Manager Communication: I think we are doing such substantial business on the margarita line that we *could* consider buying another draft keg to have ready to tap.  I do not think we would be in peril of the margarita not being fresh and delish.-LB
Jared took two stanchions down to the sub basement from Trees lounge.-LB

Trivia dominated the evening. Between Natasha's floor service, the excellent bar team, an A+ server squad, and Becca's ability to be everywhere at once - my job was super easy tonight. Theater service was very smooth and Trivia went off without a hitch. Great Tuesday. - IP 

BAR Staff Observations:
Great trivia team, helmed primarily by Natasha. She is automatic. It was a busy trivia and it felt like nothing. Jeshua also continues to be such an MVP. Duan is a fantastic bartender. He has proven himself to be good on the floor, but Natasha still reigns supreme - and Duan seems more comfy behind the bar anyway (just noting that if we can have Nat on the floor, we should try to make that happen). Danny had a pretty chill evening in the lobby. Close was very tidy. Keeps doing a wonderful job. - IP

Special Events?
Trivia. Trying to offload Del's and the Painkiller. 

Natasha absolutely SLAYED floor service for Trivia. Moved more Del's tonight than we have in a minute. Duan and Jeshua were machines behind the bar - and it was a packed house. Lydia was instrumental in the transition from bar service to floor service. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
We've got a gameplan for the upcoming specials and tomorrow I will get started on shoring up the walk-in for the upcoming busy weekend. - IP

Will make sure to have accurate counts on new specials when we make them. - IP

Prep List: 
Will take a look and replenish after machine maintenance tomorrow morning. Will make sure to prioritize I Love Boosters special for screening later in the evening (as discussed today in bar mtg). - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Tomorrow: Union, Sarene,    Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB 
Baldor coming Friday (just lychees) and Saturday.-LB 

Maintenance:
Jared and I put some stanchions in front of the door leading out to the construction area outside. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
