Manager Communication:
Wyatt had cue sheets all set and dispersed when I arrived. I set up b'fast buffet and got bartenders their money and made sure glassware was being accounted for. Greg and Danny both absolutely smashed their openings. Every time I went to check on something it had already been done or was being completed. Great stuff. - IP
Gus, kitchen needed some Bardstown, so I transferred them 2 bottles to hold them over.-LB
There was an unknown leaking at the Trees coffee machine. One of the airpots had a leak, I tossed it. There was also another broken airpot  top. These things are kind of garbage, if they fall once they break. I may investigate a more long lasting replacement variety. -LB
I would like to post a sign on both levels of Trees Lounge about outside cake. People try to sneak in cake or cupcakes a lot and perhaps a sign featuring Molly Ringwald from Sixteen Candles would help. -LB

Danny continues to be awesome wherever we need him. Greg held down Trees lounge easily. I jumped in to help with some of the Blue Velvet ticket rush, but otherwise it was all him until Patrick got in. - IP

Hiring/Training: Printed out Duan Trees closing list as well as emailed it to him since tonight was his first solo close-LB

Lobby lowboy under coffee machine leaking quite a bit. When we have Dio in for the Summer refresh we should have them blow out the compressor so it defrosts. I will ask Darius to really focus on drying it out tonight.-LB
Vlad brought the mouthpiece cover to the office from the dysfunctional water fountains in the hallway downstairs.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
