Manager Communication: 
It is quite difficult to hear any walkie comms when the DJ at Trees was going on for the pre-code party, unsure if it was the age of the records or the speakers. Just in case it seems like we veg out on the walkie it is generally because we are in a dome of noise whether it be music, equipment noise or people. -LB

Night went very smooth. Theaters were not super busy and Trivia was as quiet as I've seen it in months. The new batching protocols are making it so wonderfully easy to be on the floor and not worry about having enough stuff on hand. I felt like I was really able to be more hands on tonight to help Knibbs with his first solo trivia on the floor. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Duan had his first solo trivia floor shift and it was fortunately only medium busy - which was great because it gave him a chance to really lock in the system without being overwhelmed by the insanity of a packed house trivia. He continues to do a really great job. Darius and Tevon are unstoppable behind the bar. Because trivia was more lightly attended than usual, I was able to get Lydia out of here around 6 and then Tevon later in the evening around 9:30. Greg closed the lobby without issue. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Alejandra is Aces. Already just set-it-and-forget-it - thrilled to have her on the team. - IP

Special Events?
pre-code parade/pre-party and Trivia

Pre-code pre-party leading into Trivia was a great success! Lots of folks hung out (and the DJ yet again killed it with some fun tunes) - led right into Trivia, which was markedly less busy than usual, but I think that it's just because of the off-week scheduling. Next week should be busier. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
