Manager Communication: 

Bar team requested 6 oz cans of pineapple juice and I ordered a case to keep in the liquor room.  This will help with crowding of lowboy and old dated pineapple juice. Jenn if you can note this in the bar email. And for us we can just keep overflow of pineapple juice in quart containers in the walk-in or the liquor room lowboy for use in the fifty year storm.-LB

I am trying to tighten up the dry-goods shelves and make room for our Cambros etc. WIP but I think it is gonna be good. We just probably need to be more diligent, tall people included, with using the step ladder to maximize the vertical space. I finished Marie Cambroing the liquor room for our ever growing stock needs. I think things are looking good.-LB

Liquor room looks awesome. We are so cambro'd up - it is sparking much joy. Evening was very smooth. Drag Show MIB was a hit, and the Bodega Cats Softball team came through and had a big dinner at Trees - aside from that, chill Monday. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 

Sent Duan the lobby closing checklist today and reiterated some fine points since it was his first solo close. Just trying to reinforce what is a lot of information to retain.-LB 

Tevon and Greg work great together and Patrick is a joy for the coast-to-coast lobby shift. Very attentive and thorough. Got Greg out of here just shy of 10p, and then it was smooth sailing to close. This team rules. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Siete is pure hustle. Always being super helpful. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Brittany had her first live shift on the floor tonight and she crushed it! Way to go! - IP

Special Events?
Drag MIB - very well sold, good rush before - no one really stuck around afterwards, but was still a big success. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
I have observed the team being less than gentle with all things that are pulled upon (lowboy doors, ice machine doors, doors in general, frozen machine handles, tap handles, the dish machine handle, so, also handles at large) I know service gets very fast paced, but maybe we could put a general note in the next bar email to try to be a little more mindful about our equipment. They break sure, but they'll hopefully break less frequently if we're a little easier on the stuff. - IP

Prep List: 

Tevon is catching us up on the weekend with : Twitterpated, springtime spritz. margarita keg, 6 lemonades, 3 fwwm,  magic Mike, some kind of heaven, simple syrup. -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Baldor arrived. Union arrived. A box of glass and some Collins glasses arrived, we got 44/48 and I got them to ship us another box. I put these in circulation since I had to clean them off. Let's store the next box. -LB

Maintenance: 

I don't know when the Trees ice machine scoop holder broke, but I added it to the maintenance doc. I will look for a replacement today in our supplies: update, we could not find another, but Ian looked at how he mounted the dish machine liquids and he could use a similar technique to secure this, I will note it in the doc and touch base if I see him tomorrow.-LB

Filmbot Issues: 

Gil helped me solve one, so the bank isn't under. All good.-LB
