Gus wrangled the floor while I got things reorganized and began stocking up for the weekend. In order to stock up to eliminate weekend batching, we're likely going to need more cambros, so I went ahead and figured out what we need for our pars versus what we have in house, so we can order what we need. - IP

Very busy dinner round, and then nonstop from about 8:30-9:30pm.  Ian actually hopped back behind the bar at Trees and took the majority of Th2's last round service push solo, with some assistance from me, while Danny + Matthew deftly navigated a verrrrryyyyyy busy after party.  It just happened with Th1 ending and going to Trees, Th2 hitting the peak of their service rush, + me needing to set up for ST&B in Th1, that we went from mellow to firing on all cylinders so quickly.  Overall, service was not negatively affected, and it was smooth sailing afterwards. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Danny is really awesome to work with. Very down to earth and easygoing -GS 

Lots of great work across both bars this evening, with all three bartenders working two very long, busy shifts Wednesday/Thursday.  Positive energy and we were able to get some restocks in by being precise with our timing. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Evan was a champ helping with glassware during the service crunch at Trees, and Vlad was also great about dealing with recycling and getting some glassracks through the washer. JH

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Jeshua still out. Marked as sick on 7shifts. Gab is going to work a coast to coast in the lobby and Danny and Matthew are going to tag-team the Rock Doc party. - IP

Special Events? 
After party started off strong, with most guests getting out of here around10:15/10:30pm.  ST&B had a nice pop of service at the top, but was relatively mellow after that. JH

Prep List: 
Ian was patrolling the area, we restocked a ton of stuff in the liquor room.
He made: 4 froco, 1 twitterpated, double o-ren, 4 FWWM, Color of Pom Keg, transferred  1 Fifty Year Storm, Iced Tea, more simple, more arbol. The walk-in is about halfway to our projected pars for the weekend, so it shouldn't be a heavy lift 

Pay Outs: 
$46- Food (Matthew payout)
$154- Repairs (TV) [pulled both of these, $200 total, from last nights deposit]
$300- Malort (Bar Grocery, but will email Bogi about changing it to liquor purchases) [pulled from cash box]

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Empire, Manhattan

Tomorrow (lots of stuff, holy heck): CW (SB and Orange), Wilson Daniels (Cab Sauv), Skurnik (Riesling)   

Maintenance: 
Ice machine at Trees was back to working without issue all shift.  Thank you, Dio! JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
