Manager Communication: 

Another Saturday morning with a couple of groups and couples coming through just to grab some brunch at Trees Lounge.  Business levels were still fine with just the opening bartender, even with the busy first round seatings, and runners were great about prioritizing Trees tickets. JH 

We opened up fairly busy, but the second and third rounds were pretty non-stop.  Lots of sold out theaters, with close start times, which hit both bars.  Service went well though, no real delay in drink tickets, as servers and managers were pretty on top of running trays as quickly as we could fill them up. JH

Very, very busy Saturday all around the building.  Hustling seen in every area of the building all night. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: 

Greg + Natasha were prepped and ready for doors, and the first round went off really well.  By the time Gabrielle got in, the second round was just about to kick off and Trees was pretty non-stop for ninety or so minutes.  Greg took on a lot of very busy screenings in lobby solo, so Jeshua's 3:30pm in-time was well appreciated.  Gabrielle was able to get a restock in for Trees around 4:15pm, managing to squeak back behind the bar just as the service pass began to fill up again. JH
Greg noted never getting a break today so I covered him as soon as family meal came out. Which I don't love to do since I can't steer the ship but thankfully Jenn was around to help expo for the theater that was open.  Everyone was all hands and super helpful.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: 

Anthony was an absolute rockstar at the Trees service pass today, through both the first and second rounds.  He was very supportive about running trays for other theaters, and brought me several questions from guests in the theater that we were able to find a beverage solution for.  Really great work, and very high energy and positive vibes. JH

*He was  also running food to Trees during the dinner rush.-LB

Another shout out to runners for being so on top of making sure Trees tickets were run to guests quickly, even while both Th1/Th2 were in the height of back-to-back sold out seatings in the second round.  We had a couple of groups come through right around then, and they were all very happy with their food and drinks. JH

Siete was honorary bar back today for Trees. Unpacking glassware and running dishes for hours. So helpful. Like seriously an MVP.-LB

We got more of the tall round 8 quart containers, I did not unbox or wash them due to the nightly Tupperware party cycling through the liquor room.-LB

Maintenance: It has been reported to me that the CC reader by the Trees bathroom is not working tonight. I used it earlier for a pre-auth. Patrick said it was not cooperating. This is not my area of expertise but I do think it has been cause some amount of issue recently if someone with know-how could take a look.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: The POS would not close tabs at Trees we had to ask patrons for their cards back to close their tabs. -LB

Filmbot Issues: 

Filmbot was having some issues this morning, but it was apparently due to some issues with the gift cards and they fixed it up by 1:00pm. JH
