent Greg home at 8 hours, Carly routed theater 7 to Trees lounge. We got through the push of the Theater 4 seating and the end of the theater 2 rush.  There was also a good amount of people at Trees lounge.   Darius and I will help Danny close Trees since no pre-closing has been done since we have been slammed.  Unbeknownst to me Greg gave Darius a break, which I only learned about after 10pm. Patrick had a quick cigarette before the sold out 7:30pm round. As we were short compared to the business, I was keeping it tight for all. I was in the back batching one Firewalk and 3 lemonades super quickly since we were totally out of product.  I think that we need to just assign Greg break times at the top of the day or this annoying attitude will not stop. I understand his frustration as it was non-stop today, but I was doing the most that I could and I was behind the bar a number of times without the walkie fully bartending for stretches to help us get through the night.-LB

Nat and Jeshua absolute dream openers. Patrick in at 12 and got us through the next rush. Greg in and got the bar fully restocked for the pre-dinner round shuffle. This team continues to impress. - IP

Patrick pulled a long one to get us through the busy dinner round and the Trees lounge business.  Lots of restocks which decimated our walk-in. Greg, Patrick and Danny work well together.-LB

It was really busy most of the night.  Darius was super clutch today, very professional and helpful to all.-LB

Prep List: there is a large list for Tevon on the white board. I spotted us a few staples as we were totally out of FWWM and Lemonade so they can restock tomorrow morning. I made Simple so Tevon could batch. Ian thankfully made Arbol tequila. This weekend was fully slammed in all directions.  -LB

Water filters arrived from Webstaurant, I assume they are ours, I don't know but they are in the liquor room-LB

Maintenance: Trees lowboy doors on the far side are off the track, it was reported that a bunch of bartenders and Ian tried to get them back on track. The bartenders think that the large format storage containers going in and out are not helping the cause of the doors, but this is their speculation, I cannot speak to this. However, I can speak to how much product we are going through and the pragmatism of them stocking this way.-LB
